Abstract

One of the West Nusa Tenggara Governor's (2018-2023 era) mission is to encourage industrialization. This research tries to provide answers related to opportunities in the fisheries sector for industrialization and its challenges. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Qualitative (primary) data was obtained by conducting interviews with several experts in marine and fisheries and through FGD with related agencies. In contrast, secondary data was obtained from the fishing and marine services of (DKP) NTB Province. The results showed that NTB's fisheries were still relatively large in production and the area of fish land (capture and cultivation). And also, Non-fish production is suitable to be used as the main source of industrialization. However, several obstacles that need to be addressed, such as low human resources, infrastructure, supervision, and law enforcement of illegal practices in fisheries, low fiscal support and coordination among stakeholders, have not been resolved. Data validity is needed to be related to fisheries aspects, cross-stockholder forums such as Maritim product investment forums consisting of government, academia, and the business world, and directing industrial development towards the industrial Maritim cluster (ICM).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Muslim Clothing Online Business Ethics in the City of Mataram and the suitability of the Online business with the Islamic Perspective. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions / verification. The results of the study are: (1) The informant in this study stated that the Muslim fashion online business transaction in Mataram City has not yet fully run an online Muslim fashion business. Based on the principles of business ethics of buying and selling in Islamic economics namely siddiq, tablik, amanah and fathonah, onlineshop sellers have not carried out these principles. Siddiq principle (honesty), online sellers only explain the condition of Muslim clothing that is sold with a description of the image in the online shop application, without explaining in detail and honest both the condition of the material, size, color and defects. (2) The application of online business ethics in Muslim fashion in the city of Mataram is not in accordance with the principles of business ethics in the view of Islamic law because online sellers are not completely honest in explaining the condition of goods sold, when shipping goods online sellers are often not suitable for delivering goods ordered by consumers both from in terms of quality and quantity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menguji pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, penerapan good corporate governance, dan sistem pengendalian intern terhadap kinerja manajerial koperasi Lombok Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Koperasi yang terdaftar pada Dinas Koperasi Kabupaten Lombok Timur sampai tahun 2014, yang berjumlah 480 responden. Berdasarkan teknik slovin, maka diperoleh jumlah sampel dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 10% sebanyak 67 koperasi. Teknik analisis statistik inferensial yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda, baik dengan uji F maupun uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial koperasi Lombok Timur, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial koperasi Lombok Timur, penerapan good corporate governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial koperasi Lombok Timur, dan sistem pengendalian intern tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial koperasi Lombok Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resources capacity, budget planning, politi-cal budgeting, and public transparency on the synchronization between Regional Revenues and expen-ditures budget (APBD) document and General Policy of Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget(KUA) and Provisional Budget Ceiling Priority (PPAS) document. The population in this study wascouncilors and officer/staff involved in the preparation of the Work Plan Budget (RKA) SKPD includes33 SKPD. The sampling method using census method, where all the population became the samples asmuch as 127 people. The data in this study using primary data. The data obtained were analyzedthrough multiple linear regression tests. Hypotheses simultaneously and partially tested by F test and ttest. Results of this study showed that simultaneous variable capacity of human resources, budgetplanning, political budgeting, and public transparency has a positive and significant impact on thesynchronization between APBD documents and KUA-PPAS documents. And in partial, the capacity ofhuman resources, budget planning, political budgeting, and public transparency has a positive andsignificant impact on the synchronization between APBD documents and KUA-PPAS documents. Theimplications of this research, can be useful as a conceptual contribution to policy makers, especially inWest Lombok Regency Government and Parliament should be consistent and have a high commitment inbudgeting and KUA-PPAS.Keywords:budget, KUA-PPAS, human resources capacity, budget planning, budgeting politics andpublic transparency

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the positive effect of information system quality, information quality and service quality on user satisfaction and use of system, the effect of use of system to user satisfaction, the effect of user satisfaction on use of system, the effect of use on net benefits and the effect of user satisfaction on net benefits. Data used in this study is primary data based on questionnaires distributed to the users of komdanas who work at work unit under the regional coordinators Pengadilan Tinggi Mataram. In this study, I use smart partial least square to examine 102 returned questionnaires. The results of this study show that information quality statistically positive affects the use of system but statistically negative affects the user satisfaction, system quality statistically positive affects the use of system and user satisfaction, service quality statistically positive affects the user satisfaction but statistically negative affects the use of system, use of system statistically positive affects the user satisfaction, user satisfaction statistically positive affects the use of system, use of system statistically did not affect the net benefits and user satisfaction statistically positive affects the net benefits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of human resource ability, information technology utilization, government internal control system, and organizational commit-ment towards the presentation of proxy of user assets report and the effect of the presenta-tion of proxy of user assets report on the quality of financial statement. The population consisted of the providers of proxy of user assets report and the providers of financial state-ments at the Work Unit of State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) Mataram as many as 726 people with a total sample of 88 people. This study uses four exogenous variables: human resource ability, information technology utilization, government internal control system, organizational commitment, and two endogenous variables: the presentation of proxy of user assets report and the quality of financial statements. Data collection technique used in this study is a survey by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis tool used is SmartPLS version 2.0 M3. The results show that the human resource ability and government internal control system have positive influence on the presentation of proxy of user assets report, information technology utilization and organizational commitment have no influence on the presentation of proxy of user assets report, and the presentation of proxy of user assets report has positive influence on the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

Donations of land is one of the instruments in the Islamic economy for the welfare of the people. In this study, explained that people in Kediri, West Lombok regency have a high motivation to benefact although many people are under the poverty line. This happens because the benefactor in Kediri understood donations of land for the provision of the reward in the hereafter will continue to flow because it is used to build educational facilities and mosques as a means of worship for the wider community. Utilization of donations of land for public welfare in the district of Kediri aims to (1). Eliminating ignorance and educate the people to build education facilities, (2). Reducing poverty and open up employment opportunities, (3). Eliminating social inequalities with the participation of most of the people managing the benefaction land.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of zakat restaurant entrepreneurs in the city of Mataram. The reason studied, because in the implementation of zakat restaurant entrepreneurs is average of the restaurant entrepreneurs in the city of Mataram already understand what is zakat trade and has channeled it. Based on the above reasons researchers assume that the implementation of zakat restaurant entrepreneurs in the city of Mataram is good because it researchers are eager to know how the implementation of zakat restaurant entrepreneurs in the city of Mataram. This research is conducted with qualitative approach, which process using data collection techniques and analyze the result. The focus of this research is to know the implementation of zakat restaurant entrepreneur in Mataram City. The result of this research about how zakat immigration of restaurant entrepreneurs in Mataram City among others is to go directly and interview the restaurant entrepreneurs in this Mataram City how much zakat that the entrepreneurs of this restaurant give.

Abstract

This paper describes how the economic development of Islam in Indonesia and Islamic investment offender, specific investment is viewed from two musty mudharabah and ijarah. We know people are familiar with conventional investments that rely on the interest rate, but the author tries to see a bunch of people who do not invest based on the interest rate. Community groups in question are gold and pearl merchants in the city of Mataram; they traded with the islamic law principle informed with the actual quality of the goods, weighing, and make an appointment with either. Associated with investments, they provided capital among traders with profit sharing agreement at the end of the year, 60 percent to 40 percent owner of capital for business managers. Labor they take an average of 2 people for each trader with wage system 50 thousand rupiahs per day. Contribution to the development of economic gold traders Mataram is helpful in employment, supporting the development of West Nusa Tenggara Tourism, both domestic and abroad, especially in the area of increased income tax payments, an increase in the welfare of the community with many traders who perform the Hajj.

Abstract

The process of building the image of Halal tourism is inseparable from the participation of youth in providing Halal hospitality services to tourists based on Islamic values that are believed by the wider community as their local characteristics (authenticity). This study aims to reveal the role of youth in building the image of Halal tourism in terms of the perspective of producers (suppliers) or people who present local service products according to Islamic values that are believed to be. This study uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenology approach. Data obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with 5 tourism activists including 2 adult groups such as; Pokdarwis Chairperson, Pokdarwis treasurer, and 3 youth groups involved in the Sekartije pokdarwis management. The results show that young people who are members of Pokdarwis Sekartije Desa Setanggor as destination managers have started to have awareness to maintain and realize the image development of Halal tourist destinations by making it easier for tourists to get Halal tourism products and service facilities in Setanggor Village, which are supported by Halal habits (Halal practice) that have become the needs of the villagers.
