Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru, with theaim to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment eithersimultaneously or partially on the performance of the production employee at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru totaling 42 people, and overall the employees sampled by census method. The method of data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18.0. The result showed that the work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable 70,4%, while the remaining 29,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the partial regression test (t test) showed that the work discipline and work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance. As for the recommendation that the authors propose that need to be done at regular training to employees so that employees are able to operate the device properly, always pay attention to employee attendance and create a conducive working environment.Keywords : Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect Of Leadership and Motivation to Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Civil Servants At the Department of Education and UPTD Indragiri Hulu. This study population is a Civil Servant amounted to 170 people, the determination of the number of samples by using the formula Slovin concordance rate of 5% using cluster random sampling and purposive sampling, a sample of 119 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis tool used is path analysis using SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership and no significant positive effect on job satisfaction civil servants. (2) Motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction civil servants. (3) Job satisfaction and no significant positive effect on organizational commitment of civil servants. (4) Leadership positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of civil servants. (5) Motivation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of civil servants. (6) Leadership positive and significant impact indirectly on organizational commitment of civil servants through the mediating role of job satisfaction variables. (7) Motivation positive and significant impact indirectly on organizational commitment of civil servants through the mediating role of job satisfaction variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangatkerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Metode penelitian yang dingunakan adalah metode kuestioner, jenis data yang dingunakan adalahdata primer dan data sekunder. Adapun data berjenis data ordinal sedangkan populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 477 (empat ratustujuh puluh tujuh) orang. Adapun sampel yang diambil sebanyak 83 orang. Tekhnik analisis datamenggunakan analisis jalur sehingga diperlukan adanya transformasi data kedalam bentuk method ofsuccesssive intensive (MSI) dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic program SPSS versi 17.00Koefisien determinasi yang dikembangkan dengan R2 merupakan proporsi hubungan antara Y denganX diperoleh bahwa R Square adalah sebesar 0,20 atau sebesar 20% yang berarti variabel independenmotivasi, disiplin kerja memberikan sumbangan sebesar 20% terhadap variabel dependen yaknisemangat kerja. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkandalam model penelitian ini. Dari hasil temuan penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa data berdistribusinormal. Terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi, disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pada SkretariatDaerah Provinsi Riau secara signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Loyality and Motivation to Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Telkomsel Sumbagteng in Riau. The method of research used kuantitatif. The population of this research was all employee of PT. Telkomsel Sumbagteng that consisted 113 people and used as sample. The analysis tools is used path analysis. Results from this research indicate that loyality have effect on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation have effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction have effect on organizational citizenship behavior, loyality have effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction, motivation have effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction, and motivation have effect on loyality. Results of the research have implications for the loyality and motivation needs to be improved in order to increase job satisfaction and if the job satisfaction increased the tendency to behave organizational citizenship behavior will also increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Communication Competency, Self Management Competency, and Technical Competency toward Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco, partially and simultaneously. For that purpose, the research is conducted by taking sample of 84 leaders of PT. Drilinco. The analysis model using the multiple regression technique. For the hypothesis test is using the statistical test such as t test, determination test (R²) and F test.The result shows simultaneously that Communication Competency and Self Management Competency are effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. But on contrary, Technical Competency is not effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. Partially test on each variables’ effects are Communication Competency (17,7%)and Self Management variable (27,3%), this means Self Management variable is the most dominant variable effecting on Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco, meanwhile Technical Competency variable is not effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. PT. Drilinco must keep trying to upgrade leaders’ Technical Competency by giving continuous training and development, also giving extra attention on increasing the level of Communication Competency and Self Management Competency simultaneously to upgrade Leaders Performance.

Abstract

This research is conducted in Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Kampar and the purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Individual Characteristics and Interpersonal Communication to Job Satisfaction as well as its impact on Organizational Commitment to Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Kampar. The population of this research is 71 people and the sample is taken by using census method which is making all the population as sample. The variables of this reseacrh are Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication as independent variable and Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment as dependent variable. Data analysis method is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis of two stages by using program SPSS 22 for windows. The result of this research in the first stage that the individual characteristic and interpersonal communication partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the job satisfaction and the second stage that the job satisfaction has significant effect to the organizational commitment. The coefficient of determination (R2) in the first stage is 0.512 which means the Characteristics of Individual and Interpersonal Communication can explain the Job Satisfaction variable equal to 51,2%, while the 48,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The The coefficient of determination (R2) in the second stage is 0,545 which means the Job Satisfaction can explain Organizational Commitment equal to 54,4%, while the 45,5% is influenced by other variable not examined in this research.Keywords : Individual Characteristic, Interpersonal Communication, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Organizational Culture variable and Compensation by simultan and partial to the Employees performance at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu. In this research there are 135 sample from the total employees at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 18. From the result examination double linear regresion analyze, which have been simultan test (test F) indicated that Organizational Culture and Compensation variable have been significant effect to the employees performance. Result of partial test (test T), indicating that Organizational Culture variable more dominant have a significant effect to the employees performance. And the Compensation variable also have a significant effect to the emloyees performance at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Compensation and Employees Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of work motivation variable and work place variable into teachers performance in MTS Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan simultaneously and partially. Sample is the smallest part of the population (Umar, 2003:138). To decide the sample, writer conduct a cencus to 63 teachers. data is analyzed descriptively, and quantitatively, using multiple linear regression. writer used SPSS for help. From simultant regression test ( F-test), we can see that work motivation and work place have significant impact to teachers performance. Partial test (t test) shows that work motivation has significant impact partially to teachers performance. while work place partially influence teachers performance.Keywords: work motivation, work place and teachers performance

Abstract

This research conducted to find out the effect of job position, education’s level and job training toward actual performance of PBL’s civil servants on Public Ministery at Riau province.There are 35 civil servants of PBL use as sample, and randomly sampling use in thisresearch. The instruments of this research are questionnaires and interview. The data analyze by using descriptive quantitative and liniear regression.Based on the research finding, there is effect of job position, education’s level and job training toward actual performance. Besides, not only job position influences toward actual performance partially, but also education’s level and job training toward actual performance of PBL’s civil servants on Public Ministery at Riau province partially.Key Word: Job Position, Education’s Level, Job Training, Actual Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam KabupatenSiak. The samples in this study were as many as 33 employees Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak and entirely sampled so this is a research study census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous competence and leadership to employee performance in Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. Based on the results of the study showed that the competence variable (X1) partially affect the performance, leadership variable (X2) partially no effect on performance and competence variables (X1) and the leadership variable (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. The suggestion is to employees in order to increase its competence in a way more confidence and always implement systematic steps to solve a problem that occurs on the job. And are expected to maintain an attitude of leadership that leadership in a way more attention to his subordinates and show friendly attitude that strengthen social relationships between leaders and subordinates. Also expected leaders to constantly improve performance employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak by supporting subordinates in improving the quality of work.Keywords : Competence, Leadership, Performance.
