Abstract

This study aims to "know the effect of teacher shadow competence on indicator value ", formulation of the problem "how the effect of teacher shadow competence on indicator value ". Inclusion schools are public schools that combine regular students with ABK students. In general, teacher competence is divided into four, namely competence: 1) pedagogy, personality, social and professional. But for shadow teachers there are additional competencies that should be mastered that is performative competence. Requirements for teachers to master performative competence are to understand and understand the circumstances surrounding the environment, plan goals and strategies, transmit positive values to the environment, create message intelligence. The assessment of shadow teachers at MIT Ar-Roihan has the name of the indicator value, consisting of eight aspects of the assessment, namely: 1) making learning tools, 2) learning implementation, 3) learning evaluation, 4) reporting learning outcomes, 5) attitudes, 6) making media, 7) additional tasks, and 8) special achievements. This research is a correlational quantitative research, location at MIT Ar-Roihan Lawang, Malang Regency. The sample of the research used total sampling technique with 37 teachers. Data analysis using linear regression technique. From the results, obtained correlation coefficient value R = 0,596 and included medium category. From the table "ANOVA", obtained Regression value is 0.000 and <0,05 then concluded "There is a significant influence between teacher shadow competence (X) on indicator value (Y)".

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mengangkat tema tentang hari sumpah pemuda dilaksanakan karena Tanggal 28 Oktober ditetapkan sebagai Hari Sumpah Pemuda dalam kalender nasional Indonesia. Peringatan ini dilatar belakangi oleh peristiwa kongres pemuda yang menghasilkan ikrar penting bagi persatuan bangsa. Upacara bendera menjadi simbol peringatan yang dilaksanakan di seluruh penjuru negeri. Disamping melakukan upacara, perlombaam membuat tumpeng dilakukan agar rasa persatuan diantara Masyarakat yaitu pemudi dan pemuda di desa pagentan semakin erat walaupun berbeda Bahasa, ras dan agama.

Abstract

Some students have difficulty in speaking English, and this happens because of various problems. One ofthe problems is vocabulary and pronunciation. Based on theproblems stated, this study aims to explain the use ofthe Powtoon application as one of the learning resources needed by students.Powtoonis one of alternativeapplication learning speaking for students now days. Powtoon application can improve student’s speaking abilitybecause Powtoon application is a cartoon learning video that very interesting.

Abstract

Dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris, kosakata adalah salah satu komponen penting yang harus dikuasai siswa. Akan tetapi banyak dari siswa yang malas untuk membuka kamus Ketika mereka menemui kesulitan dalam mencari arti pada kosakata Bahasa Inggris. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan kosakata mereka sangat minim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata dengan menggunakan aplikasi anki di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Insan Budi Utomo. Aplikasi Anki adalah program flashcard digital yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna mengingat informasi secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 35 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuatitatif -deskriptif untuk menganalisa data. Hasilnya menunjukkan 14% pada pra siklus, pada siklus pertama menjadi 28% hanya terjadi peningkatan 14% dan pada sikus kedua terjadi peningkatan menjadi 83%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi anki sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kosakata Bahasa Inggris mahasiswa pada program studi Ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the vocabulary acquisition and learning activeness of the tenth-grade students of SMAN I Tana Righu through the implementation of song lyrics as a learning medium, utilizing the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through vocabulary tests, observation sheets, and student questionnaires. The findings indicate a significant increase in the average student vocabulary scores and the level of student participation in learning activities across the cycles. The success criteria, defined as 75% of students achieving a minimum score of 70, were met in Cycle II. The use of song lyrics effectively provides a fun, authentic, and contextualized learning environment, leading to improved student motivation and vocabulary mastery.
