<![CDATA[Abstract: In the process of teaching and learning mathematics, students usually have an anxiety. One of the anxieties faced by students of elementary schools is tend to hesitated in answering questions because of a lack by self-efficacy and mathematical comprehension. Therefore, this study aims to determine the correlation between mathematics comprehension and student’s self- efficacy on fractional mathematics learning. The method used in this research is a correlational design. The population is all second grade students in North Sumedang. The second grade student’s in the experimental classI (Panyingkiran III Elementary School) and class II (Sukamaju Elementary School) as the research samples. Normality test used by Kolmogorov-Smirnov and correlation test used by Spearman's rho. The results of this research are: 1) There are positive correlation between the mathematics comprehension and student’s self-efficacy on fractional mathematics learning and 2) there are similarities in characteristics between student's of mathematics comprehension and student self-efficacy, so that 28.09% of the variation in achievement students' mathematics comprehension can be influenced by students' self- efficacy. <![CDATA[INSTALASI SISTEM INSTRUMENTASI & KENDALI UNIT VAKUM MESIN BERKAS ELEKTRON 350 KeV/10 mA TIPE REMOTE MANUAL. Sedang diselesaikan instalasi Sistem Instrumentasi & Kendali (SIK) unit vakum Mesin Berkas Elektron (MBE) tipe remote manual. SIK ini terdiri dari bagian kendali manual jarak jauh dan bagian monitoring jarak jauh. Prinsip kendali manual jarak jauh (50 m) adalah dengan mengendalikan status on/off terminal sumber tegangan 220Volt untuk pompa dan valve. Pemilihan terminal 220 Volt untuk pompa dan valve diatur dari ruang kendali MBE (saklar penyedia daya untuk valve dan pompa diatur ON). Untuk monitoring jarak jauh tingkat kevakuman digunakan kamera CCT yang ditempatkan di depan pirani/penning gauge serta unit TPG.300 BALZER pompa turbo. Monitoring status valve terbuka/tertutup dilakukan dengan menarik kabel indikator LED dari setiap valve ke panel transrak 19 inchi di ruang kendali MBE. Pneumatic valve dilengkapi sistem pipa kompresi dengan unit kompresor dan tabung reservoir. Seluruh pneumatic valve (selain venting valve) dari tipe normaly closed. Sistem CCTV dilengkapi enam buah kamera, sebuah TV monitor dan unit multiplexer untuk memilih gambarnya. Salah satu kamera CCTV ditempatkan pada unit rotator, menggunakan kendali infra merah yang dapat diatur berputar ke kanan / kiri sesuai orientasi monitoring yang dipilih . Hasil uji coba awal menunjukan bahwa SIK tipe remote manual untuk unit vakum Mesin Berkas Elektron menunjukan kinerja baik.]]>

<![CDATA[From studies of the Indonesian children in good socio-economic condition a conclusion can be made, that they are all in a good nutritional status, so that this physical dimension can be used as indices of health of the Indonesian preschool children. But this so-called ethnic standard, using an â€optimum†group, must be kept up-to-date and reviewed every 5 years or so (Janes, 1975), remembering the probable existence of a secular trend. It is still a task to do for establishing the most effective methods to bring about an all-round improvement in the health and nutritional status of the children as great as possible, and to enable the children to get more benefit from the education which is available.]]>

<![CDATA[Traditional art is a regional art as a part of national culture that must be preserved. Jaranan Pogogan is a traditional dance from Nganjuk. Jaranan Pogogan has been developing since 1950 but gradually became extinct in the 1980’s. The aim of the author is to raise the theme that Jaranan Pogogan can be preserved by the younger generation, with the theme of traditional arts expected to raise student interest in learning history. The research method used in this paper is qualitative and literature study data for data collection. The data obtained in this study passes the data analysis procedure that occurs simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or data verification. The data generated in this study shows the relationship between the values of Jaranan Pogogan which is original of Nganjuk culture as a historical learning for the next generation that upholds the noble values, local wisdom and manners.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out and examine the existing leadership Nganjuk Regency, as for the formulation of the problem to be discussed, namely 1) what is the defenition of leadership?, 2) how is the concept of Astha Brata teachings?, 3) how is the image of the Nganjuk Regent’s leadership based on Astha Brata teachings?, research using a qualitative methodology with a literature study appoach. The findings show that leaders in Nganjuk Regency don’t yet have and apply the leadership attitudes that exist in the teaching of the Astha Brata, leaders often abuse power, to improve the image of the Nganjuk leadershio, it is necessary to reorganize so that the same case does’nt happen again.]]>

<![CDATA[Wangsalan sindhenan merupakan salah satu bentuk karya sastra Jawa yang memiliki kandungan nilai- nilai luhur. Terdapat teka- teki dalam teks wangsalan yang membutuhkan sebuah metode untuk mengungkapkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menjelaskan teka teki dan nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam wangsalan sindhenan serat Kidung Kandhasanyata Nyi Bei Mardusari. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan semiotik. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah teks wangsalan sindhenan dalam serat Kidung Kandhasanyata karya Nyi Bei Mardusari. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembacaan dan pencatatan terhadap data yang diperoleh dari data pustaka dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik pembacaan heuristik dan pembacaan hermeneutik dengan tahapan: (1) menterjemahkan teks wangsalan, (2) mengungkapkan teka- teki dan makna wangsalan, dan (3) menginterpretasi makna wangsalan secara filosofis. Hasil penelitian ini berupa nilai- nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam wangsalan sindhenan karya Nyi Bei Madusari. Nilai- nilai pendidikan tersebut diantaranya nilai keimanan dan ketaqwaan, kesabaran, kemuliaan dan pengendalian diri. Nilai- nilai tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk menanamkan pendidikan karakter yaitu dengan memahami dan menginterpretasi makna yang terkandung di dalam wangsalan sehingga mampu menggerakkan rasa dan naluri pembaca untuk menjadi manusia yang lebih baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih dan mendampingi pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sari Amanah, Desa Tamansari, Kecamatan Kerjo, Kabupaten Karanganyar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kesulitan yang dialami mitra saat ini adalah dalam pengelolaan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Sejauh ini pencatatan transaksi keuangan BUMDes Sari Amanah belum rapi dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Pengabdian ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu implementasi pembelajaran akuntansi yang diberikan kepada masyarakat (lingkungan pendidikan nonformal) melalui serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan ini diharapkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra binaan. Peningkatan yang dimaksud terutama pada pencatatan transaksi dan laporan keuangan dapat disusun sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Nantinya, tim pengabdian akan menyediakan media pembelajaran (berupa desain database) untuk memudahkan mitra dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi dan menyusun laporan keuangan. Diharapkan dengan adanya pengabdian ini, BUMDes Sari Amanah lebih mudah bertransformasi dari pencatatan manual menuju digitalisasi laporan keuangan. Selain itu, diharapkan pengabdian ini mampu menghasilkan pencatatan transaksi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan BUMDes Sari Amanah lebih cepat, akurat dan rapi.]]>

<![CDATA[Every Public Agency shall establish PPID as the implementation of Law Number 14 of 2008 on Public Information Transparency. This study is to determine whether PPID is relevant when it is assumed by Archivists. Analyses will be performed by synchronizing tasks with duties of PPID, Archivists and archival management elements. Based on the analyses, the tasks of PPID are very consistent, even some of them are same with the tasks of Archivists. PPID and Archivists together perform creation, management, security tasks and information services. Thus it is very relevant when PPID is performed by Archivists to serve information transparency within Public Agency.]]>

<![CDATA[The growth of many taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) is proof of good economic growth for a country. However, sometimes many entrepreneurs do not know the procedures for paying taxes, the amount of tax that must be paid, which requires them to consult a financial consultant. The increasing number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is a new face in the economic sector, which indicates that the economy is getting better. Unfortunately, this is not comparable to their knowledge of calculating the amount of tax that must be paid. Based on this, financial consultants have a big role to play in helping those who are still confused about the amount of tax that must be paid.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Quizzizz on students' critical thinking abilities. This research is quantitative research with an experimental design. The data sources for this research include students in class The sampling technique in this research used a cluster sampling technique and a research sample of 70 students was obtained. The samples used in the research were 35 students in class X of the Accounting and Finance expertise program at Institution 1 as the experimental group and 35 students in class Data collection techniques using test methods and documentation methods. Data analysis in the form of prerequisite tests for this research is the normality test with Kolmogrov-Smirnov and the homogeneity test with Levene Statistics. Hypothesis testing in this study was the Independent Sample T-Test with a significant value of 0.05 with the help of the SPSS Version 27 program. The results of this study concluded that there was an influence of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Quizzizz on students' critical thinking abilities. This is indicated by a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05.]]>
