Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemuda di Marabahan dalam bidang desain grafis digital sebagai strategi penguatan ekonomi kreatif lokal. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian pelatihan intensif yang mencakup dasar-dasar desain grafis, penggunaan perangkat lunak desain, hingga teknik pemasaran digital untuk produk kreatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknis dan pemahaman bisnis di kalangan peserta. Pemuda Marabahan kini memiliki kemampuan untuk menciptakan produk desain grafis yang kompetitif, membuka peluang usaha baru, dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekosistem ekonomi kreatif di daerah mereka. Inisiatif ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan kapasitas serupa di komunitas lain, mendorong inovasi, dan memperkuat daya saing ekonomi lokal di era digital.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi ekonomi, literasi digital, dan kemampuan kewirausahaan kreatif generasi muda di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 2 Januari 2026 di Aula Kampus Politeknik Murakata, Barabai Timur, dengan metode ceramah interaktif kepada 14 peserta pemuda dan pemudi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapan berwirausaha. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta terkait pengelolaan keuangan, strategi bisnis kreatif, pemanfaatan potensi lokal, dan literasi digital. Kegiatan ini juga membangun motivasi, kesadaran inovasi, dan kemampuan kolaborasi peserta dalam menjalankan usaha kreatif. Pengabdian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan edukatif yang kontekstual dan partisipatif dalam membekali generasi muda untuk menghadapi tantangan ekonomi kreatif. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada pengembangan metode praktik langsung dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk mendukung literasi kewirausahaan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examines the resilience strategies, adaptive mechanisms, and the development of community-based creative business models among Sasirangan SMEs in Hulu Sungai Tengah, South Kalimantan, within the context of economic uncertainty and shifting market preferences. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, utilizing data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving SME actors, local communities, and relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that Sasirangan SMEs demonstrate adaptive resilience through product diversification, operational flexibility, and active engagement in social networks and community collaboration, enabling sustainable operations while enhancing competitiveness. The implementation of community-based creative business models, which integrates local wisdom, product innovation, and digital technology, contributes to market expansion and the preservation of Sasirangan cultural heritage. These results underscore the significance of policy support for strengthening digital literacy, facilitating culture-based innovation, and fostering community networks as critical factors for SME sustainability. Furthermore, this study provides implications for future research to investigate strategies for measuring SME resilience, the impact of digitalization on the sustainability of culture-based enterprises, and the optimization of creative business models that are more adaptive and inclusive.

Abstract

This study investigates the marketing strategies of Apam Barabai micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), focusing on the integration of product creativity and digitalization to enhance business competitiveness. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving MSME owners actively engaged in production, marketing, and business management in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The findings reveal that Apam Barabai MSMEs predominantly rely on traditional marketing strategies, emphasizing strategic stall locations along busy routes, direct interaction with consumers, and fostering customer loyalty through personalized purchasing experiences. The use of banana leaf packaging preserves product freshness, reinforces cultural identity, and provides aesthetic value, yet remains underutilized in digital promotions. Digital marketing and e-commerce adoption are limited due to insufficient digital literacy and concerns over order management, constraining broader market reach. The study highlights that integrating product innovation—such as packaging, presentation, and flavor variations—with digital platforms can expand market coverage, strengthen brand awareness, and maintain the authenticity of local cuisine. Creative strategies combined with social media and e-commerce utilization present opportunities for MSMEs to increase sales, enhance competitiveness, and sustain customer loyalty. This research contributes to the literature by demonstrating the complementary role of traditional marketing practices and digital tools in local culinary MSMEs, offering practical recommendations for optimizing digital marketing, fostering product innovation, and improving digital skills. The study underscores that strategic location, personalized interaction, product creativity, and digitalization collectively form a robust framework for MSME growth in a digital economy, aligning with modern marketing theory.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role and challenges of Human Resource Development (HRD) in organizations, particularly in facing digital transformation and the dynamics of the modern work environment. The research method used was a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which analyzed various national and international scientific literature for the 2020–2025 period through a process of selection, data reduction, thematic grouping, and data synthesis and interpretation. The results indicate that HRD plays a crucial role as a manager, developer, and driver of human resource quality through recruitment, training, competency development, increasing employee engagement, and establishing an adaptive and performance-oriented work culture. Furthermore, HRD also plays a role in integrating digital technology to improve the effectiveness of HR management. However, HR faces various challenges such as accelerated technological change, a skills gap, changes in digital and automated work methods, and the emergence of non-standard work models that raise ethical and regulatory issues. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that HRD must strategically transform by strengthening digital competencies, building flexible HR management systems, and integrating technological innovation to maintain the long-term sustainability of organizational performance.   Keywords: Human Resource Development, Digital Transformation, Employee Performance
