Nowadays, the areas around Mataram City are seldom encountered by rice fields, because almost all of the land is built into housing which was built by developers and offices built by government and private institutions. BTN housing itself is very much in demand. The marketing system conducted by PT. Citra Jaya Graha in selling its products using a marketing mix. First, PT. Citra Jaya Graha in providing its products in the form of BTN houses prioritizes quality by providing various types of houses. Second, in determining price, PT.Citra Jaya Graha to vary the BTN house that he built according to the type based on the price difference seen from the model of the house, type of BTN house (land area and building area), material prices and the cost of building the BTN house. Third, PT. Citra Jaya Graha in promoting products produced using billboards, brochures, and employees (marketing), print media (Lombok Pos newspaper) and electronic media such as websites and Facebook. Fourth, the process of distributing BTN houses is done directly, marketing offers directly to prospective buyers. PT. Citra Jaya Graha also built an Islamic housing complex. Like, Griya Sakinah housing and the establishment of a mosque or mosque in several housing complexes that had built.

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". This work ethic is dynamically always influenced by several factors, both internal and external. This study aims to see the concept of work in the view of Islam, the application of Islamic work ethic and characteristics of Islamic work ethic for employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Syariah, Tbk branch of Mataram. The methods used are qualitative methods and data collection by using triangulation consisting of observation, interview and documentation so that they can explore the complete information about the Islamic work ethic in PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Syariah, Tbk branch of Mataram. The results of this study found that of the seven informants are said to be less able to work in accordance with Islamic views, the characteristics of the Islamic work ethos that is less visible from the seven informants seen when they often come late, less willing in doing the work, less honest, not istiqomah, sometimes happy to serve customers sometimes less happy. If viewed the level of welfare from employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Syariah, Tbk branch of Mataram from the seven informants have fulfilled the indicators of Islamic welfare (maqashid syariah) although in every person all components always exist like 1) Maintaining religion, 2) Maintaining the soul, 3) Maintaining the mind, 4) maintaining the offspring, 5) Maintain wealth.

Cleanliness is part of faith. This study aims to find out how far the waste management process in the Muhammadiyah Mataram University Campus is, knowing that so far the waste on the Muhammadiyah Mataram University Campus has not been handled as well as possible. It can be seen that there are still many landfills that are not handled properly and waste is simply dumped on the side of the river which is next to the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram Campus.This study uses a qualitativ approach and observations were made from August 2021 to December 2021. The research findings are is a waste bank that is focused and committed to the development of solid waste trading in NTB, with the concept of “Together we turn waste into rupiah, turn problems into blessings”. This concept is a derivation from the implementation of a waste business scale-up that is in line with the objectives of the Shari'a (al-maqasid al-syariah). The scale up of the waste bank management business is carried out in several stages. First, minimizing the environmental impact caused by measuring the quantity of waste that can be managed and has economic value. Aspects of competence, quality, ethical morals, trustworthiness, in the process of the waste business trade system, as an effort of hifzu dien (maintaining religion), and hifzu al-nasb (keeping offspring). Second, knowledge, understanding and awareness of waste management as a resource, as an effort of hifzu al-nafs (protecting the soul), hifzualaql (protecting the mind). Third, increasing the number of unit waste banks that are fostered, building a wider network, through education, strengthening the customer's economy as an effort to protect property.

Saat ini lingkungan menjadi fokus perhatian utama dalam proses usaha pelestarian bumi, pertambahan jumlah penduduk tentunya akan menghasilkan pertambahan jumlah volume sampah dan sampah tersebut akan mengakibatkan sumber pencemaran lingkungan, pencemaran tanah, pencemaran air, dan terjadinya penyumbatan saluran air yang menyebabkan suatu kota akan menimbulkan banjir apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Penyumbang sampah terbesar adalah sampah limbah rumah tangga, sehingga ibu-ibu rumah tangga perlu diberikan sosialisasi bagaimana cara memanajemen sampah yang dihasilkan sehingga memiliki nilai ekonomis. Selain mempu menampahpendapatan rumah tangga, bisnis pengelolahan sampah juga mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan tempat tinggal, seperti lingkungan bersih dan sehat. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat sebagaimana yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh pendiri bank sampah perempuan hebat, maka dalam PKM ini ditawarkan beberapa metoda pendekatan yang dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada yaitu dengan melakukan metode penyampaian edukasi mengenai sampah diawali dengan Coaching (Pelatihan) dan Pendampingan, yakni dengan menyampaikan informasi dan pengetahuan secara lisan dan praktek kepada masyarakat, sehingga kedepannya manajeman dan system bank sampah perempuan hebat berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan. Seperti bank sampah perempuan hebat belum menerapkan manajemen pembukuan dan nasabah berperan aktif untuk perkembangan bank sampah perempuan hebat, guna meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

Selain mempu menambah pendapatan rumah tangga, pembuatan lilin dari minyak jelantah mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan tempat tinggal, seperti lingkungan bersih dan sehat. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat sebagaimana yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya, maka dalam PKM ini ditawarkan beberapa metoda pendekatan yang dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada yaitu dengan melakukan metode penyampaian edukasi mengenai sampah minyak jelantah diawali dengan Coaching (Pelatihan) dan Pendampingan, yakni dengan menyampaikan informasi dan pengetahuan secara lisan dan praktek kepada masyarakat, sehingga kedepannya minyak bekas (minyak jelantah) mampu dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakt untuk keperluan pembuatan lilin baik digunakan secara peribadi maupun diproduksi secara masal untuk di pasarka.

Kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram, terletak di Jalan K.H.Ahmad Dahlan, No. 1, Pagesangan Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat. Sampah merupakan salah yang sangat serius dan susah untuk dihindari, sampah yang dihasilkan di kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram bertambah setiap tahunnya, diimbangi dengan jumlah mahasiswa dan civitas akademika yang semakin banyak. Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram sendiri kesulitan menangani masalah sampah tersebuh. Masih banyaknya warga civitas akademik UMMAT yang Kesadaran dan kepedulian untuk menangani masalah sampah terlihat masih sangat kurang. Kebiasaan membakar sampah masih mendarah daging di para petugas kebersihan dalam menangani permasalahan sampah. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah kesadaran para petugas kebersihan mulai memahami pentingnya mengelola sampah. Karena bukannya akan membantu melestarikan lingkungan tetapi juga dapat membantu perekonomian warga dengan adanya pelatihan mengenai kreasi-kreasi yang dapat dibuat dari sampah dan memiliki nilai jual. Juga dengan adanya pengadaan tempat sampah di Kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram, mahasiswa dan para petugas kebersihan dapat melakukan kegiatan nyata dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan cara pemilahan sampah, baik organik maupun non organic.

The study aims to find out how far the waste management process in University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. The waste in University of Muhammadiyah Mataram has not been handled as well as possible. It can be seen that there are still many landfills that are not handled properly and waste is simply dumped beside the river which is next to University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. The research used a quantitative approach and observations were made from January 2021 to March 2021. The results of the researcher' observations found that all types of waste were simply thrown away. After the researcher conducted socialization and training for all janitors at the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram, plastic wastes such as plastic bottles from beverage packaging and others have been collected and then the Bintang Sejahtera waste bank came to buy the inorganic waste, while organic waste from food scraps, especially the largest organic waste contributor came from canteen of University of Muhammadiyah Mataram, and the organic waste is used for maggot caterpillars or maggots.

The religion of Islam which is based on the Qur’an and al-Hadith as a guide and guidance for Muslims has a function not only to regulate in terms of worship but also to regulate the people in making demands in matters relating to work. In the Qur’an and al-Hadith, it is clear about good work and how we earn sustenance in a way that pleases Allah SWT. It is very important to discuss this, the work ethic in the Islamic view is the knitting of values that shape the personality of a Muslim at work. Many of us encounter in print and electronic media, customers who complain about the service or type of satisfaction provided by the company. This study aims to determine the extent of the process from start to finish in ensuring the company PT. Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (Manulife Indonesia) Branch Office of Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Kota Mataram, so that the information obtained can help the wider community, especially the Indonesian people. This study used a qualitative approach and observations were conducted from January 2023 to February 2023. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of 1) Observation 2) Interviews, and 3) Documentation, as well as technical analysis of the data obtained by the researchers, both the results of interviews with several informants, observations, and documentation that were later processed by researchers and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research, it has been found in the field that marketing department employees have been dishonest to prospective customers. In the future, there will be inconvenience to customers which results in customer distrust of the company. Therefore, the work ethic in Islam is not enough to only rely on conceptual abilities, but also on high moral commitment and noble character. ABSTRAK Dalam setiap kitab fiqh, menunjukkan betapa pentingnya kebersihan atau kesucian dalam Islam. Seseorang tidak memenuhi syarat untuk beribadah saat ia memiliki hadats. Ia pun tidak dapat beribadah saat pakaian atau tempat dilaksanakannya peribadahan terkena najis. Seringkali dikeluhkan oleh banyak orang tentang kebersihan, tidak terkecuali ditengah masyarakat yang beridentitas Islam. Islam diakui sangat memperhatikan kebersihan. Tetapi hal yang sangat sederhana ini dalam banyak kasus belum bisa dijalankan secara baik. Banyak tempat ibadah, lembaga pendidikan, tempat-tempat pelayanan umum yang nampaknya masih belum memperhatikan dan mengutamakan perawatan kebersihan ini. Maka pengabdian ini bertujuan mengarahkan dan mendampingi ibu-ibu Majelis Ta’lim Graha Cendana bagaimana cara bersuci yang benar sesuai dengan tuntunan Rasulullah SAW, sehingga tidak terjadi keraguan dalam hati setiap muslim terkait apa sudah benar atau belum dengan cara atau langkah bersuci yang diterapkan selama ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah yaitu memberikan suatu informasi melalui pendengaran peserta majelis ta’lim, peserta dapat memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh Ustadzah Nenah Nurhasanah dengan cara mendengarkan apa yang telah Ia ucapkan. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu Majelis Ta’lim Graha Cendana dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai cara bersuci yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan tuntunan Rasulullah SAW, serta mengevaluasi hasil teori dan praktek yang telah dilaksanakan pasca praktek untuk memastikan ilmu yang disampaikan telah difahami dengan baik dan siap untuk diamalkan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Islam adalah agama yang sangat mengutamakan kesucian dan kebersihan, baik lahir maupun batin. Semua ibadah yang berasaskan Islam bahkan tidak sah dilakukan seseorang dalam keadaan kotor jiwa dan raganya. Kata kunci: Pendampingan, Majelis Ta’lim, Fiqih Thaharoh. ABSTRACTIn every fiqh book, it shows how important cleanliness or purity is in Islam. A person is not eligible for worship when he has hadats. He also cannot pray when his clothes or the place where the worship is held is unclean. Many people often complain about cleanliness, including those in a society with an Islamic identity. Islam is recognized to pay great attention to cleanliness. But this very simple thing in many cases can not be executed properly. Many places of worship, educational institutions, public service places seem to still not pay attention to and prioritize this cleaning. So this dedication aims to direct and assist the women of the Graha Cendana Ta'lim Assembly on how to purify properly in accordance with the guidance of Rasulullah SAW, so that there is no doubt in the heart of every Muslim regarding whether or not the method or steps of purification that have been applied so far are correct or not. The method used in this service is lectures, namely providing information through hearing the participants in the ta'lim assembly, participants can understand what Ustadzah Nenah Nurhasanah is saying by listening to what she has said. The results achieved from this activity were that the women of the Graha Cendana Ta'lim Assembly could increase their knowledge about proper and correct methods of purification in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad, as well as evaluate the results of theory and practice that had been carried out post-practice to ensure that the knowledge conveyed was understood. properly and ready to be practiced in daily activities. Islam is a religion that prioritizes purity and cleanliness, both physically and spiritually. All worship that is based on Islam is not even valid for someone to do in a dirty state of mind and body. Disamping itu dengan membakar sampah dirasa oleh para petugas kebersihan adalah cara yang paling cepat dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut. Maka pengabdian ini bertujuan membangkitkan kesadaran warga civitas akademik UMMAT agar lebih pedulu akan lingkungan kampus, sehingga mampu merubah kampus menjadi kampus hijau. metode yang di gunakan adalah SOS (sort out, saved) yang dimaksudkan disini guna mempermudah dalam mengingat konsep 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle), meliputi pemilahan sampah, lalu dikumpulkan dan ditabung yang output-nya diharapakan dapat menciptakan lingkungan bebas sampah. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah kesadaran para petugas kebersihan mulai memahami pentingnya mengelola sampah. Karena bukannya akan membantu melestarikan lingkungan tetapi juga dapat membantu perekonomian warga dengan adanya pelatihan mengenai kreasi-kreasi yang dapat dibuat dari sampah dan memiliki nilai jual. Juga dengan adanya pengadaan tempat sampah di Kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram, mahasiswa dan para petugas kebersihan dapat melakukan kegiatan nyata dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan cara pemilahan sampah, baik organik maupun non organik. So this service aims to raise awareness of the UMMAT academic community to be more concerned about the campus environment, so that they are able to turn the campus into a green campus. The method used is SOS (sort out, saved) which is intended here to make it easier to remember the 3R concept (reduce, reuse, recycle), which includes sorting waste, then collecting and saving the output of which is expected to create a waste-free environment. The result of this acitivity revealed that the awareness that the awareness of the cleaners begins to understand the importance of managing waste. Because it will not help preserve the environment but it can also help the economy of residents with training on creations that can be made from waste and have a selling point. Also with the procurement of waste bins at the Muhammadiyah Mataram University Campus, students and cleaners can carry out real activities in waste management by sorting waste, both organic and non-organic.
