Abstract

Abstrak: Aktivitas jasmani dan olahraga dapat merupakan pilihan mediasi yang tepat dalam pendidikan karakter. Pilihan tepat ini didasarkan pada: (1) hampir semua siswa melakukan aktivitas jasmani (termasuk olahraga); (2) aktivitas jasmani dan olahraga adalah bagian dari unsur budaya; (3) aktivitas jasmani dan olahraga melibatkan aktivitas moral. Suatu proses belajar-mengajar yang di- orientasikan pada pendidikan nilai, reflektif, dan contekstual serta relevan dengan sistem kehidupan nyata merupakan pintu masuk untuk mempengaruhi perilaku siswa, melalui perlibatan dan inter- vensi PECS (physical, emotional, cognitive, dan social). Pendidikan karakter melalui aktivitas jasmani berbasis nilai dapat merupakan alternatif untuk mendidik karakter siswa dengan memfokuskan pada lima tingkatan partisipasi, yaitu: (1) menghargai/menghormati hak dan perasaan siswa lain; (2) ke- berupayaan; (3) pengarahan-diri; (4) membantu siswa lain; dan (5) merefleksikan pada kegiatan di luar pendidikan jasmani. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perbedaan performa permainan bola basket siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Hybrid Sport Education-Invasion Games Competence Model (SE-IGCM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan the one-group pretest-posttest design. Partisipan di dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 siswa SMA kelas X yang pilih dengan menggunakan systematic sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Basketball Offensive Game Performance Instrument (BOGPI). Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan paired samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan performa permainan bola basket pada siswa sesudah menggunakan Hybrid SE-IGCM. Penelitian ini memberikan penemuan bahwa Sport Education dengan menggunakan tiga tahap yang dimodifikasi dengan Invasion Games Competence Model dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, khususnya dalam peningkatan performa permainan dalam bentuk invasi. Sehingga Hybrid SE-IGCM dapat digunakan dalam peningkatan performa permainan bola basket.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dari aktivitas program psychomotor therapy (PMT) untuk mengurangi kondisi masalah dalam aspek perilaku, emosi, dan sosial pada anak dengan gangguan spektrum autisme usia dini. Salah satu upaya penangannya yaitu membuat anak banyak bermain dan bergerak lebih efisien melalui intervensi program psychomotor therapy. Hal tersebut menjadi alasan untuk digunakannya psychomotor therapy dimana aktivitas yang dilakukan menitikberatkan pada tubuh dan pikiran anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi (mixed methods) dengan pendekatan sequential exploratory. Metode tersebut dipilih karena peneliti harus mengolah data deksripsi yang menghasilkan penjelasan mengenai kondisi objektif subjek dan pengembangan program psychomotor therapy melalui data kualitatif serta memperoleh data untuk menguji dampak suatu treatment (atau suatu intervensi) melalui data kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan frekuensi pada masalah perilaku repetitif dan perilaku emosional anak, serta terdapat penurunan latensi pada masalah sosial anak.

Abstract

The Instruction of physical education is closely associated with the motiondevelopment as continuum changes in the motion behavior along human life that arehappened through interactions between characteristics of the task of motion, individualbiological factors, and the local environmental conditions.A study of the human motion development is often seen from various categories leading to imbalances of the developmental process, that is at the domains (cognitive, affective, psychomotor), or the interrelation of behavioral-age (under five-year-old, child,adolescent, adult, middle age, old), or from a biological view, in the environment andperspective of the task of motion. The concept of the motion development itself is learned through three ways that are: longitudinal, cross-sectional and mixed-longitudinalstudy. The stages of the motion development can be classified into various means thatare: age chronology (biological age, morphological age, age of skeleton’s growth, toothage, sexual age, emotional age, mental age, age of self-conception, and perceptual age).Teachers of the physical education are required to instill the concept of motion to allstudents and not to forget the important factor “move as an important characteristic oflife”. The appliance of the physical education at school or in informal condition shouldbe able to lead all students to master their own skills in maintaining and improving theirmotion ability. To a further implication, the application of the conventions of the motiondevelopment into the instruction of the physical education needs a clear distinctionbetween the Elementary School, Junior High School, and Senior High School. Thatdistinction is good at the target orientation, material, and its process of learning.Keywords: Motion development and physical education

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji mengenai pengaruh model latihan  yang dikaitkan dengan latar belakang orang tua terhadap peningkatan kondisi fisik atlet Bola Basket Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah atlet Bola Basket SMAN 2 Bandung dengan jumlah sampel 20 atlet. Pemberian perlakuan dilakukan sebanyak 16 kali, sedangkan waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 6 minggu atau 43 hari, dalam satu minggu perlakuan diberikan sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan. Analisis dan rujukan yang telah dilakukan meliputi tes fisik dan analisis tentang, 1) Menentukan Daya Tahan (1) Bleep Test (VO2MAX), Kecepatan  yaitu (2) Sprint 20 m, dan (3) Sprint 20 m x 4 (4) Shuttle Run (5) Sit And Reach (Flexibility) Kekuatan Meliputi (6) Push Up, (7)Sit Up,(8) Back Up, dan Power (9) Vertical Jump. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Secara keseluruahn model latihan dan Latar belakang orang tua memberikan pengaruh terhadap Peningkatan kondisi fisik; 2) Terdapat interaksi antara model latihan dan Latar belakang orang tua terhadap pada peningkatan kondisi fisik; 3) Tidak Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model latihan GPPS dengan Model Complex training terhadap peningkatan kondisi fisik bola basket pada atlet yang berlatar belakang orang tua olahragawan; 4) Tidak Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model latihan GPPS dengan Model Complex training terhadap peningkatan kondisi fisik bola basket pada atlet yang berlatar belakang orang tua non olahragawan

Abstract

Research departs from the problem of the lack of shooting tools in basketball sports in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to contract image processing tools that are valid, reliable, and the level of norms in the throwing position is 00 (right and left), 450 (right and left), 900 (free throw). The method used in this research is using Reaserch and Development (R&D). The population in the whole women's basketball research UPI amounted to 14 athletes. Sampling uses a total sampling, with all the women's basketball athletes as much as 14 people. The results of the study resulted in the validity, reliability and level of norms, with the validity value at the position 900 of 0.867 validity being said to have high validity. Reliability value of 0.785 is moderate/sufficient. The norm Level at the overall shooting degree is A = very good, B = well, C = good enough, D = less good, and E = very less. The author can take the conclusion that construction of the image processing tool shooting tools can be used to exercise accuracy of the shooting of basketball sports, so that the results of data generated on the application can be utilized by the trainer for the placement of athletes when making an assault pattern at the time of the game

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the tactical approach and the difference between tactical approaches and conventional approaches to learning outcomes during futsal playing activities in SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG. The study was conducted with the design of pretest and posttest control group design. The study sample was high school students in SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG who participated in extracurricular activities totaling 20 people. The instrument used is GPAI (Games Performance Assessment Instrument) based on the research results obtained (1) the results of the paired Sample Test obtained significantly at 0.000 0.05 there is an effect, it can be concluded that the tactical approach has a significant effect on learning outcomes when playing futsal on students of SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG (2) the results of the paired Sample Test obtained significantly at 0.000 0.05 there is an influence, it can be concluded that the conventional approach has a significant effect on learning outcomes when playing futsal in high school students SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG (3) Then second the approach compared with independent sample t test the score gain score is a tactical approach of 41.65 and the conventional approach is 20.95. And the difference is that the tactical approach has a significant effect compared to the conventional approach.Keywords: Tactical approach, conventional, learning outcomes.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan taktis dan perbedaan antara pendekatan taktis dan pendekatan konvensional terhadap hasil belajar pada saat aktivitas bermain futsal di SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG, Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan design pretest and posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurkuler yang berjumlah 20 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah GPAI (Games Performance Assesment Instrument) berdasarkan hasil penlitian yang di peroleh (1) hasil uji paired Sample Test diperoleh signifikan sebesar 0.000 0,05 terdapat pengaruh maka dapat disimpulkan pendekatan taktis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada saat bermain futsal pada siswa SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG (2) hasil uji paired Sample Test diperoleh signifikan sebesar 0.000 0,05 terdapat pengaruh maka dapat disimpulkan pendekatan konvensional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada saat bermain futsal pada siswa SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG (3) Kemudian kedua pendekatan tersebut dibandingkan dengan independent sample t test yaitu nilai rerata Gain score pendekatan taktis adalah 41,65 nilai rerata pendekatan konvensional adalah 20,95. Dan perbedaan tersebut terlihat bahwa pendekatan taktis memberikan pengaruh signifikan dibandingkan pendekatan konvensional.Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Taktis, Gaya Konvensional, hasil belajar.

Abstract

Background Problems: The educational disruptions and suspension of athletic competitions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic presented sports coaches with unique challenges in maintaining coaching and training activities for the athletes. Research Objectives: This study aimed to gain a comprehensive understanding of the experiences of physical education teachers who are also coaches in sports coaching amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The study was qualitative, utilising a descriptive phenomenological design. Five participants willingly took part in an in-depth interview, ensuring the protection of informant data and maintaining anonymity. The instrument used was a semi-structured interview guide recorded via video and transcribed using Microsoft Word. Informed consent was obtained before the interview, and data analysis followed Collaizi's descriptive phenomenology for collecting, reducing, presenting, verifying, and concluding the data. Findings/Results: The findings of the study revealed several sports coaching predicaments: connectivity and communication issues, physical training conflict, administrative concerns, and psychosocial problems. Additionally, potential strategies were also revealed: connectivity and communication strategy, modified training method, administrative outsourcing initiative, and psychosocial initiative. Based on the results of the study, a proposed sports coaching intervention plan is highly recommended for utilisation to address several predicaments that emerged. Conclusion: Research shows that in grappling with pandemic-related challenges, coaches play a crucial role in maximising athletes' potential, necessitating a blend of skills and emotional resilience as they formulate effective coaching strategies for the predicaments encountered. Generally, this can contribute to more effective and well-rounded sports coaching, ultimately benefiting the athletes and the overall success of sports coaching and the school's sport-related programmes.

Abstract

Character development of adolescents through physical activities is an effective medium in supporting athlete development, especially in forming values such as fair play, problem solving, and discipline. This study aims to analyze the level of implementation of fair play, problem solving, and discipline values in 39 roller skate athletes in Bandung City, and to identify factors such as gender and education level that influence the internalization of these values. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a Likert scale-based questionnaire as the main instrument. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods with the help of IBM SPSS. The results showed that the fair play value had the highest average score of 28.59 (SD = 2.98), reflecting good internalization among athletes. Meanwhile, the problem solving and discipline values each had an average score of 24.51 (SD = 3.20) and 26.87 (SD = 2.94), indicating the need for further strengthening. The analysis also revealed that gender and education level factors had a significant influence on the implementation of these values, where female athletes and high school athletes scored higher. Overall, this study shows that the values of fair play, problem solving, and discipline in roller skate athletes in Bandung City have been well internalized, with fair play as the most dominant value. Female athletes and high school athletes dominate the level of internalization of these values. Roller skating can be an effective means to shape the character of athletes. However, strategic steps are needed to optimize athlete development holistically

Abstract

In the sports landscape, coaching is undeniably considered important. However, coaching has focused mainly on competition, evaluating success through winning or performance excellence. In the case of Philippine sport, coaching largely remains entrenched in traditional performance-focused methods, where the primary goal of coaches is to enhance competitive outcomes. To date, there has been no research conducted in the Philippines focusing on sports coaching and training program with 3Ps integration. With this, the study aims to explore Filipino coaches' understanding of 3Ps and its incorporation into their coaching practices and training programs. Using the exploratory-descriptive qualitative research, nine Filipino coaches who are as well physical education teachers at higher education institutions in Mindanao, Philippines, participated in several in-depth interviews.  The study revealed six essential themes capturing the insights of Filipino coaches about 3Ps: unfamiliarity of 3Ps concept in coaching and training, lack of coaching practice and training standard, need of intentional teaching of 3Ps through coaching and training, recommendation of 3Ps for coaching development, support from government for coaching education, and 3Ps compliments existing coaching initiatives.  As this research contributes critical insights into the knowledge of Filipino coaches about 3Ps, thus, it is important in formulating conclusions and recommendations aimed at enhancing the sports coaching practice and training program in Philippines.
