Abstract

The use of learning media is needed by teachers in the teaching process, one of which is easy to use, namely Microsoft Power Point. Power Point software can be used to present learning materials to students to assist teachers in delivering material that is more interesting and easy to understand. Currently, most of Al-Hidayah's MIS teachers do not understand Power Point, so they only use conventional learning media. With the service activities at MIS Al-Hidayah with the theme of using interactive learning media with power points in the new normal era, it is hoped that it can become useful knowledge for teachers to be more creative and innovative in making learning media facilities for the teaching process

Abstract

Certain Employment Agreement Employees (PKWT) or can also be referred to as contract employees in a company who are hired to help work within the company, but it is not certain how it is implemented based on only being a temporary employee. In a sense, after it expires, the company can extend or lift the contract as a permanent employee, by looking at how active the employee is. In the process of selecting PKWT employees, the company must obtain prospective applicants objectively so that the results match the desired criteria. In the process of hiring PKWT employees there are problems, namely because of the large number of candidates so that it takes a long time to select them. The next problem is that the selection process still looks inefficient and takes time, because the assessment and results of PKWT implementation are carried out in stages, such as file selection, interviews and so on. Thus, it is likely that errors in the final result of anticipating PKWT employees often do not meet the criteria required by the company and hinder the company's performance. Therefore, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed to overcome the problems that occur in the acceptance of Specific Time Agreement Employees (PKWT) using the OCRA method. The OCRA method is one of the methods of the Decision Support System, where this method makes decisions by ranking from the smallest value to the largest value. With this system, it is expected to be able to obtain optimal system decisions and can minimize the performance of the company in the process of accepting Employees of Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT).

Abstract

The word fashion is synonymous with fashion, in today's digital era fashion has become a lifestyle that can introduce personality through fashion on social media. In the term fashion, there are many terms that form the basis of knowledge to match one's fashion. The term fashion is generally studied using foreign languages so that many ordinary people find it difficult to understand in more detail related to fashion terms so that there is a need for applications that adopt science related to the term fashion. An application that was built with the main objective to search for information such as fashion terms is inseparable from the existence of string matching. String matching can be interpreted as an activity that works to match something that is sought in a container with the contents stored in the container. Algortima string matching which is implemented to search for the meaning of the term fashion in this study is the Horspool algorithm. The horspool algorithm is a boyer-moore derivative algorithm, to go through the process when there is a mismatch of character patterns with text characters, the horspool algorithm uses bad-matches repeatedly until all the character patterns are found to have a match against the text. The results of the application built in this study can facilitate ordinary people who have difficulty finding information related to fashion terms more easily.Keywords: Implementation, Fashion Terms, Algorithms, Horspool

Abstract

Data is important and has a very important role in the activities of computer use. In general, the size of data that is at this time has a very large size. So at the time of sending large data through the network would lead to waste in the use of network resources when the data is accessed by other users and make the storage media more efficient in storing the data. In this study used J-BIT compression algorithm to reduce the size of text files, thus reducing the file size on storage media.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) adalah usaha produktif milik perorangan atau badan usaha perorangan yang memenuhi kriteria usaha mikro kecil sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang. Pemberian bantuan modal usaha ini dilakukan oleh lembaga keungan bank untuk para pengusaha mikro kecil menengah, jadi pelaku usaha kecil memanfaatkan kesempatan ini untuk tempat mendapatkan modal. Karena adanya usaha bantuan seperti ini maka banyak pelaku usaha yang terbantu, terutama dikondisi pandemi covid-19 seperti ini. Semakin banyaknya para pelaku usaha yang ingin mengajukan pinjaman terhadap pihak bank, hal ini akan menyulitkan pihak bank untuk menyaring dan menentukan pelaku usaha mana yang memenuhi persyaratan dari mereka dan layak untuk diberikan bantuan modal usaha. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) yang akan memberikan alternatif yang terbaik dan sesuai kriteria yang ada. Penerapan TOPSIS akan memudahkan pihak Bank Negara Indonesia dalam menyeleksi dan memutuskan memberikan pemberian bantuan dana pada pihak yang tepat. Metode TOPSIS merupakan metode yang menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil dengan 8 pihak usaha yang berhak mendapat bantuan dan 12 orang yang tidak berhak mendapatkan bantuan.

Abstract

Anime atau animasi jepang merupakan suatu tontonan yang sangat populer bagi semua kalangan, baik dari anak kecil hingga orang dewasa banyak yang menyukai anime. Untuk menonton anime ini biasanya mereka akan mengaksesnya melalui website kesukaan mereka masing – masing. Website merupakan sebuah wadah yang dapat diakses oleh publik untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi dan dapat diakses melalui internet. Karena sifatnya publik, website saat ini menjadi suatu hal yang sangat populer dan hampir setiap hari kita akan mengakses suatu website untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi. Dengan menggunakan website kita bisa mendapatkan informasi apapun yang kita butuhkan dan kapan pun kita mau. Tetapi banyak hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam perancangan suatu website, seperti load informasi dari website tersebut yang cepat agar para pengguna tidak terlalu lama menunggu untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka inginkan. Penggunaan dari gambar tersenderi perlu diperhatikan, karena semakin besar file gambar yang di masukkan kedalam suatu website tentunya akan memperlambat load dari website tersebut. Untuk mengatasi hal ini tentunya kita perlu melakukan kompresi terlebih dahulu terhadap file gambar yang akan digunakan. Dengan menggunakan salah satu algoritma yang terdapat dalam kompresi, seperti algoritma rice codes tentunya bisa mengatasi hal tersebut, agar size file gambar menjadi lebih kecil dan proses load website menjadi lebih cepat.

Abstract

Large video file sizes can burden storage capacity and slow down data transmission, making effective compression methods essential. WebM, a commonly used video format supported by platforms such as YouTube and Skype, often results in large file sizes that demand storage efficiency. This study compares two lossless compression algorithms—Elias Delta Code and Interpolative Coding—for compressing WebM video files. Interpolative Coding applies a non-linear approach based on the entire content of the message, while Elias Delta Code is an integer-based algorithm efficient for encoding positive numbers. This research is motivated by the lack of direct comparative studies between these two algorithms in the context of video compression. The objective is to evaluate their performance based on compression ratio, processing time, and storage efficiency. The results are expected to provide recommendations on the most suitable compression algorithm for high-complexity video files.
