Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak hukum siber terhadap privasi data pribadi di Indonesia, khususnya setelah diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi pada tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk literatur hukum, laporan penelitian, serta studi kasus yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi memberikan kerangka hukum yang lebih kuat untuk melindungi data pribadi, tantangan dalam penerapannya masih signifikan. Misalnya, masih banyak perusahaan yang belum sepenuhnya mematuhi ketentuan yang ada, dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai hak-hak mereka terkait data pribadi masih rendah. Selain itu, kasus pelanggaran data yang terjadi di Indonesia, seperti kebocoran data pengguna oleh layanan online, menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan dalam pengawasan dan penegakan hukum untuk melindungi privasi individu. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of cyber law on personal data privacy in Indonesia, especially after the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law in 2022. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis by collecting data from various sources, including legal literature, research reports, as well as relevant case studies. The research results show that although the Personal Data Protection Law provides a stronger legal framework to protect personal data, challenges in its implementation are still significant. For example, there are still many companies that do not fully comply with existing provisions, and public awareness regarding their rights regarding personal data is still low. In addition, cases of data breaches that occurred in Indonesia, such as the leak of user data by online services, show the need for increased supervision and law enforcement to protect individual privacy.

Abstract

To facilitate the scientific work of students and lecturers, every tertiary institution is required to have a scientific journal based on the Open Journal System. Persada Bunda Pekanbaru College, whose scientific publications were previously in the form of journals, have not been managed electronically (have not used the Open Journal System) and need to install the Open Journal System version 3.X along with training for the editorial board. journal. This training aims to provide explanations and workshops on how to manage scientific journals to journal editors at Persada Bunda Pekanbaru college. There are 3 methods of community service; The first provides an explanation of the obligations of tertiary institutions and the role of each editor in managing electronic journals. Second, a workshop by directly testing the role of each user, and third, assistance for 1 year, from 2022 to 2023. Significant results can be seen from this community service. This can be seen from the management of the journal which is getting better and more advanced. At present the journal is well managed, so it can be concluded that this training was successful and the target of implementing the Open Journal System at Persada Bunda Pekanbaru College was achieved.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out how the dynamics of local politics in the succession of regional leadership in Riau Province by taking a case study of the victory of Annas Maamun and Arsyajuliandi Rahman in the 2013 Riau Regional Head Election. This study uses qualitative research methods and descriptive types. Data collection in this study uses literature study techniques in which the authors take data from books, journals, documents, government sites that are relevant to this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a political dilemma that is found that many people do not exercise their voting rights so that the couple Annas Maamun and Arsyadjuliandi Rachman were elected as Governor of Riau Province.
