Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of celebrity endorsers, brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions on Emina Cosmetics products. This type of research is a survey of students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The type of data used is quantitative data and qualitative data. Data sources using primary data sources and secondary data. The population in this study were students who used Emina Cosmetics in the Faculty of Economics at Slamet Riyadi University in Surakarta with a sample of 100 people and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques using the instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsers have no significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pratama Karanganyar Tax Service Office, the type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are Pratama and secondary data. The total population in this sample is 124 employees of the Pratama Karanganyar Tax Office. The sample used in this study was taken 40% of the total population of 50 respondents. The sampling technique is done by using proportional cluster random sampling or random sampling in each area in a different section. In this study shows that leadership style does not significantly influence employee performance, while motivation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research was used to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction of TFP Kopi Warung Surakarta. The population sample used is a TFP Kopi Warung Surakarta customers. The sample used in this research is 100 people respondents. The sampling technique use Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.The result of the research shows that the persial and simultaneous service quality, product quality, and price positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. Type of data that is using qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The study population was the staff of the Surakarta City UKM Cooperative Office. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation moderates work discipline and motivation does not moderate the work environment.

Abstract

Aim of the research are to explain 1) influence of price fairness to customer satisfaction; 2) influence of brand image to customer satisfaction; 3) influence price fairness to repurchase intention; 4) influence brand image to repurchase intention; 5) influence customer satisfaction to repurchase intention. This research at Rown Division Surakarta. Sample measurement is used as 115 respondents with nonprobability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Medeling analysis technique. Research result indicates that there is influence of direct price fairness towards customer satisfaction with a value of CR = 2,638 and value of p = 0,008; influence of direct brand image towards customer satisfaction with a value of CR = 2,891 and value of p = 0,003; influence of indirect price fairness towards repurchase intention with value of CR = 0,394 and value of p = 0,694; influence of direct brand image towards repurchase intention with value of CR = 2,389 and value of p = 0,017; and influence of direct customer satisfaction towards repurchase intention with value of CR = 2,280 and value of p = 0,023. Based on aim of research, suggestion for the Rown Division Surakarta is to pay attention to customer satisfaction of factors and brand image, so that cutomer feel satisfied and always want to make a repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction, analyze the significance effect of experiential marketing and satisfaction on customer loyalty and analyze the significance effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a survey of customers at PT. Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Solo with a sample of 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that experiential marketing had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Experiential marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Experiential marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

This research uses qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used are secondary and primary data.Sources of data used are secondary and primary data.The population in this study amounted to 37 employees, because the population was below 100, the sampling technique was total sampling, that is, all members were used as the sample (census).The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously competence, work motivation, work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of word of mouth, food quality and store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions at Angkringan siniaja Karanganyar. This research is a survey research. The research population of consumers Angkringan Disiniaja Karanganyar. The sample is 100 people with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that word of mouth, food quality and store atmosphere had a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Angkringan Diiniaja Karanganyar.
