Abstract

This study is done to know how the traders are felt  after receiving credit venture capital loans and the extent of income and profits  development of merchants at the market of taibah martapura after receiving investment capital loans from banks and from markets.The method used in this study is to describe comparatif descriptive and approach. The population in this study was that of merchants who used their own capital and who used venture capital from both banks and markets, as many as 30 people. The methods of sample taking use of purposive side methods. The amount of samples in the study of 30 people, the data being processed using Mann Whitney's U-Test test to see the comparison between the own capital and the borrowed capital.Studies show that differences in the income and profits levels of the traders undergo significant changes in self-use and after receiving business capital loans. Test result conduced with the mann Whitney u-test method using the SPSS indicate the output of statistical test, that the value of A sig. (2-tailed) in amount of 0.001, 0.000, 0.005 and 0.002 smaller than 0.05. Then it could be concluded that hypotheses are this acceoted that there is a dufference I income and profit between their own capital and borrowed capital.The biggest problem for business traders is their limited ability to invest. Keywords: income develoment, profit, capital loan

Abstract

This study aims at finding out the role of self-help housing stimulant programs for economic and social on economic and social assistance receipents in Simpang Empat Disctric. The research respondents were 42 beneficiaries with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used is descriptive analysis, which is the presentation of data in tabulation form which computes the percentage for each answer category and is processed on research need which are then interpreted according to findings in the field. The result of this research of self-help housing stimulant programs are play a role in the economy by providing jobs for builders and the social conditions of beneficiaries play a roel in improving comfort and safety, health and improving housing conditions, while the economy of beneficiaries has not changed. Abstract

The researcher conducted these research on look at factors than the number of members, own capital loan capital and business volume jointly influence the success of the development of student Cooperatives in Banjarmasin, and to see the dominant factors influencing the development of student cooperatives in banjarmasin. Research that uses an analysis variable unit indicator consisting of variables that affect student cooperatives in Banjarmasin.            Research shows the number of student Cooperatives registered at the Banjarmasin UKM and NAKER Cooperative Service in each subdistrict in Banjarmasin City which amounts to 7 (seven) units with an active number of 4 (four) units from all sub-districts and 3 (three) other units that are active Keywords: Cooperative, Performa and Economic
