Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian  untuk mengetahui  penampilan reproduksi sapi betina Peranakan Ongole dan Peranakan Limousin yang meliputi Service per Conception, Days Open, Calving Interval, dan Conception Rate. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sapi Peranakan Ongole   50 ekor dan Sapi Peranakan Limousin  50 ekor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan primer dan sekunder.  Variabel yang diamati adalah Service per conception (S/C), Days open (DO), Calving interval (CI), Conception rate (CR),  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan S/C sapi Peranakan Ongole 1,28 dan sapi Peranakan Limousin 1,34. Days Open (DO) sapi Peranakan Ongole 130,27±20,99  hari, sedangkan pada sapi Peranakan Limousin sebesar 149,32±24,19 hari. Conception Rate sebesar 75,34% pada sapi Peranakan Ongole dan 66% pada sapi Peranakan Limousin dan untuk CI pada sapi Peranakan Ongole sebesar 414,97±25,53  hari sedangkan pada sapi Peranakan Limousin sebesar 433,67±24,39 hari. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan penampilan reproduksi sapi Peranakan Ongole dan Peranakan Limousin.   Kata Kunci: Service per Conception, Days Open, Calving Interval and Conception Rate ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know the difference of reproductive performans Filial Ongole and Filial Limousine covering Service per Conception, Days Open, Calving Interval, and Conception Rate. The materials used in this study is to Filial Ongole by the number 50 objects and Filial Limousin Cattle with the number of 50 objects. The method used in this research is the gathering of primary and secondary data. The observed variables are Service per conception (S / C), Days open (DO), Calving interval (CI), Conception rate (CR), The experiment showed that  S / C , DO, CR and CI   of Filial Ongole  were 34 1.28;130.27 ± 20.99 days, 75.34%;  414.97 ± 25.53 days and for Filial Limousin were  1,34; 149,32±24,19 days; 66 %;433,67±24,39days respectively.  It was concluded  that there was   difference of  reproductive performans between Filial Ongole and Filial Limousin. Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary study have been found decrease in the number ofoutpatient visits in Balung Regional Hospital every years at 2010-2013 with an averageby 5.41%. Considering that indicators of outpatient utilization rate based on the numberof visits per day (within a period of 1 year), and utilization rate of the patient depends onthe decision to use it, therefore concluded that patient's decision to utilize outpatientservices in Balung Regional Hospital were less good. The purpose of this research wasanalyze the relation of marketing mix and psychological factors with patient's decisionmaking process in outpatient services utilization in Balung Regional Hospital, Jember.This research was an analytical design by cross sectional, with number of sampleswere136 of public patients who use outpatient services in 2014. The data were analyzedstatistically by using association Somer's D test. The results showed relationshipbetween place, product, price, promotion, people and process with patient's decisionmaking process. But there was no relationship between physical evidence with patient'sdecision making process. Furthermore, there was relationship between perception,motivation, and attitude with patient's decision making process in outpatient services.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Psychological Factor, Decision Making Process

Abstract

National Health Insurance is an Indonesian government program which mandates by social Insurance that required for all Indonesian citizens through BPJS. Coverage by independent participation in Jember is still very small that equal to 0.75 % of all participants registered. The results of a preliminary survey on the fisherman shows that 72.5 % of respondents thought unable to pay contribution JKN. The objective of this study was to calculate the ability to pay contribution of JKN for fishermen in Jember. This study was a quantitative descriptive study conducted in 3 villages, there are Puger Wetan village subdistrict Puger, Sumberejo village subdistrict Ambulu, and Lojejer village subdistrict Wuluhan. Results showed that most of respondents monthly income was middle which was in the interval ≥Rp.3.100.000,- to ≤Rp.7.750.000,- by the average was Rp.6.200.000,-; while the average household expenditure reached up to Rp.6.077.424,-. The calculation formula has got to calculate ability to pay is ΣRevenue – (-63880+ 0,8653X + ₁ 0,6361X3+ 1,277X4+ 1,081X5+ 0,6571X6+ 1,269X7+ 1,151X8+ 1,165X9+ 0,9445X10+ 1,307X11+ 1,540X12+ 0,9707X13+ 1,007X14+ 1,159X15+ 0.9988X16+ 1,047X17+ 1,064X18+ 3,517X19+ 1,015X20). Most of respondents (54,5%) were able to pay the premium of National Health Insurance. Most of respondents (61,11%) were only having ability to paid the premium for inpatient care grade 3 (Rp.25.500,- for one person every month). Abstract

Training need analysis is the process of collecting and analyzing data to identify the factors that need to be improved with training. In 2009, RSD dr.Soebandi Jember has conducted a training needs analysis for administrative staffs using based Job Competencies Based Need Analysis approach. However, it would be appropriate if the RSD dr.Soebandi Jember uses Person Competencies Based Need Analysis approach so can be identified that the gap between the standard and actual competency. The objective of these study was to analyzed the training needs for administrative staffs in Outpatient Installation at RSD dr.Soebandi with Person Competencies Based Need Analysis approach. These study used a descriptive research. Based on these research, competency standards of knowledge, attitude, and skill consist of excellent service, administrative, computer, and SIM-RS. In addition, it was determined those all or 100% of administrative staffs in Outpatient Installation must met the standards of competency in both categories. In actual competency was found that the administrative sttafs who had good knowledge are 43%, good attitude are 91%, and good skill are 45%. Based on results of the identification of standard competency and actual competency can be concluded that on average there was a gap on all competency. Abstract

The working performance of Public Health Center (PHC) is very essential in health development efforts. The working performances of PHC in 2012 is recorded from 89,7 to 144,20 and in 2013 is from 110,02 to 156,14. These values are far below the standard of 199. This shows that there is a problem of low working performance of PHC in Jember. This study aims to analyze the correlation between leadership and employee motivation to the working performance of PHC in Jember. The study is an analytical research with quantitative design. The number of sample was 316 respondent. The data were analyzed by using the Spearman rank correlation test. The result of the study showed that the leadership is in the category of good and very good leadership (89,9%), employees work motivation is in the medium category (63%) and it also showed that the performance of PHC in Jember is in the medium category. Abstract

Hospital is a government environment agency stablished to provide health services to the community. Therefore, hospitals desperately need input in the form of complete information, about is cost of a unit (unit cost). RSD Balung Jember that are required to perform the calculation of unit costs (unit cost) by of activity based costing (ABC) method. The purpose research is the calculation of unit costs (unit cost) by of activity based costing (ABC) method in Eyes at RSD Balung Jember. These research used descriptive with case study. Results sowed that, extraction corpus alienum Rp. 42.695; epilasi eyelash Rp. 36.579; incisi hordeolum or chalazion Rp. 41.956; tonometri Rp. 19.883; funduscopy Rp. 39.642; fluorosence Rp. 41.200; slyt lamp Rp. 14.119; visus Rp. 13.674; eye irrigation Rp. 60.544; extraction granuloma and ptyrigium Rp. 63.685; lift statches Rp. 36.507; anel test Rp. 60.288; prescription glasses Rp. 30.249; colour blind test Rp. 17.332; and health KIR Rp. 17.332;.The type of action that has a unit cost above tariff is funduscopy, fluorosence, lift stitches, anel test, and prescription glasses, while under the tariff is the extraction corpus alienum, epilasi eyelash, incisi hordeolum or chalazion, tonometri, slyt lamp, visus, eye irrigation, extraction granuloma and ptyrigium, color blind tests and health KIR. Abstract

Promotive services is important to support the enactment of the National Health Insuranceprogram, for any medical expenses that are collected through dues, it will run out if notaccompanied by increased promotional efforts. Based on preliminary studies were conductedto the Primary Health Care Facility in Jember district, data obtained 6 (40%) Primary HealthCare Facility who carry out services Promotive, It indicate that Primary Health Care Facilitydoing promotive still low in Jember district, The purpose of this study was to identify Promotiveservices in Primary Health Care Facility of the National Health Insurance Program. Thisresearch is descriptive. This study was conducted in Primary Health Care Facility in Jemberdistrict in November 2015. The samples were 30 Primary Health Care Facility. The resultsshowed a large majority has not made promotive, Input Element, human resources PrimaryHealth Care Facility no one had a special officer to promotive services. The level of knowledgeof the entire head Primary Health Care Facility had a high level of knowledge. No PrimaryHealth Care Facility that allocate costs to promotive services. Funds used for service prolanisof funds claim to the Social assurance agency. Most goals Primary Health Care Facility thatindividuals and groups using the method of counseling and lectures as well as the majority useprint media that leaflet. Abstract

Decree of President No. 12 in 2013 explained that The Government and Local Government had a responsibility for availability of health facilities and implementation of health services in National Health Insurance. The first level-health facilities which had been collaborated with Social Assurance Agency in Health were 97. Based on ratio, the number of the first level-health facilities in Jember were less. The shortage was The government's resposibility based on Decree of President No. 12 in 2013.This research aims to analize of stakeholder policy in compliance policy of the first level-health facilities in National Health Insurance at Jember.This research was descriptive research with mixed methods approach. The result explained that Social Assurance Agency in Health of Jember needed to get cooperation with 230 doctors and 35 primary health care or clinics. Social Assurance Agency in Health of Jember had a big power to get cooperation with the first-level health facilities which be available in Jember during get a cooperation with doctors and available clinics also invite other investors to build a new clinics. The first level-health facilities, specially clinics and doctor had a rights to have cooperation or not with Social Assurance Agency in Health. Abstract

Yang melatar belakangi diadakannya Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) ini karena rendahnya kompetensi guru Kelas dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Solusinya yaitu dengan mengefektifkan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Permasalahannya bagaimana mengefektifkan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik bagi guru Kelas SD Negeri 44 Mataram. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi guru Kelas dalam pembelajaran di kelas, yang manfaatnya bagi Kepala sekolah adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, masing-masing siklus kegiatannya ada empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) hasil observasi Kepala Sekolah maupun observasi guru selama proses pendampingan telah memperoleh skor rata-rata > 4,0, 2) hasil nilai rata-rata guru dalam proses pembelajaran mencapai > 85% dengan nilai rata-rata > 70,00 (kategori baik). Hasil penelitian pada siklus I observasi Kepala Sekolah rata-rata (3,50), observasi guru rata-rata (3,50) dan hasil supervisi akademik di kelas rata-rata nilai (68,90). Pada siklus II observasi Kepala Sekolah rata-rata (4,60) dengan prosentase ketercapaian (100%), observasi guru rata-rata (4,50) dengan prosentase ketercapaian (100%) dan hasil supervisi akademik di kelas rata-rata nilai (83,67) dengan prosentase ketercapaian (100%). Indikator keberhasilan telah tercapai, penelitian di nyatakan berhasil dan dihentikan pada siklus II. Kesimpulan; Hasil penelitian pada siklus ke 2 menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru kelas dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas senyatanya. Disarankan agar kepala Sekolah lainnya melakukan penelitian sejenis dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan kepada guru kelas yang lainnya agar melakukan proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan skenario yang telah direncanakan dengan baik, tanggung jawab, bersunggung-sungguh demi peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik sesuai dengan kelas yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya

Abstract

Morfologi merupakan studi gramatikal struktur internal kata, karena itu morfologisering disebut tata bentuk. Studi tentang morfologi mencakup definisi kata, akar kata,struktur kata, morfem, kelas kata yang juga sering disebut kategori leksikal dan kombinasikombinasinya dalam pembentukan kata seperti derivasi, infleksi, pemajemukan,pemenggalan, dan pemendekan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikanproses-proses morfologis yang lazim ditemukan khususnya dalam Bahasa Indonesia danBahasa Inggris. Bahasa Indonesia adalah bagian dari rumpun Bahasa Melanisia yang jugadikenal sebagai bahasa berafiks atau bahasa aglutinatif sedangkan Bahasa Inggris yangmerupakan rumpun bahasa Indo-Eropa yang merupakan gabungan dari bahasa berafiks danbahasa fleksi sehingga disebut fleksoaglutinatif. Bahasa fleksi atau bahasa sintetis adalahbahasa yang proses perubahan morfemis dilakukan dengan mempertahankan identitasleksikal sesuai dengan perbedaan waktu, jenis kelamin, jumlah dan sebagainya.
