Abstract

pemeliharaan infrastruktur jaringan irigasi. Cirasea Participation of public, especially farmers, plays a very important role in the operation and maintenance of irrigation network infrastructure. According to the Government's Regulation No. 20 of 2006 concerning irrigation, it is mentioned that "Participation of the farmers in the development of the irrigation systems and refineries is realized starting from the initial concept, decision making, and implementation of activities in the construction, improvement, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation. This study focused on two groups of Water User Farmer Association (P3A) in one district and Joint P3A (GP3A) with each drawn number of respondents of 25 respondents. Research sites were located in the Village at tertiary GLK Ciheulang 7 ka and Ciparay Village at tertiary KJA 2 ka. The result showed that the variables Attitude toward Behavior (ATB), Subjective Norm (SN), and Perceived Behavior Control (PBC) have a positive effect on farmers' intentions that play a role or not in choosing an operation and maintenance (OP) of irrigation network. Farmers who have high intensity in participation in Operation and maintenance (OP) have a network of irrigation land productivity levels higher than the farmers who have a lower intensity. Variable correlation ATB, SN, PBC and intention into the category of "very strong". So is the correlation between intention and productivity of rice farmers in the category of "very strong". Farmers whose intentions towards Operational and maintenance (OP) in the category of irrigation excellent productivity of rice have an average of 4.5 tons/ha/year when compared to the intentions of the OP farmers' irrigation network into the low category. Model ATXB relationship between the independent variable (X1), SN (X2) and PBC (X3) on the dependent variable Intention (Y) is Y = -0.116 + 0.130 X1 + 0.530 X2 +0.362 X3 with boundary condition values X1, X2, X3 must be greater than zero and Y cannot be negative. Meanwhile, the model of the relationship between the independent variables Intention (Y) on the dependent variable productivity (Z) is Z = 4.723 +0.267 Y. With the intention o boundary value (Y) must be greater than 12.5 and less than 38.84 Keywords : Theory Of Planned Behavior, Farmer Participation, DI. Cirasea

Abstract

Therapeutic uses of art have been acknowledged since even before the emergence of art therapy as a discipline and profession. Over the last couple of years, the Psychology of Art course managed under the Visual Art Study Program ITB has included discussion and therapeutic artmaking practice for students from all over the university. During the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the delivery of therapeutic artmaking practice in the classroom had to be adjusted. Therefore, a video guide was created to help the students to follow the course activities. This paper describes the process and the theoretical background of making the video guide as well as discussing some of the students’ reports using the self-concept framework and the effectiveness of distance therapeutic artmaking activities. The preliminary study used a quasi-experimental approach, specifically a pre-experimental design, towards Psychology of Art students in 2020. The data used included verbal reports and images, which were analyzed qualitatively using codification and content analysis with two raters to discuss the findings. The results showed that the activity was impactful towards students’ self-concept. In some findings, the participants elaborated how the activity had impacted them positively. In the future, this model of distant therapeutic artmaking can be further developed and distributed to give benefits to a larger audience.

Abstract

This study highlights the low English writing and speaking skills of students of the Information Systems Study Program at Nurdin Hamzah University. To address this challenge, a rule-based expert system application named M.E.G.A for Job Seekers was developed using the ADDIE model approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This application functions as a self-assessment tool to improve students' professional communication readiness, especially in compiling CVs, job application letters, and interview preparation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with subjects consisting of language experts, instructional media experts, and educational technology experts to validate the product. Meanwhile, 100 second-semester students of the Information Systems Study Program at Nurdin Hamzah University were used as the sample for testing the practicality, attractiveness, and effectiveness of the application. This study used quantitative data from questionnaires and tests, as well as qualitative data from open-ended responses by experts and students. The quantitative data were analyzed descriptively, while the qualitative data were validated through triangulation and content analysis to support the development of the application. The results showed high scores in the aspects of functionality, attractiveness of appearance, and improvement of learning outcomes. Pre-test and post-test analysis showed significant improvements, while statistical analysis supported the pedagogical reliability of this system. The application has proven effective in supporting independent learning that is relevant to the needs of the world of work and has the potential to be adopted by other study programs. This study contributes to the development of digital learning through the integration of AI-based expert systems for the development of 21st-century skills.
