Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of advertising and celebrity endorser of the brand image in increasing buying interest shampoo pentene in Pekanbaru community. The sample in this study were obtained using a non-probability sampling that respondents who meet the criteria of population where these samples do not have the same opportunities to choose from, with the sample criteria are respondents who use Pantene shampoo products and pernha see the ad. By using the formula according to Rao Purba, obtained a total sample of 96 people. Methods of data analysis using path analysis with SPSS 21. The results showed that the variables of advertising, celebrity endorser positive and significant impact on the image of Pantene shampoo brand in Pekanbaru. Then the ad variables celebrity endorser brand image positive and significant impact on buying interest Pantene shampoo in Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the path celebrity endorser advertising variables affect the buying interest with the brand's image as a mediating variable in Pantene Shampoo advertising in Pekanbaru. It is expected that the company can continue to increase the rent, the company must continue to create new versions of the ads, giving rise to a new interest because of television viewers are getting bored with the same ad. Companies can add new endorser to reach other market segments without replacing graceful as a major endorser is already very credible.Keywords: Advertising, Celebrity Endorser, Brand And Interests Buy

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation, performance appraisal and compensation together on employee job satisfaction PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru. To determine the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru. To determine the effect of performance on job satisfaction PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru. To find partial compensation effect on employee job satisfaction PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru. Research method used is multiple linear regression. The population of this study were employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru Riau with Capem its existing underlying numbering as many as 186 people overall. Because the population is large enough, then the selected samples by using Slovin and obtained a sample of 65 respondents by simple random sampling. The results show that of respondents with respect to motivation PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru, motivation of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru rated as good. The results for the variable motivation partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Respondents about performance appraisal in PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru rated as good. Performance appraisals are partially significant effect on job satisfaction. Of the total respondents about the compensation of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru considered quite good. Respondents about the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pasar Pusat Pekanbaru rated as good. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influences of job satisfaction and organizational climate on organizational commitment employee case study PT. Kurnia Subur in Rengat. The population in this study wasall employees at PT. Kurnia Subur 86 people. The sampling is done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test showed that job satisfaction and organizational climate simultaneously haveeffect to organizational commitment of employees, while the partial test job satisfaction and organizational climate partially have effect to the organizational commitment of employees at PT. Kurnia Subur In Rengat. In order to maximize organizational commitment of employees at PT. Kurnia Subur In Rengat,it is necessary to increase the employee's emotional ties to the company. For example, by giving the employee participation in decision-making regarding the company and with regard to employee in company facilities. It is expeted that employees will have a strong emotional bond with the company and to increase employees' organizational commitment.Keyword : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Climate, Commitment Organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of work motivation variable and work place variable into teachers performance in MTS Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan simultaneously and partially. Sample is the smallest part of the population (Umar, 2003:138). To decide the sample, writer conduct a cencus to 63 teachers. data is analyzed descriptively, and quantitatively, using multiple linear regression. writer used SPSS for help. From simultant regression test ( F-test), we can see that work motivation and work place have significant impact to teachers performance. Partial test (t test) shows that work motivation has significant impact partially to teachers performance. while work place partially influence teachers performance.Keywords: work motivation, work place and teachers performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Perindustrian and Perdagangan Bangkinang located at M. Yamin Street Number 100. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. To identify and analyze the motivation and the working environment partially affect the performance of employee. To identify and analyze which variables are the dominant influence on the performance of employee at PT Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Bangkinang and to identify differences of performance of employee based on years of service at PT. Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Bangkinang. this research is analyzed using the Census. Methods of data analysis using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21). The result showed that simultaneous motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employee. Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. PutriMidai Kampar district, with the aim to determine the effect of the Working Environment and Human Factor either simultantaneously or partially on Occupational Accidents employees at PT. PutriMidai Kampar District. Population of 112 persons and the number of samples is as many as 52 people. Which is based on the method of slovin. As an independent variable is this study is the Working Environment and Human Factors and the dependent variable is the accident While the data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with thwhwlp of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science ) Version 18. Based on the results of the F test is known that the Working Environment and Human Factors simultaneously significant effect on Work Accidents employees. While based on the results of the t test is known that the Working Environment and Human Factors partially significant effect on accidents of employees at PT. PutriMidai Kampar District. Based on the test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination R square in research, then this value will be changed to the shape percent. This means that the percentage contribution of variables influene the Work Environment and Human Factor on Employees’ Accident at PT. PutriMidai Kampar district as much as 62.3%, while the remaining 37.7% influenced by variables not examined in this study. Recommendation that researchers can ask for the company so that the company can make some improvesments to the aspects of the accident. Due to achieve the objectives of the company itself is a way to prevent accidents at work.Keywords : Accident, Environment And Human Factors

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in writing this essay is What motivation and leadership simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of employees at PT Adira Finance Cabang Pekanbaru? Is partial motivation affect the job satisfaction of employees at PT Adira Finance Cabang Pekanbaru? Is leadership a partial effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT Adira Finance Cabang Pekanbaru? The population of this study were employees of PT Adira Finance Cabang Pekanbaru, amounting to 268 people. In Slovin sampling method is used to obtain as many as 71 respondents. To determine the perceptions of the dimensions of job satisfaction, the method of data analysis used in this study is using the method of Multiple Linear Regression, F test and t test. Results of research and testing simultaneously known simultaneously, variable motivation , leadership significant effect on satisfaction. There are indicators with an average low of leadership and employee relationships, where employees feel a lack of harmony in the relationship between leaders and subordinates. The results of the study partially motivated significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation in the form of superiors to subordinates approach has not been felt by employees, especially supervisors indifference. In addition, awards to employees who do not perform. Thus, employees who have no achievements strive to continually improve performance resulting into decreased job satisfaction. The results of the research for leadership variables partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Low motivation of employees in marketing products proactively savings, lack of initiative, and are still waiting for not doing proactive strategy. If this is allowed to continue would result in a decrease of performance appraisal which impact on the compensation received by the employee so as to reduce employee job satisfaction.Keywords : Motivation, Leadership, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Lifestyle consisting of variable Activity, interest and Opinion on the purchasing decisions of Honda Beat motorcycle In Pekanbaru. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test consisting of Partial Test (Test Statistic t), Simultaneous test (Test Statistic F) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Workmanship performed using SPSS 17. Data used are primary and secondary data. This study used a sample of 100 respondents in the study were taken using Slovin formula. The results of this study demonstrate that the analysis of the data by the method of multiple linear regression analysis showed that lifestyle consists of a variable Activity, interest positive and significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Honda Beat motorcycle in Pekanbaru. while the variable opinion positive but not significant effect on the purchasing decision of Honda Beat motorcycle. Based on the t test of the three independent variables that are the most dominant influence purchasing decisions Honda Beat in Pekanbaru is a variable interest (Interest) X2 with a β value of 0.874. Analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained Adjusted R2 value of 27% which means the dependent variable is the purchase decision process can be described by using the free variables Activity, interest and Opinion and the remaining 73% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keyword : Activities, Interest, Opinions and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Dumai City. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence leadership, knowledge management and organizational culture to performance. population of this research are 171 employees at the PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (PERSERO) I Dumai city branch. Research variables used are leadership, knowledge management and organizational culture as independent variables and the employees performance as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using linear regression analysis Descriptive assisted by SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study concluded that leadership, knowledge management and organizational culture a positive and significant effect on employees performance. The coefficient of determination employee performance Test Results obtained 0.740, which means that leadership, knowledge management and organizational culture contributes influence on the dependent variable for 74%, while the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables not included in the. The expectation researcher for this research is the company should to improve factor of leadership, Knowledge Management and organization culture as it has a significant role in improving the performance of employees.Keyword : Leadership, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture and Employees Performance
