Abstract

Abstract : The research on application of active learning method Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) has been done to improve of student achievement on the subject of Atomic Structure in class X SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. Form of the research is experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consist of two classes, namely class   X IPA 4 as the experimental and class X IPA 2 as control class which randomly selected after had tested normality and homogeneity. Experiment class was given implementing active learning method Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) while the control class was not given implementing active learning method Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ). Data analysis technique used the t-test. Based on the result of the final data processing t-test formula obtained tarithmetic>ttable (1,97 > 1,67) means the application of active learning method Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) can improve student achievement on the subject of Atomic Structure in class X SMAN 11 Pekanbaru, with an increase of 5,59%. Abstract

Abstract: This research was carried out by implementing the cooperative learning model Course Review Horay in order to increase student achievement the subject colloid in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is experimental research with pretest-postest design. The sample consists of two classes. They are class XI Science 1 as an experimental class and class XI Science 4 as a control class which were decided randomly after doing normality and homogenity test. Experimental class is a class that is applied cooperative learning model Course Review Horay, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tarithmetic> ttable is 1,70> 1,67, means that the application of cooperative learning model Course Review Horay can improve student achievement on the subject of colloid class XI IPA SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru, increase learning of 4,32%. Abstract

Abstract: Hydrocarbons concepts that are abstract need a learning media to visualize the concepts of hydrocarbons with more concrete. The development of computer technology to encourage the development of computer-based learning media, but only 20-25% are considered valid for the purposes of learning. This research aims to develop chemistry learning media based on Aurora 3D Presentation in hydrocarbons. Development of learning media is one attempt to generate computer based learning media to produce an appropiate and preciss of properness condition media. This type of research is research and development (R & D) with model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, Evaluation). Collect data is done by using instrument validation sheet, filling by 3 validators. Data obtained in the form of advice and the value of the validation sheet. The average value obtained from the validation is 3.64 for the fourth assessment aspects (design, pedagogic, content, and technical) and 3.67 for the general assessment of the media with valid category. Based on the results of the validation and data analysis can be concluded that hydrocarbons learning media based on Aurora 3D Presentation the Aurora have been valid and can be used in Senior High School.Keywords : Learning Media, Aurora 3D Presentation, Hydrocarbons

Abstract

Abstract : The Research about application of the active learning strategy type true false chain has been done to improve student’s achievement on the topic of solubility and solubility product constant in class XI IPA MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research is experimental research based on pretest-posttest design. The samples of this research were the students of class Xl IPA 4 as the control class and students of class XI IPA 3 as the experimental class that randomly selected after testing homogeneity. Experimental class is a class that is applied active learning strategy type true false chain, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tarithmetic> ttable is 2,80 > 1,67, means that the application of active learning strategy type true false chain can improve student achievement on the subject of solubility and solubility product constant in class XI Science SMAN 1 Kampar where the effect of an increase is 10,10%.Key Words : Active Learning Strategy Type True False Chain, Learning Achievement, and Solubility and Solubility Product Constant

Abstract

Abstract : The research about application of cooperative learning quick on the draw model to increase student’s achievement on the topic of hydrocarbon in class X SMA Negeri 1 Bunut had done in May 2014. The purpose of this research was to know increase student achievement in hydrocarbon topic by application of cooperative learning model quick on the draw and to know category increased student achievement on the topic of hydrocarbon in class X SMA Negeri 1 Bunut. Form of research is experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, whereas X3 as experiment class and X4 as control class mentioned randomly after normalitas and homogenates test were done. Experiment class was given treatment with quick on the draw model of cooperative learning while the control class wasnot given of cooperative learning quick on the draw model. The result of hypothesis test was tarithmetic > ttable ( 3.83 > 1.67), it means that the of application quick count on the draw model of cooperative learning can improve students learning achievement on hydrocarbon subejct at X SMA Negeri 1 Bunut. Category increased student achievement on experiment class including high with the normalized gain scores (N-gain) about 0,70.Keywords: Quick on the draw, Learning achievement and Hydrocarbon

Abstract

Abstract : Research on the application of learning metode of Buzz Grou has been done to achieve student’s mastery learning on the subject of chemical equilibrium in class XI Science SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. Form of research is pra-experiment research with one-shotstudy case design. Data retrieval time from the date of 14 November to 28 Novenber 2014. The sample was selected from the six existing classes, namely class XI MIA 2. Data analysis technique used is to calculate presentation of classical mastery learning. Based on the final results of data processing using acquired mastery learning classical is 87,10%, it’s means that the application of learning metode of Buzz Group can achieve student’s mastery learning on the subject of chemical equilibrium in class XI MIA.2 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan Struktur Atom di kelas X SMAN 2 Kuantan Hilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 2 Kuantan Hilir. Sampel dari penelitian adalah siswa kelas X 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa pada kelas X 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen adalah kelas yang diterapkan media animasi macromedia flash sedangkan kelas kontrol tidak diberi perlakuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis data diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 1,6923 > 1,68, artinya penggunaan media animasi Macromedia Flash dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pokok struktur atom di kelas X SMAN 2 Kuantan Hilir dengan peningkatan prestasi belajar pada pokok bahasan struktur atom di kelas X dengan koefisien pengaruh sebesar 6,5%.   Kata Kunci: Prestasi Belajar, Animasi Macromeddia Flash, Struktur Atom.
