Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesejahteraan dalam perspektif Islam dan mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan pekerja dalam Perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Kampus 1 dan 2 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, mengambil 30 responden purposive sampling, dengan teknik analisis datanya adalah Miles and Hubberman. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kesejahteraan dalam perspektif Islam adalah maslahah, sesuai pendapat - al-Ghazali yaitu dengan menjaga 5 maqasid syari’ah: menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan dan materi. Dilihat dari temuan penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa:  1.) Maslahah berorientasi untuk falah (kemenangan), sedangkan falah membawa arti sa’adah fi daraini (kebahagiaan dalam dua dunia dengan menjaga 5 maqasid Syari’ah. 2.) Melihat dari hasil presentase kesejahteraan dari 5 aspek tersebut, dapat dinyatakan bahwa Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Kampus 1 dan 2 sudah mensejahterakan pekerjanya sesuai dengan kesejahteraan dalam perspektif  Islam.

Abstract

Ekonom kontemporer yang mengikuti cara pandang ekonomi klasik Adam Smith, berkeyakinan bahwa sebuah perdagangan atau bisnis tidak mempunyai tanggung jawab social, dan bisnis terlepas dari etika. Untuk itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan etika berdagang yang diajarkan oleh Rasulullah di Toko La Tansa Sport dan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan etika berdagang Rasulullah di Toko La Tansa Sport. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Grounded Research). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan secara deskriptif analisis dan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan juga wawancara yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. teknik analisisnya adalah model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan berdagang di Toko La Tansa Sport menerapkan asas-asas etika yang diajarkan oleh Rasulullah seperti asas Shiddiq yang ditunjukkan dari cara Toko La Tansa Sport menanamkan prinsip penjualan yang saliim dan prinsip rasa takut dalam menipu, asas yang selanjutnya adalah asas Amanah yang juga ditunjukkan dari cara Toko La Tansa Sport menjaga dan menjamin kualitas barang yang akan dijual, kemudian adalah asas Fathanah yang juga dapat dilihat dari penerapan shalat berjamaah di setiap waktu shalat dan menghentikan aktivitas toko selama beberapa waktu, dan juga berbagai promo dan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh Toko La Tansa Sport, kemudian asas yang terakhir adalah asas Tabligh yang diterapkan Toko La Tansa Sport dengan membiasakan para staf dan karyawan untuk mejelaskan dagangannya sedetail mungkin tanpa ada yang dikurangi atau dilebihkan.            Kata Kunci: Perdagangan, Etika Rasulullah dalam Berdagang, Toko La Tansa Sport

Abstract

Economic fluctuations in Indonesia did not affect the food and beverage industry. A kind of the need to be was still being repaid because the community needed food. Food is the needs of primary must be fulfilled and cannot be influenced by the state of economy in indonesia. One of the famous traditional food business in Ponorogo is Jenang Mirah, industry is located in the village Josari, Jetis sub-district, district Ponorogo, East Java province. The industry has stood since tens of years ago, precisely around 1955. The name “Mirah” itself is taken from the name that the mother pioneering Mirah. Jenang glutinous rice traditional food is produced in ponorogo made of original material glutinous rice , coconut and sugar sugar, fruit and coconut milk coconut, without a preservative In 2013 on the day of Eid Jenang Mirah turnover rose sharply to 50% of H-7 - H + 7 because the number of orders and buyers from out of town or in the city. The request was evidenced by the number of subscribers since approximately 10 days before Idul Fitri. Jenang marketing strategy is now fairly easy, they do not need to bother distribute them to retailers. Because every day is a lot of traders who lined up to buy porridge ruby is the party to be sold again. This research using research field quantitative model with a method such as the spread of survey poll to consumers and interviews, samples used were obtained by using non-random sampling. Data were collected in two phases, the first to discover where the most preferred food by using the formula Weigthed Mean, then to analyze the link between customer satisfaction and loyalty and also between customer satisfaction and loyalty with sales. The results of the initial analysis using the Weighted Mean formula that serves as a determinant of superior products in Jenang Mirah is glutinous rice porridge with a value of 4.75. On further analysis showed that the correlation between customer satisfaction and loyalty shows the number (0.439) under 0.5 has a weak positive relationship, so when customer satisfaction is increased then the consumer loyalty in the company’s products will grow. And to influence consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty to the figures showed sales (0,564) above 0.5 has a strong positive relationship in Jenang Mirah, so if the consumer satisfaction and enhanced customer loyalty then sales will increase because the number of goods that have been purchased by consumers and turnover the company increased. Finally, the author hopes this thesis will be beneficial for everyone, especially for the development of economic science in the field of marketing. And to the researchers next , is expected to meet a shortage of which is on a thesis is to conduct empirical research or research this can strengthen this study

Abstract

Berkembangnya bisnis makanan yang semakin pesat di Indonesia menyebabkan persaingan yang meningkat. Sebagai salah satu gerai yang bergerak dibidang bisnis makanan, Warung makan Spesial Sambal SS harus memiliki keunggulan dalam bersaing untuk tetap dapat bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan. Beberapa cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai keunggulan tersebut adalah dengan menawarkan harga yang terjangkau, memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik serta menghasilkan produk-produk yang unggul sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kualitas Pelayanan Syariah dapat mempengaruhi Kepuasan  konsumen.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 60 responden konsumen Warung makan Spesial Sambal SS Muntilan dengan metode random sampling dan metode angket skala Likert. Di olah dengan metode regersi linear sederhana, meliputi uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas Pelayanan Syariah terhadap Kepuasan konsumen. Dan untuk mengetahui adanya variabel pengganggu, data diuji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi, uji, autokorelasi, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian dengan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel Kualitas Pelayanan Syariah sebesar 6,6 %, dan sisanya sebesar 93,4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dicantumkan  dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Distribution is an activity to accelerate the flow of goods or services from the manufacturer to the consumer, then an important factor that should not be ignored is selecting the appropriate distribution channel. Companies can develop several strategies to ensure that their products are well-distributed. Therefore, there needs to be certainty in determining the distribution strategy. This research aims to know the distribution management of products Waroeng Sambal Yogyakarta and its application in the Islamic business ethics perspective. This type of research is qualitative, as is the technique of collecting data in this study using interviews, observations, and doctoral methods. While the analysis method of using SWOT analyses (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). The results of the research show that sambal specials implement the First in first out system and apply the POAC management pattern, which is Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. As for the practice of the distribution of Warung special Sambal Yogyakarta has implemented Islamic business ethics based on the 5 basic principles of personality. The results of the SWOT analysis were obtained that : (1). Special Sambal Warung can open branches in the city of Yogyakarta and outside Yogyakarta. (2). Add a variety of Menu Sambal. (3). It Can add ease of food ordering mechanism that is based on digital. (4). It Can add a warehouse of raw materials in each branch of the company. (5). It Can add a cooperation network of Supplier raw materials in each branch of the company. (6). It Can increase the number of employees who served in warehousing. (7). It Can be promoted actively through social media. (8). It Can tighten the transmission control of raw materials. (9). It Can multiply the company's increase in HR activities. (10). It Can improve the quality and the mechanism of the provision of raw materials in each branch of the company. (11). It Can periodically contact the quality and quantity of raw materials. (12). Can conduct partners supply raw materials with farmers around the branch company to fulfill the shortage of raw materials due to weather changes.

Abstract

Philanthropy is a voluntary behavior that aims to benefit the community, whether done independently or institutionally. However, even so, philanthropy that comes with its new transformation from classical to modern (social purposes) which is able to have a positive impact on the economic gap of the people, there is a need to revitalize the meaning of philanthropy not just karitas, which actually must be the basis for the attitude of behavior of all kinds of philanthropic activities, namely presenting philanthropy based on the Qur'anic perspective. Therefore, this study aims to explore the concept of philanthropy in the Qur'anic perspective in addressing the problem of people's economic disparities. The method used is a qualitative research method using library research. The results of this study indicate that philanthropy in the Qur'anic perspective can be used as a reference in addressing all aspects of life, one of which is the problem of economic inequality. The Qur'an has a significant role in the development of Islam and human civilization. The configuration of Qur'an-based philanthropy is through zakat, infaq, sadaqah and waqf which are seen as charitable movements that provide support to help others fairly (sportive), which are able to empower in the long term. Thus, if this philanthropy is implemented properly according to Qur'anic principles, it will reduce the economic gap between the rich and the poor and create a balance in the living standards of a prosperous society.

Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to criticize the consumption theory concept of the classical economist revolutionary John Maynard Keynes, with the theory of consumption in his book Al-Kasb belonging to Asy Syaibani, a figure who contributed to the Islamic economy, and the originator of the first work classification system.Design/Method/Approach: This study uses library research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are form of collecting information data through books, journals, websites, and important documents related to research.Findings: The result of this study found that Keynes argued that current disposable income has a significant impact on current consumption. According to Keynes there is a minimal consumption limitation, it is independent of one's amount of income. This indicates that even if income is zero, the level of consuming must be maintained. His theory actually contends is a rational economy that influences individual consumption, income distribution, and also goes to hinder the growth of the national economy.Originality/Values: The contribution of this study is to see how Muslim consumers can act more rationally when they want to release some of their economic consumption, increase material and spiritual satisfaction. With ifaq consumption or issuing zakat can play a significant part as an economic stabilizer among Muslims.

Abstract

MSMEs are a source of income for rural communities. Development and management are needed in running MSMEs. MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are independent production sectors managed by the private sector or legal entities in all economic sectors, however, there are still a few from the village community who do not understand how to develop and manage MSMEs. Where the MSMEs they have are very feasible and good to be marketed widely, as in one of the communities in Nampan Ponorogo Village, East Java, Mrs. Anna's MSMEs are tempe and banana chips. Therefore, this activity aims to provide assistance and understanding regarding how to develop and manage MSMEs so that these business activities can grow and develop and be able to compete with products in the market today. The method used in community service activities (PkM) by applying "practical learning" which provides technical guidance through direct coaching to partners. The role of the PkM team is to directly assist partners in the Community Service Program (KKN) University of Darussalam Gontor with an activity schedule of almost 1 month. This PkM activity resulted in several assistance in the development and management of MSMEs, including logo making, social media making, halal and P-IRT certification assistance. The development and management of MSMEs have been carried out with several strategies including branding and marketplaces to be able to introduce products to the market with unique packaging and names. With this assistance, it is hoped that it will be able to develop sales levels and consumer confidence with complete halal and P-IRT certification
