Abstract

This study aims at: (i) analyzing the direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction; (ii) analyzing the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty (iii ) analyzing the direct effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty; (iv) Testing empirically the factors of service quality wich is influential in the process of customer loyalty throught customer satisfaction. This study is a survey research -type explanations. The samples used are 112 respondents as clients of Microfinance Institutions Sharia (LKMS) Malang. Sampling techniques of purposive sampling . Statistical analysis path analysis.The results: (i) quality of service a significant effect on customer satisfaction , while the dimensions of tangibles and empathy has no effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. (ii) The service quality a significant effect on customer loyalty. (iii) affect customer satisfaction has on an effect customer loyalty. (iv) The quality of the service a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of management support capabilities in improving user capabilities, service quality, and job satisfaction, both directly or through the mediation of user capabilities. partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach was used to analyze data from 100 Employees of Malang Agricultural Development Polytechnic. They were taken on a census basis. The empirical finding obtained was that management support was able to play a role in improving user capabilities, service quality, and job satisfaction. The ability of users was also able to mediate the effect of management support on service quality and job satisfaction. These results were supported by descriptive statistics of management support, user capabilities, service quality, as well as job satisfaction, all of which have high average scores. Keyword: Management Support, User Capabilities, Service Quality, Job Satisfaction, Malang Agricultural Development Polytechnic. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan dukungan manajemen dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kemampuan pengguna. Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data 100 Pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang, yang diambil secara sensus.Temuan empiris yang diperoleh adalah dukungan manajemen mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja. Kemampuan pengguna juga mampu memediasi pengaruh dukungan manajemen terhadap kualitas layanan maupun terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif dukungan manajemen, kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja,  yang semuanya memiliki nilai rata-rata tinggi.Kata kunci: Dukungan Manajemen, Kemampuan Pengguna, Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Kerja, Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Kerja Terhadap Kenginan Untuk Pindah Dimediasi Reward dan Punishment (Stusi pada Karyawan PM One Shop Bondowoso). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan PM One Shop Bondowoso yang berjumlah 40 Orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel disini menggunkan total sampling (sensus). Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan pada PM One Shop Bondowoso. Metode pengumpulan data menggunkan kuisioner, metode analisis jalur dengan menggunakan alat smartpls. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Reward, Kedisiplinanmemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Punishment, Reward memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keinginan Pindah, Punishment memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keinginan Pindah, Kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Keinginan Pindah, Kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keinginan Pindah melalui melalui Reward, Kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keinginan Pindah melalui Punishment.

Abstract

UMKM Aneka Keripik Cap Kenari bergerak dalam bidang produksi aneka keripik utamanya keripik singkong dan keripik talas mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam membuat laporan keuangan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat laporan keuangan berbasis digital dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi BukuKas bagi mitra pengabdian, UMKM Aneka Keripik Cap Kenari. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode pendekatan, metode pelatihan, dan metode pendampingan. Hasilnya, UMKM Aneka Keripik Cap Kenari telah dapat mencatat transaksi pemasukan dan pengeluaran, mencatat stok barang, mengetahui keuntungan dan kerugian pada tiap penjualan, serta mengetahui laporan keuangan otomatis. UMKM Aneka Keripik Cap Kenari menganggap bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam membantu melakukan pencatatan dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha secara digital dengan mudah, cepat, dan praktis menggunakan aplikasi BukuKas.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically test the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the ethical behavior of employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan City. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) of the Pasuruan City Industry and Trade Service, totaling 66 people. The number of samples in the study was determined using a saturated sample, because the population was relatively small (less than 100). The research model used is multiple linear regression using program assistanceIBM SPSS Statistics 25. The research results show that intellectual intelligence can partially improve ethical behavior. Emotional intelligence can partially improve ethical behavior. Spiritual intelligence can partially improve ethical behavior. Intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence can simultaneously improve ethical behavior. Spiritual intelligence is a dominant factor that can increase ethical behavior.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the Effect of Changes in Shift Work as the Impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as a Moderating Variable” (Study on Employees of BBPMPPV BOE Malang). The population in this study were employees of BBPMPPV BOE Malang. The sampling technique in this study uses non probability sampling, and the sampling method in this study is total sampling or census. Respondents in this study were 72. The data was processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that shift time has an influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment has an influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment plays a role in moderating the relationship between shift time and employee performance.
