Abstract

There are two meaning of organization commitment. First, attitude which individu identify itself on goals and values of organization. Second, behavior which individu is involved in organization activities and then shows their loyally. Some factors that influence the relation between individu and their organization are organizational factors (promotion and salary system, form of organization, etc), job environment factors (interaction design of each group in organization,), essential/substancial job (autonomy, role, job description, authority dc,) and individual factors (age, personality, motivation, etc,). Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) bidang usaha warung internet (warnet) yang menggunakan sistem informasi biling yang bersifat wajib (mandatory) di kota Malang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 warnet. Metode analisa data adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) salah satu metode alternatif Structured Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Sistem berpengaruh langsung positif tidak signifikan terhadap Penggunaan, dan Kinerja Individu, berpengaruh langsung positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Sistem juga berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja Individu melalui Penggunaan maupun Kepuasan Pengguna. Kualitas Sistem berpengaruh langsung positif tidak signifikan dan tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja Organisasi melalui Penggunaan, Kepuasan Pengguna dan Kinerja Individu. Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh langsung positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Individu, serta berpengaruh langsung positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna dan Penggunaan. Kualitas Informasi juga berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja Individu melalui Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna. Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, melalui Penggunaan, Kepuasan pengguna dan Kinerja Individu. Penggunaan berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap variabel Kinerja Organisasi, melalui Kinerja Individu. Kepuasan Pengguna berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, melalui variabel Kinerja Individu. Kata Kunci: Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi, Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Infrormasi, Penggunaan Sistem, Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem, Kinerja Individu, Kinerja Organisasi.AbstractThis study aims to analyze and explain the effect of application of Management Information System (MIS) on the performance of employees at small and medium (SME) business sector internet cafes (cafe) using billing information system which is compulsory (mandatory) in the city of Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 69 cafe. Data analysis method is Partial Least Square (PLS) is one of the alternative methods of Structured Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that Quality Systems is not significant positive direct effect on use, and individual performance, significant positive direct influence on User Satisfaction, Quality Systems also indirect effect on performance through the use of individual and User Satisfaction. Quality Systems insignificant positive impact directly and indirectly on Organizational Performance through Use, User Satisfaction and Individual Performance. Quality information is significant positive direct effect on individual performance, as well as no significant positive direct effect on User Satisfaction and Usage. Information quality is also an indirect effect on performance through the use of individual and User Experience. Information quality direct effect and indirect effect on Organizational Performance, through use, user satisfaction and individual performance. The use of direct and indirect influence on the variable Organizational Performance through Individual Performance. Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate governance and ownership structure on the company's financial performance. Good corporate governance is proxyed by the proportion of independent commissioners, while the ownership structure is proxyed by the proportion of institutional and managerial ownership. Financial performance indicators are measured by Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). The sample used was 22 companies from a population of 54 property companies and public real estate that were publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and obtained a total of 110 observations for the period 2011-2015. The sample is determined using the purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple regression analysis and is processed using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant negative effect between the proportion of independent commissioners and institutional ownership of financial performance as measured by ROE. However, managerial ownership was found not to have a significant effect on financial performance as measured by ROE. Other results indicate that the proportion of independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance measured using ROA.

Abstract

This research aims to investigated the effect of e-service quality as independent variabel on e-customer satisfaction and e-customer loyalty as dependent variabel. This research is a quantitative approach with type of explanatory research. The data used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to user mandiri online in six cities, namely Jember, Situbondo, Probolinggo, Bondowoso, Lumajang, Banyuwangi,. Purposive sampling are used as sampling method in this study.115 respondent are collected. Data analysis use Structural Equation Model (SEM ). The conclusion show that online service quality have positive effect and significant on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty mandiri online user’s.

Abstract

The purpose of this review is to find out the amounts of profit, company size, and dividend policy which can influence the company’s value. LQ45 which is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange is in the year of 2015 – 2018. This research is using Explanatory Research with quantitative approach. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling. Profitability is a financial method used to gauge company’s profit.  Company’s profit that comes from sales and investment return, can influence the company’s size. The company’s scale is an important information, used by investor who wants to invest their wealth to the company. The magnitude of company can influence dividend return. Company’s profit can affect the size of company and dividend return. It can be reflected in the increasing of company’ value. The performance of company can be a parameter used by investor to do an investment or funding to the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of competitive advantage (cost of capital, capital intensity, advertising expenses), profitability (ROA, ROE, NPM), dividend policy (DPR, DPS, Yield) on firm value (MBR, MBA, Tobin’s Q). The researcher uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach and the object of the research uses the company IDX LQ45 which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. The total sample in this study was 4 companies from a population of 45 companies that met the sampling criteria and this study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) as research data management. The results show that the effect of competitive advantage has a significant effect on profitability, profitability has no significant effect on firm value, competitive advantage has a significant effect on dividend policy, dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value and competitive advantage has a significant effect on firm value

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of Green Banking and Corporate Governance on Company Value through the mediation of Competitive Advantage in Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017-2022. The study employs a quantitative method with a positivistic approach, involving a sample of 41 Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the IDX. This research uses a purposive sampling technique with inclusion criteria involving banks registered on the IDX, publishing financial reports, and providing the necessary data. Secondary data is in the form of banking financial reports for 2017-2022. Hypothesis testing uses quantitative statistical analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that Green Banking and Corporate Governance significantly affect Competitive Advantage and Company Value. Competitive advantage and company value have a significant favourable influence. The findings of this research can contribute to a deeper understanding of the relationship between Green Banking, Corporate Governance, Competitive Advantage and Company Value in the context of the conventional banking industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

The COVID-19 crisis has significantly impacted the global economy, instantly triggering an effect on stock market stability forcing companies to adapt to the uncertainty of economic conditions to survive. Implementing enterprise risk management (ERM), corporate governance (CG), and sustainability can help companies improve or maintain their performance. Companies faced the prospect of a stock market crash amid the crisis' chaos. This study aims to analyze the effect of ERM, CG, and sustainability on performance moderated by market crashes in companies listed on the LQ45 Index Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020 period when the composite stock price index (IHSG) crashed. Thirty-three companies served as the study's samples, while secondary data from partial least squares (PLS) and descriptive analysis were employed. The findings suggest that ERM and CG have a significant impact on sustainability and also have an insignificant impact on performance. Furthermore, sustainability has a significant effect on performance, and market crashes have a moderating effect that improves the impact of ERM on performance.
