Abstract

Abstract: The. study. is. based. on. the insufficient amount of student’s active learning time in the physical education program. of SMK Negeri 8 Bandung primarily in. soccer learning. The purpose of the study is to increase student’s active learning time (ALT) by implementing soccer like games strategy. The method used in the. study is Classroom Action Research. (CAR) with. the research design of Kurt Lewin’s Model which consists of two cycles where each cycle. includes planning, action, observing, reflecting. and duration recording in order to find out the amount of active learning time done by. the students. The. subjects of the study are 31 tenth-grader. students from. X TEI 2 class. The results of preliminary observations. show that the level of. students’ active learning is exceptionally low on (44,4%). On the first. cycle I action I observation, the amount of students’ active learning time. showed an increase to (48.8%). Then, cycle I action II revealed a decrease in students’ active learning time to (42.2%). Cycle. II action I showed that. students’ active learning time amount. increased. to (56.6%). On cycle II action. II, the amount of active. learning. time. reached (72.2%). Based. on the research. data of the study, it can. be concluded. that there. is a significant percentage increase. in each cycle. and action. which indicates. that soccer like games. in soccer learning. can increase. students’ active learning time. Abstrak: Penelitian ini. dilatarbelakangi. oleh rendahnya waktu aktif belajar siswa pada pembelajaran pendidikan. jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan di SMK Negeri 8 Bandung khususnya dalam pembelajaran. sepakbola. Tujuan. penelitian ini. untuk meningkatan. jumlah waktu. aktif belajar (JWAB) . siswa melalui. strategi permainan. soccer like games. Metode yang. digunakan. dalam penelitian. ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan. Kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian. Model Kurt. Lewin. yang terdiri. dari dua siklus. dimana pada masing-masing. siklus mencakup. perencanaan (planning), tindakan. (action), pengamatan. (observing), refleksi (reflecting) . serta intrumen. penelitian catatan. lamanya. waktu (duration recording) untuk. mengetahui berapa jumlah waktu aktif belajar. yang dilakukan. siswa. Subjek penelitian. ini adalah kelas X TEI 2 berjumlah. 31 orang. Hasil. penelitian menunjukan. bahwa observasi awal menunjukan. jumlah waktu. aktif belajar. siswa masih sangat. rendah yaitu (44,4%), pada penelitian. pertama siklus. I tindakan I menunjukkan. Meningkat. jumlah. waktu aktif belajar. siswa yaitu (48,8%), lalu siklus I tindakan. II menunjukkan penurunan. jumlah waktu aktif. belajar siswa (42,2%), dan pada siklus II tindakan. I menunjukkan. bahwa jumlah. waktu aktif belajar siswa. meningkat (56,6%), siklus II tindakan. II jumlah waktu aktif. belajar mencapai. (72,2%). Dari data hasil penelitian. yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan. bahwa terdapat. peningkatan. presentase terhadap setiap siklus. dan tindakan sehingga. dengan permainan. soccer like games dalam. pembelajaran sepakbola dapat. meningkatkan. waktu aktif. belajar siswa. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the tactical approach and the difference between tactical approaches and conventional approaches to learning outcomes during futsal playing activities in SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG. The study was conducted with the design of pretest and posttest control group design. The study sample was high school students in SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG who participated in extracurricular activities totaling 20 people. The instrument used is GPAI (Games Performance Assessment Instrument) based on the research results obtained (1) the results of the paired Sample Test obtained significantly at 0.000 0.05 there is an effect, it can be concluded that the tactical approach has a significant effect on learning outcomes when playing futsal on students of SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG (2) the results of the paired Sample Test obtained significantly at 0.000 0.05 there is an influence, it can be concluded that the conventional approach has a significant effect on learning outcomes when playing futsal in high school students SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG (3) Then second the approach compared with independent sample t test the score gain score is a tactical approach of 41.65 and the conventional approach is 20.95. And the difference is that the tactical approach has a significant effect compared to the conventional approach.Keywords: Tactical approach, conventional, learning outcomes.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan taktis dan perbedaan antara pendekatan taktis dan pendekatan konvensional terhadap hasil belajar pada saat aktivitas bermain futsal di SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG, Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan design pretest and posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurkuler yang berjumlah 20 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah GPAI (Games Performance Assesment Instrument) berdasarkan hasil penlitian yang di peroleh (1) hasil uji paired Sample Test diperoleh signifikan sebesar 0.000 0,05 terdapat pengaruh maka dapat disimpulkan pendekatan taktis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada saat bermain futsal pada siswa SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG (2) hasil uji paired Sample Test diperoleh signifikan sebesar 0.000 0,05 terdapat pengaruh maka dapat disimpulkan pendekatan konvensional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada saat bermain futsal pada siswa SMA N 12 BANDAR LAMPUNG (3) Kemudian kedua pendekatan tersebut dibandingkan dengan independent sample t test yaitu nilai rerata Gain score pendekatan taktis adalah 41,65 nilai rerata pendekatan konvensional adalah 20,95. Dan perbedaan tersebut terlihat bahwa pendekatan taktis memberikan pengaruh signifikan dibandingkan pendekatan konvensional.Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Taktis, Gaya Konvensional, hasil belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover in increasing profitability at PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. The data studied is in the form of the financial statements of PT Indo Kordsa Tbk for 2018-2021. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study state that 1) inventory turnover that has been carried out by the company for 4 years has not been effective 2) receivable turnover that has been carried out by the company for 4 years has not been effective 3) profitability is considered less than optimal because the level of sales has decreased resulting in inventory turnover and receivable turnover not yet effective so that it has not been able to help obtain maximum profitability.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Waringin Group Surabaya. This research used a sample of 65 who were permanent employees and employees who had worked for at least one year at Waringin Group Surabaya. Data was collected through literature studies, questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques in this research include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Waringin Group Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rental prices and service quality on customer satisfaction at Pt Gunawangsa Mapan Sentosa Merr. This study uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is quantitative. The results of this study are, Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing there is a significant effect of rental prices on customer satisfaction, and there is also a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. As for simultaneously there is a significant influence of rental prices and service quality on customer satisfaction
