Abstract

Perusahaan berproduksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen, dalam hal jumalah yang diproduksi sebaiknya jumlah yang diproduksi tidak terlalu banyak dari permintaan konsumen yang berakibat terlalu banyaknya investasi dan kemungkinan produk rusak. Sebaliknya jumlah yang diproduksi jangan terlalu sedikit dari permintaan konsumen yang berakibat permintaan konsumen tidak dapat dipenuhi . Dengan demikian upaya untuk menentukan berapa jumlah yang harus dipeoduksi merupakan hal yang penting. Jumlah yang harus diproduksi tergantung dari penjualan produk (permintaannya), sehingga harus diadakan analisis tentang peramalan penjualan atau peramalan permintaan. KUD Cepogo adalah salah satu KUD penghasil susu sapi perah, hasil susu sapi perah digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen, sehingga KUD Cepogo sangat perlu melakukan analisis peralaman penjualan agar bisa menyediakan susu sesuai dengan jumlah yang dibutuhkan konsumen, Jumlah permintaan dan jumlah produksi susu sapi perah KUD Cepogo dari bulan ke bulan selalu berubah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalankan penjualan susu perah 1 tahun kedepan (tahun 2020) dengan menggunakan metode Least Square dan merekomendasikan alternatif pengadaan persediaan susu perah yang optimal dimasa yang akan datang. Data penjualan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini data dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2019.Hasil analisis data didapat persamaan garis regresi Y= 275.815,55 +599,87 X. Dari persamaan garis regresi tersebut diperoleh peramalan penjualan untuk tahun 2020 sebanyak 3.874.864 liter susu sapi perah. Hasil peramalan penjualan ini bisa dipakai KUD Cepogo untuk pengadaan persediaan susu perah yang optimal yaitu sebanyak 3.874.864 Liter. Jangan terlalu banyak dari yang dibutuhkan konsumen terlebih produk susu sapi perah tidak bisa disimpan dalam waktu lama.Kata Kunci : Ramalan Penjualan, metode Least Quares.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the queuing system for optimization of teller services at Bank Negara Indonesia, Slamet Riyadi Solo Branch Office. The data used in this study is a direct observation of the object of research / observation. The sampling technique uses the Leddy formula because the population cannot be known. The data analysis technique used is manual calculation using the queuing system formulas of many single-stage channels (multiple channel-single phase). The results of this study indicate that there are 2 service lines at Customer Service at Solo Balapan Station. Research hypothesis on Customer Service 1 at Solo Balapan Station that the service, and the average service time is not optimal with the average time to serve a customer > 5 minutes, or 5,6772 minutes, while the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) < 5 minutes, so the researchers made calculations using the addition to 3 Customer Service and were only able to obtain optimal results ie < 5 minutes or 4,8276 minutes occurred in Customer Service 1. The average time customers spent waiting in the queue was 0,47712 minutes. Research hypothesis on Customer Service 2 at Solo Balapan Station that the service, and the average service time is optimal with the average time to serve a customer < 5 minutes, or 4,7952 minutes

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of controlling raw material inventory costs and analyze the differences in raw material inventory costs by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and by using the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) model compared to conventional methods on Sriwedari Batik in Surakarta. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the policies implemented by Batik Sriwedari in Surakarta have not yet reached the level of efficiency. The use of the EOQ method and the use of the EPQ model are able to regulate the inventory system and production system to be better, more measurable and reduce the total costs that must be incurred by the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to obtain a quening system model, and obtain the results analysis on the queuing system in PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sragen. The data used in this study are quantitative data in the form of time used in service. Data collection is done by direct survey and obsevation method in the ticket window PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sragen. This research uses a Leddy formulawith a sample of 100 customers. This research uses analysis techniques Single Channel Single Phase and Multi Channel Single Phase.Test results show the performace of the teller service queuingsystem in the PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sragen is in accordance with procedures and the teller service using the queuing system in the PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sragen is optimal.

Abstract

Perum Bulog Subdivre III Surakarta is a company that produces products in the form of rice. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of supply chain management that is currently running in Perum Bulog Subdivre Surakarta whether it is optimal or not for the company. This research is a case study. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. This research uses interview, observation, and literature study as well as documentation in collecting data. Management of Supply Chain Management at Perum Bulog Subdivre III Surakarta involving farmers / partners, Perum Bulog Subdivre III Surakarta and consumers are running optimally. The supply chain that has been run already has clear objectives and chain members who carry out their duties are also in accordance with their role. Policy alternatives that can be used to assist in optimizing supply chain performance include trust building, government support, additional technological resources, and contractual agreements between farmers / partners with Perum Bulog Subdivre III Surakarta and between Perum Bulog Subdivre III Surakarta and consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimization of supply chain management performance in the Gethuk President home industry in Sragen and to analyze the optimization of the impact of supply chain management performance on the Gethuk President home industry in Sragen. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative case study method. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive supply chain analysis. The results showed that the supply chain management of gethuk products at the Presidential Gethuk Home Industry involved cassava farmers, collectors, Gethuk President and consumers. The supply chain structure is already running well. Chain management is running pretty well. The resource chain elements are already running well, starting from human resources, technology resources and capital resources. Chain business process elements are elements that are considered optimal because smooth production and marketing are already very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the queuing system for optimization of teller services at Bank Negara Indonesia, Slamet Riyadi Solo Branch Office. The data used in this study is a direct observation of the object of research / observation. The sampling technique uses the Leddy formula because the population cannot be known. The data analysis technique used is manual calculation using the queuing system formulas of many single-stage channels (multiple channel-single phase). The results of this study indicate that teller services for customers using 4 counters are not optimal because ≥ 5 minutes or 31,16 minutes occur at counter 4, while the time to wait in the queue is compared to the company's standardization of 5 minutes, so researchers do calculations using additions become 5 counters and can only get optimal results, namely ≤ 5 minutes or 0,18 minutes occurs at counter 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze service optimization, optimization of service time, and average customer waiting time at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo. This type of research is a case study at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo. The type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple queue model (M/M/S) where two or more individuals can be served at the same time by service facilities. Determination of the number of samples in this study using non-probability sampling technique with a sample size of 100 customers. The results showed that the average time spent serving a customer at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo at counter A is 7.1466 minutes, counter B is 4.116 minutes, counter C is 9,636 minutes and counter D is 5.5248 minutes. The average waiting time spent by customers to wait in the queue at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo at counter A is 0.001656 minutes, counter B is 0.0009852 minutes, counter C is 0.005373 minutes, and counter D is 0.0005316 minutes. The hypothesis in this study is that the average service time and average waiting time spent by customers to wait in queues at the service counters at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo are optimal with service time and average waiting time customers spend waiting in the queue ≤ 10 minutes. Abstract

This research is an observation. This type of data uses qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using study documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive method. The results showed that the application of the Material Requirement Planning method could play a role in optimizing the control of raw material inventories at the Batik Company CV Cempaka, this was indicated by the total cost of raw material inventory using the economic order quantity (EOQ) technique of Rp 5,027,000, the total inventory cost raw materials use the period order quantity (POQ) method of Rp. 18,980,800, the total cost of raw material inventories using lot for lot (LFL) is Rp. 17,500,000, and the total cost of inventory for the company's method raw materials is Rp. 27,571,000. From this comparison it can be seen that both MRP techniques namely economic order quantity (EOQ) with a total inventory cost of Rp 5,027,000 is the most optimal in order to achieve optimal optimization of the total cost of raw material inventory because it can save raw material inventory costs by 70%, so the hypothesis 2 which states that: "It is suspected that by planning raw material inventory using the MRP method at CV Cempaka Batik Company can optimize production costs", the truth is proven.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used are secondary and primary data.Sources of data used are secondary and primary data.The population in this study amounted to 37 employees, because the population was below 100, the sampling technique was total sampling, that is, all members were used as the sample (census).The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously competence, work motivation, work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.
