Abstract

Di Indonesia cakupan deteksi dini kanker serviks masih rendah, yaitu sebesar 2,45% sehingga memerlukan upaya lebih kuat untuk mencapai target deteksi dini terhadap 50% perempuan usia 30-50 tahun selama 5 tahun. Untuk meningkatkan cakupan perlu diketahui pengetahuan, minat dan sikap wanita usia subur untuk deteksi dini kanker serviks dan upaya yang telah dilakukannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan, minat dan sikap wanita usia subur untuk deteksi dini kanker serviks di PMB LS Desa Cipicung, Cileungsi - Bogor Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Pra-Eksperimental dan model one group pre test and post test design. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik Mc.Nemar untuk melihat pengetahuan, minat dan sikap responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuisioner, materi untuk ceramah dan video. Penelitian dilakukan pada 46 responden di PMB LS Cipicung Cileungsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan. Pengetahuan WUS yang baik tentang deteksi dini kanker serviks hanya 26%, yang minatnya tinggi 43,4% dan sikapnya yang positif hanya 13%. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan maka terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan baik sebesar 74%, minat yang tinggi sebesar 60,8% dan sikap yang positif menjadi 65,2%. Kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan tentang deteksi dini kanker serviks sangat efektif untuk meningkakan pengetahuan, minat dan sikap responden. Disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk menggunakan desain penelitian yang berbeda agar mendapatkan temuan penelitian yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study uses a quasi-experimental method that aims to determine the improvement of mathematical communication skills of 8th grade students of MTs Al Irsyad Biringkaloro before and after the application of mathematics teaching materials based on the Inquiry Learning model. This study used an initial test (pretest) and final test (posttest) to compare students' abilities before and after learning. The research sample was taken purposively from class VIII-A. The research data were obtained through a test specifically designed to measure students' ability to communicate mathematically, and this test has been assessed as valid by experts. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the data in general, and inferential statistics (independent sample t-test) to test for significant differences between pretest and posttest scores. The results showed an increase in mathematical communication skills where the average value of the pretest was 64.15 with a sufficient category while in the posttest results 77.30 with a high category and the results of the independent sample t-test which showed that there was a positive effect of the Inquiry learning model mathematics teaching materials on the mathematical communication skills of 8th grade students of MTs Al Irsyad Biringkaloro

Abstract

This article examines the obstacles that occur to students’ writing essay descriptions in which the type of students’ writing is almost the same, does not use spaces, the lettering is still not appropriate with PUEBI, punctuation marks are not quite right, and the students are still difficult to write the appropriate initial word and determine the flow of writing in sequence. Based on the previous research, the picture and picture model was a solution that could be used. The research purpose was to find out the description of the use of picture and picture models in writing descriptive essays. The research method used was a Systematic Literature Review. The research was conducted by collecting data in the form of journals regarding the application of picture and picture models to improve the students’ writing skills of descriptive essays on Indonesian learning subjects in elementary school. The research used 14 journals with criteria for the last 10 years of journal publication in 2012–2013 through a picture and picture model with independent variables used to write descriptive essays on Indonesian learning subjects for elementary school students. The game that could be used in the application of the picture and picture model was "who is fast he can", this game made students easier to understand what was intended by the teachers when teaching the learning material and students are quick to grasp the presented material because it was accompanied by the pictures.

Abstract

Hama tikus merupakan salah satu organisme pengganggu tanaman utama pada perkebunan kelapa sawit yang menyebabkan penurunan produksi dan kualitas hasil panen. Pengendalian hama tikus secara kimiawi menggunakan rodentisida masih banyak diterapkan, namun berisiko terhadap lingkungan dan organisme non-target. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alternatif pengendalian yang lebih ramah lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan musuh alami, salah satunya burung hantu (Tyto alba). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran dan efektivitas burung hantu sebagai agen pengendali hayati hama tikus pada perkebunan kelapa sawit. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Tyto alba mampu menekan populasi tikus secara signifikan, lebih efisien secara ekonomi, serta sejalan dengan prinsip Pengendalian Hama Terpadu (PHT). Keberhasilan pengendalian sangat dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan sarang, pengelolaan habitat, dan minimnya gangguan manusia.

Abstract

In the modern era, technology plays an increasingly significant role in supporting the efficiency of the public service sector. Customer Information & Billing Systems (CIBS) play an essential role in enhancing customer satisfaction by improving operational efficiency and billing accuracy. PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency, faces challenges in managing customer information and billing systems. Recent research shows that the overall customer satisfaction level reached 58.22%, indicating that customers are quite satisfied, but there is still room for service improvement. Factors such as price, service quality, and word of mouth have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the impact of CIBS implementation on improving customer satisfaction levels at PDAM Tirta Manakarra and assess how this system improves operations and service quality as perceived by customers. CIBS implementation is expected to increase service efficiency and transparency, as well as support an enhanced customer experience. This study will analyze the role of CIBS in supporting customer satisfaction and recommend continuous improvement strategies based on case studies from various industries, including water services and telecommunications.

Abstract

Employee welfare is a strategic factor in improving employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of employee welfare on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency, and analyzed using path analysis through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results indicate that employee welfare has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings also reveal that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between employee welfare and employee performance. Therefore, improving employee welfare supported by high levels of job satisfaction can optimally enhance employee performance. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the management of PDAM Tirta Manakarra, Mamuju Regency, in formulating sustainable employee welfare and human resource management policies.
