Abstract

AbstrakWebometrics merupakan sistem pemeringkatan Perguruan Tinggi berbasis website yang dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kinerja global sebuah universitas. UNRI sebagai institusi yang memiliki visi untuk menjadi universitas yang unggul di bidang riset terus berupaya meningkatkan peringkat Webometrics-nya. Namun dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, peringkat Webometric UNRI menurun dari peringkat 8 menjadi peringkat 35 dalam dua tahun terakhir. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan benchmark sehingga dihasilkan strategi TIK untuk meningkatkkan peringkat Webometric UNRI berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami menggunakan metode SWOT dan Gap Analysis. Beberapa faktor utama yang menyebabkan menurunnya peringkat Webometric di antaranya adalah kurang efektifnya mekanisme tata kelola website sehingga banyak konten-konten yang tidak dapat diindek dengan baik oleh mesin pencari. Selain itu perubahan metodelogi penilaian Webometric juga memberikan pengaruh, dimana pada tahun 2019 Webometric menyeimbangkan porsi komponen aktifitas dan impact website. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa strategi yang kemudian diturunkan menjadi rencana aksi untuk meningkatkan peringkat UNRI di antaranya penguatan tata kelola website, implementasi kebijakan SEO dan Open Access, dan penggunaan aplikasi MY UNRI sebagai media berbagi tautan untuk meningkatkan nilai Visibility. Setelah melakukan implementasi beberapa strategi tersebut, maka peringkat Webometric UNRI periode Januari 2021 mengalami peningkatan dari peringkat 35 menjadi 31. Kata Kunci: Analisa Gap,Peringkat Universitas, SEO, Strategi TIK, SWOT, WebometricAbstractWebometrics is the largest academic ranking of Higher Education Institutions by analyzing publicly available web data, combining the variables into a composite indicator, and with truly global coverage. UNRI, as Higher Education Institutions that has the vision to excel in research continues to strive to improve its webometrics ranking. However, in the last few decades, UNRI's Webometrics ranking has declined. This study aims to carry out analysis, benchmarks, and ICT strategy formulation to increase UNRI's ranking using SWOT and gap analysis. Some of the main factors that caused this decline in ranking include the ineffective website governance mechanism that causes much content to be indexed properly by search engines. Besides, the changes of the Webometrics ranking methodology also affect, wherein 2019 the Webometrics balance the portion of the activity component and website impact. The proposed strategy is implemented in the action plan to increase UNRI Webometric rank. Therefore strengthening website governance is very important to increase activity and implementation of SEO, Open Access policies, and the usage of MY UNRI, which are expected to increase the Impact and Excellence of UNRI. The result of these strategies is an improvement on UNRI Webometric Rank in January 2020 from 35th to 31th.Keywords: Gap Analysis, Higher Education Institutions Rank, ICT Strategy, SEO,SWOT, Webometrics

Abstract

AbstrakPenyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE (Outcome-based Education) di universitas saat ini cenderung terisolasi  disebabkan oleh penggunaan aplikasi word processing dan stand-alone technology dalam penyusunan kurikulum tersebut. Data kurikulum yang tidak terstruktur dan terisolasi membuat data tersebut berpeluang untuk sulit diakses, tidak koheren dan tidak efisien untuk disusun secara kolektif dan kolaboratif oleh Tim Kurikulum dan Dosen Prodi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, memodelkan dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang diberi nama e-OBE untuk membantu Program Studi dalam penyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE. Penyusunan kurikulum berbasis OBE secara tersentral, terbuka dan kolaboratif menggunakan e-OBE oleh Program Studi memungkinkan koherensi setiap data kurikulum dan pekerjaan penyusunan kurikulum OBE dapat lebih efisien dikerjakan. Kata kunci: Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan, Outcome-based Education, aplikasi OBE

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program enables universities to convert independently the programs into department courses hence those can be considered as its course credits. MBKM program guideline requires universities, specifically departments, to carefully convert MBKM program since they have to consider Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) and relevancy of courses in the conversion process. To follow the guideline, departments must explore learning outcomes of each courses and learning outcome of the programs. The job is certainly time and resource consuming. Therefore it needs to be supported by a reliable strategy and system to manage efficiently and effectively relational data between MBKM program, PLO and courses. Through these data, departments then enable to identify quickly related courses with those programs. This paper introduces a model to represent the conversion strategy. We then developed in-house application called e-OBE to implement the model to enable the departments to map PLO, MBKM program and course data efficiently and effectively. The mapping data can be used to retrieve department courses quickly in which their PLO are linked with MBKM program PLO. Finally, a recommendation based on text similarity from courses and MBKM program can be generated automatically to support department decision in the conversion process.

Abstract

Peer education has been widely used as a method of health education for adolescents. However, adolescent health problems are still a concern that requires adolescents to increase literacy and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Youth empowerment carried out in this activity is in the form of peer education using the term influencer to refer to peer educators. A total of 20 students who successfully passed the selection took part in training activities covering physical activity and fitness, reproductive health and nutrition in adolescents as well as using the uksku.id website as a medium for influencers to work. The results of data analysis using the T test showed p < 0.05, meaning there was a difference in knowledge before being given training and after being given training. Training carried out as a form of training for influencers can increase the influencer's knowledge to provide education to their peers. The influencers will then share their learning experiences and insights in the form of writing or posters which are then posted via the uksku.id website. It is hoped that this empowerment activity can become a new trend in increasing health literacy among students.

Abstract

Sungai Pakning Village Office has 12 village officials who are tasked with providing services to the people of Sungai Pakning Village, Bengkalis Regency. Public services carried out by the Sungai Pakning Village Government are currently still manual. The Sungai Pakning Village assistance office has not utilized information and communication technology in providing services to the community. The absence of the application of information and communication technology is a weakness that must be addressed by the Sungai Pakning Village Government. The purpose of this community service activity is to digitize village administration services carried out in Sungai Pakning Village using OpenSID which is developed openly (open source) by the Opendesa Community. This activity begins with a location survey, problem identification, implementation, socialization, and ends with an evaluation. This community service activity produces a website that can be used by the Sungai Pakning Village Apparatus in providing digital-based services to the community. The survey results produced socialization activities related to the suitability of the website, namely 37% very appropriate/clear, 60% appropriate/clear, 2% hesitant, and 1% quite appropriate/clear. This shows that participants can accept the community service activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

The selection of thesis titles by students is an important thing to do as part of the graduation requirements in completing undergraduate studies. In general, the difficulty or complexity of the thesis can be reflected through the title of the thesis that is appointed. This can indicate that the more difficult a thesis title, the longer it will take to complete the thesis research. This study utilizes the data mining method using machine learning, namely linear regression, in predicting how long it will take to complete a thesis title. The data used is obtained from the words or text in the thesis title as a feature or independent variable and the completion time in days as the dependent variable to predict the time required for students starting from a thesis proposal seminar to a comprehensive seminar or thesis final session. The regression model produces an evaluation value of the coefficient of determination of 0.999, which is close to the maximum value equal to 1.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masa remaja merupakan periode kritis terhadap kesehatan sehubungan dengan peningkatan perubahan fisik, psikologis dan social yang drastis. Sekolah merupakan sarana yang dapat mendukung upaya peningkatan kesehatan remaja. Fasilitas Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) belum dapat termanfaatkan sebagai media promotive dan preventif. Inovasi UKS berbasis virtual dirancang sebagai media yang fleksibel dan kreatif digunakan remaja. Platform website dinamakan uksku.id Pengembangan media platform uksku.id dilaksanakan oleh tim influencer yang telah dilatih. Media dimanfaatkan oleh siswa/siswi untuk mendapatkan informasi kesehatan yang telah diupload influencer. Pemanfaatan media juga diberikan kepada sekolah agar dapat mengakses informasi kesehatan siswa/siswa sebagai landasan dalam pengembangan program kesehatan sekolah. Pihak puskesmas juga diberikan akses dalam menggunakan media agar mengintegrasi kesinambungan intervensi dengan pihak sekolah. Pihak sekolah diharapkan dapat terus memanfaatkan keberadaan website yang telah tersedia. Perlu pengembangan aplikasi lanjut yang lebih aplikatif dan terintegrasi dengan berbagai institusi Pendidikan dan layanan kesehatan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Kesehatan, Remaja, Sekolah, Uks, Virtual  ABSTRACT Adolescence is a critical period for health due to the drastic physical, psychological, and social changes that occur. Schools can support efforts to improve adolescent health. However, School Health Unit (UKS) facilities have not been effectively utilized as promotional and preventive media. To address this, a virtual-based UKS innovation was designed as a flexible and creative medium for teenagers. The website is called uksku.id. The development of the uksku.id platform was undertaken by a team of trained influencers. This media platform is used by students to access health information uploaded by influencers. Additionally, schools have access to the media to obtain student health information, which serves as a foundation for developing school health programs. Health centers are also granted access to use the media to ensure the continuity of intervention with schools. It is recommended that schools continue to utilize the existing website.
