There are many media that can be used for home learning for an educator, it becomes a solution for online learning. That is to use the learning media for an educator for the learning process. In the current situation, a teacher is led to be more creative in learning activities so that students remain passionate in learning activities even if they are carried out remotely. During the current pandemic, teachers still use learning evaluation techniques that tend to be monotonous and conventional, namely assignments through student worksheets that are then photographed sent through the teacher's WhatsApp platform. But it turns out that very few students who work on the evaluation of the learning given, so it has an impact on the empty grades of students. Therefore, the author wants to know the use of google form application as a medium of evaluation on the subjects of grade IX moral beliefs in MTs Al-I'anah Kosambi. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach because it shows a description of the phenomenon of the response of teachers and students to the use of Google Form as a medium of evaluation of the learning of Akhlak Religious subjects in MTs Al-I'anah Kosambi.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and describe library management innovations at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang with a focus on innovation research studies in: planning the procurement of library collections, classifying library collections, library services and evaluating and monitoring libraries. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were the head of the library, library managers, teachers and students. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that there were innovations in planning, classifying, serving, evaluating and monitoring.

The youth association of the mosque is a forum or place for organizations to study Islam, cultivate religious morals, through habits such as recitation, da'wah and reading the Koran as an effort to guide religious understanding for generations of the nation who are often referred to as teenagers. Therefore, the group is often called the mosque youth association. One of them is in the Nurul Hikmah mosque in Purwadana village. The purpose of doing this research is none other than to find out how influential the current chairman's leadership is in terms of improving the performance of its members. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research in which the author conducts direct observations and interviews with the resource person, namely the chairman of IRMANUH at his residence. The results obtained indicate that it is true that during this pandemic the spirit and performance of each member decreased due to restrictions on direct and crowding activities and were not accustomed to online activities, so it could be interpreted that the management experienced a lack of understanding of online activities. The role of a leader in an organization is so great in improving the performance of its members, because after all now is a difficult time for any organization because the covid pandemic always mutates into several variants that contain activities directly and involve many calls to be limited by the government.

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the government to make policies for student learning activities directed at online learning or online at home, but still with the supervision and control of teachers/counselors and parents through online learning. Guidance and counseling are efforts made to help optimize individuals. The individuals who are assisted are people of various ages, both men and women, individuals and groups and individuals in this case are individuals who are developing. In an educational institution, guidance and counseling is a very important component to promote the quality of schools. The method used is a qualitative method where this qualitative research method is considered the most appropriate because it can provide an overview of the reality regarding the management of guidance and counseling during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in data collection is using the interview method through the zoom application.

The curriculum is a collection; content, goals, and methods used by teachers to achieve educational goals in schools. This study aims to determine the performance of teachers and the obstacles faced by Darussalam Islamic Elementary School teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum. To achieve this goal, this study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that: (1) The ability of teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating the 2013 Curriculum is good but not optimal in planning, learning processes and assessments, especially time management which learning is less effective and the use of the 2013 curriculum assessment is not yet authentic. (2) The motivation of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum is already high, seen from the implementation of tasks, moral responsibility in teaching, and the need for cooperation. (3) The commitment and responsibility of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum also looks good by showing high personality, dedication, and loyalty to teaching assignments. (4) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum include: (a) the coordination carried out by the principal for the realization of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum is on target (b) good communication between various parts in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum has been carried out (c) but the supervision of the principal and assistant teachers of the Darussalam Islamic Elementary School teachers has not been optimal in the learning and assessment process

This research was conducted based on the problems found, namely, the application of work culture in improving administrative services that were deemed less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of work culture in Man 2 Karawang, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing it. By using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research carried out, that in its application the work culture has been socialized by the madrasa principal as a whole, it can be seen by the regulations made to come according to working hours, do their duties and responsibilities well, be friendly with employees or with students and parents. This shows that as an administrative employee, he has carried out quite well, it's just that not everything is embedded in himself. As for the inhibiting factors that occur such as the presence of employees who arrive late, in a hurry so that they are not prepared to provide good service. While the supporting factor is the motivation given through the head of administration or directly by the head of the madrasa and giving rewards to employees

Kajian ini membahas tentang peran pendidikan dalam pengembangan masyarakat di SDIT Miftahul Diniyah. Pendidikan merupakan pengukur suatu kesuksesan dalam kehidupan manusia terutama sebagai pilar pokok kehidupan bermasyarakat berbangsa dan bernegara yang bersangkutan juga dengan perilaku yang baik dan mulia. Lembaga pendidikan yang diberikan kebebasan untuk mengelola pendidikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat di sekitarnya dan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjalankan proses pendidikannya. Sebagai salah satu tempat untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat masyarakat, lembaga pendidikan harus bisa mengajak dan memberikan motivasi pendidikan kepada masyarakat. Lembaga pendidikan perlu melakukan sebuah perubahan yang dapat menumbuhkan sikap kopetitif dalam setiap proses pembelajaran, serta memberikan pengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan lembaga pendidikan itu sendiri. Adapun faktor yang diteliti dalam jurnal ini adalah peran pendidikan dalam pengembangan masyarakat di SDIT Miftahul Diniyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan/atau mengeksplorasi beberapa jurnal, buku, artikel serta sumber data atau informasi lainnya yang dianggap relewan dengan kajian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: 1) Hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat, 2) Sekolah dan Masyarakat, 3) Masyarakat tanpa sekolah, 4) Pengembangan masyarakat di SDIT Miftahul Diniyah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangan minat masyarakat dalam pendidikan sehingga dapat mewujudkan masyarakat yang berpengetahuan.

Education determines the development and realization of human resources, especially the development of the nation and state. Education has an important role in shaping human resources and a dignified nation's civilization will be achieved if it is able to educate the nation's life and is able to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative. , be independent and become a democratic and responsible citizen. In 2020, the whole world is experiencing an outbreak, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. The spread of the corona virus or Covid-19 in Indonesia has changed the teaching and learning process in schools. Therefore, in this study, the method used is qualitative research methods. This is used to find solutions so that students can still form their morals at school, as well as in the home environment. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat. The findings or results obtained from this study are the satisfaction of parents of students and teachers at home and during the distance learning process. This program can be used in PAI subjects for students of SMPN 1 Karawang Barat

This study discusses the Management of the PKBM Learning Process in RA Mardhotillah Karawang. PKBM itself is categorized as a non-formal education unit that can provide educational services like other formal education. In addition, this study also aims to describe learning management in playgroups at RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang. Based on these objectives, it can be translated back into specific objectives, namely to describe learning planning at RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang, implementation of learning at RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang, and evaluation of learning at RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang, as well as factors that become obstacles and support in learning management as well as efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors in learning management. This data collection technique uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. The research method used is by using a qualitative descriptive research method. While data collection was done by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.

Islamic religious education in schools still encounters many problems in its implementation, as is the case in the learning process at schools which is currently still limited and monotonous which causes a lack of student participation in class. Therefore, PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat apply the everyone is a teacher here learning strategy, which is expected to stimulate students to play an active role in learning. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection methods: interviews, field observations and documentation analysis. While the informants from this research activity were PAI teachers as primary subjects and some students and principals of SMAN 1 Cikarang as secondary subjects. The results found in this study were that the implementation of the everyone is a teacher here strategy in PAI subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat went well. In addition, there are several influencing factors, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors are complete infrastructure and professional attitude and teacher enthusiasm in educating. While the inhibiting factor is that some students are still reluctant to express their opinions. The implication of this researcher is that Islamic religious education is still loved by students so that it is no longer a makeshift subject.
