Abstract

The objectif of this research to examine the effect of emotional intelegence, job satisfaction, and the organizational commitment toward employees performance at Koperasi Telkom Siporennu Makassar. The research uses 35 respondent of 35 members of population. The data were analyzed by multiple regretion. The results stated tree independent variables there were positive and significantly influence toward employees performance, both simultaneously and partially. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh signifikan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 sampel (responden). Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis diproleh koefisien regresi linear sederhana yaitu Y= 25,947 + 0,496 X, koefisien determinasi (r2) adalah 0,469 atau 46,9%. Nilai thitung = 3,049 > nilai ttabel = 1,689. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable independen (pelatihan) pada penelitian ini  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in managing MSMEs, aiming to enhance operations and business development. The focus includes understanding the challenges of HRIS implementation, flexible workforce management strategies, and the benefits of adopting current technology. This research is hoped to provide valuable insights for MSMEs in leveraging HRIS for their business growth and efficiency. The research methodology used is survey design. Data was collected through a survey instrument consisting of scales to gather quantitative responses from business owners. The population of this study includes all entrepreneurs in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, both those who have participated in government empowerment programs and those who have not. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 75 participants based on various criteria such as business type and background. The research findings affirm that optimizing HRIS in MSMEs can improve efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance. Technology-based HRM strategies, such as cloud-based software, mobile applications, and web-based platforms, can streamline HR processes and enhance workforce productivity. Human resource competencies play a crucial role in MSME development, and leveraging HRIS can optimize product and service marketing, contributing to MSME growth. The research emphasizes the importance of optimizing HRIS in MSME management. The results indicate that technology-based HRIS usage can enhance operational efficiency and workforce productivity. It is recommended that MSMEs invest in the latest HRIS technology and provide adequate employee training. These steps will support the growth and success of MSMEs in the current digital era.

Abstract

Profesionalisme menuntut guru untuk siap menghadapi era pengetahuan yang terus berkembang, dan keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah menjadi aspek yang tidak terpisahkan bagi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi permasalahan guru dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah dan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan model partisipatif yang pelaksanaannya di UPTD SDN 22 Maros dan melibatkan 32 guru, 1 Pustakawan, 1 OPS dan 1 Tenaga Administrasi. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai materi seperti sistematika penulisan artikel ilmiah, pemilihan tema penelitian, pengenalan aplikasi bantuan dan teknik pencarian literatur. Dampak dari kegiatan pelatihan membantu peserta dalam peningkatan kompetensi dan profesionalisme dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah, sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan pengembangan karir.
