Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study explains the effect of job characteristics and work discipline on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The population is all employees of the Public Library and Regional Archives of Malang City, both those with civil servant status and non-civil servant employees, totaling 63 people. The sampling method in this study used "total sampling", that is, using all members of the population. Inferential statistics are used in this study with the path analysis method.The results showed that: Job characteristics and discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance; Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between job characteristics, discipline, and performanceKeywords: Job characteristics, discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Daerah Kota Malang, baik yang berstatus PNS maupun pegawai yang berstatus non PNS yang berjumlah 63 orang. Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan “total sampling”, yakni menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi. Statistik inferensial digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode path analysis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Karakteristik pekerjaan dan Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; Kedisiplinan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; Kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi mediasi dari hubungan karakteristik pekerjaan, kedisiplinan, dan kinerjaKata Kunci: Karakteristik pekerjaan, kedisiplinan, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat, baik secara langsung maupun melalui intervening teamwork. Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk enganalisis data 78 perawat di ruangan high care unit IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, yang diambil secara sensus. Temuan empiris yang diperoleh bahwa hasil path coefficiency menunjukkan komitmen organisasi terhadap teamwork berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif, tetapi beban kerja tidak signifikan dengan arah negatif. Kemudian, hasil path coefficiency komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, tetapi beban kerja terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, artinya beban kerja yang sangat tinggi pada perawat tidak mampu menurunkan kinerja, bahkan sebaliknya semakin meningkatkan kinerja, lebih efektif dan efisien. Temuan lainnya adalah hasil specific indireck effects komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat yang dimediasi oleh teamwork adalah signifikan, tetapi specific indireck effects beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat yang dimediasi oleh teamwork tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini hanya didasarkan hasil isian angket sehingga dimungkinkan adanya unsur kurang obyektif dalam proses pengisian seperti adanya saling bersamaan dalam pengisian angket. Kemudian,  dalam pengisian angket diperoleh adanya sifat responden sendiri seperti kejujuran dan ketakutan dalam menjawab responden tersebut dengan sebenarnya. Mereka juga dalam memberikan jawaban tidak berfikir jernih (hanya asal selesai dan cepat) karena faktor waktu dan pekerjaan. Selain itu, faktor yang digunakan untuk mengungkap tanggapan perawat terhadap kinerja perawat sangat terbatas pada faktor beban kerja, komitmen organisasi dan teamwork, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian lain yang lebih luas untuk mengungkap tanggapan perawat terhadap kinerjanya secara menyeluruh Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Teamwork, Kinerja, Perawat, high care unit IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.   Abstract: The aim of this research was to obtain empirical evidence of workload ability and organizational commitment in improving nurse performance, either directly or through intervening teamwork. The quantitative approach of Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data of 78 nurses in the high care room of the IRNA I hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, taken by census. The empirical findings obtained are that the path coefficiency results indicate organizational commitment to teamwork has a significant effect in a positive direction, but the workload is not significant in a negative direction. Then, the results of the path coefficiency of organizational commitment to performance have a positive and significant effect, but the workload on performance has an insignificant positive effect, meaning that the very high workload of nurses is not able to reduce performance, on the contrary, it increases performance, is more effective and efficient. Another finding is that the specific indirect effects of organizational commitment on nurse performance mediated by teamwork are significant, but the specific indirect effect of workload on nurse performance mediated by teamwork is not significant. This research is only based on the results of filling in the questionnaire so that it is possible that there are less objective elements in the filling process, such as the simultaneous existence of the questionnaire filling. Then, in filling out the questionnaire, it was found that the respondent's own characteristics such as honesty and fear in answering these respondents actually. They also do not think clearly in giving answers (only as long as it is finished and fast) due to time and work factors. In addition, the factors used to reveal nurses' responses to nurses' performance are very limited to workload, organizational commitment and teamwork factors, so it is necessary to conduct other, broader studies to reveal nurses' responses to their overall performance.  Key Words: Workload, Organizational Commitment, Teamwork, Performance, Nurses, high care unit, IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of management support capabilities in improving user capabilities, service quality, and job satisfaction, both directly or through the mediation of user capabilities. partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach was used to analyze data from 100 Employees of Malang Agricultural Development Polytechnic. They were taken on a census basis. The empirical finding obtained was that management support was able to play a role in improving user capabilities, service quality, and job satisfaction. The ability of users was also able to mediate the effect of management support on service quality and job satisfaction. These results were supported by descriptive statistics of management support, user capabilities, service quality, as well as job satisfaction, all of which have high average scores. Keyword: Management Support, User Capabilities, Service Quality, Job Satisfaction, Malang Agricultural Development Polytechnic. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan dukungan manajemen dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kemampuan pengguna. Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data 100 Pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang, yang diambil secara sensus.Temuan empiris yang diperoleh adalah dukungan manajemen mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja. Kemampuan pengguna juga mampu memediasi pengaruh dukungan manajemen terhadap kualitas layanan maupun terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif dukungan manajemen, kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja,  yang semuanya memiliki nilai rata-rata tinggi.Kata kunci: Dukungan Manajemen, Kemampuan Pengguna, Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Kerja, Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of training and quality of work life on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study were all employees in Gadingrejo Subdistrict, Pasuruan City who were civil servants, namely 1 sub-district office totaling 18 employees, 8 village offices totaling 66 employees, so that in total there were 84 employees. The data analysis technique used smartPLS software version 4.0.The conclusion of the study is that training is able to improve employee performance. Training is not able to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life is not able to improve employee performance. Quality of work life is able to improve employee organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior is able to improve employee performance. Training is not able to improve employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life is able to improve employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Training, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Performance.ABSTRAK  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan efek diklat dan quality of work life terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di lingkungan Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kota Pasuruan yang berstatus PNS yaitu 84 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan software smartPLS versi 4.0.Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Diklat mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Diklat tidak mampu meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life tidak mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Quality of work life mampu meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior pegawai. Organizational citizenship behavior mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Diklat tidak mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi organizational citizenship behavior. Kata Kunci: Diklat, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of job characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and Job Engagement, and its implications for employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 78 employees from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis techniques with the Smart-PLS3 tool to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that job characteristics are not significant to employee performance. Furthermore, job characteristics have a significant effect on OCB. Meanwhile, OCB has a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, it was found that job characteristics have a significant effect on job engagement. Then, job engagement has a significant effect on employee performance. The OCB variable has a role as mediation. Meanwhile, the job engagement variable is not significant as a mediation. This research provides insight for HR practitioners in designing jobs that can maximise employee potential.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of Wismilak Diplomat's sponsorship of the 2024 Presidential Cup Sapi Sono and Karapan Sapi cultural events as a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and brand image in Madura. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, this research examines the impact of sponsorship on audience engagement and brand perception through branding elements, interactive activities and digital media. The research results show that culture-based sponsorship has a positive impact on brand awareness and image, especially through direct interaction with the audience and broad media exposure. However, there are challenges in optimizing digital media and the effectiveness of branding elements at event locations. Therefore, more adaptive and innovative sponsorship strategies are needed to increase the impact of culture-based marketing in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the influence of relationship marketing and service quality on customer loyalty (studies at the Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan, Malang City. The population in this study were all customers of the Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan Malang City who had used hotel services. The sampling technique used in this study is Nonprobability Sampling with a total of 100 respondents. And the data is processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Relationship marketing is able to increase customer loyalty at Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan Malang City. (2) Service quality is able to increase customer loyalty of Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan Malang City. (3) Relationship marketing is not able to increase customer satisfaction at Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan, Malang City. (4) Service quality is able to increase customer satisfaction at Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan, Malang City. (5) Customer satisfaction is able to increase customer loyalty of Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan Malang City. (6) Customer satisfaction is unable to play a role in mediating the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty of Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan, Malang City. (7) Customer satisfaction is able to play a role in mediating partially (partial mediation) on the effect of service quality on customer loyalty Grand Citihub Hotel @Kajoetangan Malang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine “the effect of transformasional leadership, power distance and followership on decision making abilities” (Study on employees of PT. Telkom Akses Malang). The population in this study were all employees of PT. Telkom Akses Malang, totaling 233 people. The sampling technique in this study used “Non Probability Sampling”, and the sampling method in this study was “Proportional Cluster Sampling”, with a total of 67 respondents. Data were analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression. Based on raw data or primary data collected from respondents, it is then processed through SPSS for windows statistical data processing.The results of the study prove that transformasional leadership, power distance and followership simultaneously and partially have a positif and significant effect on the decision making abilities of employees of PT. Telkom Akses Malang, where transformasional leadership has a dominant influence on the decision making ability of employees of PT. Telkom Akses Malang.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of job pressure on work stress and the implications for intention turnover at PT. Woori Finance Indonesia Malang City. The approach used is a quantitative approach and the type of research used is explanatory research. The population is all employees, totaling 37 employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by the total sampling method. The statistical data analysis technique through path analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS application. The results showed that work pressure has an effect on work stress. Work stress has no effect on intention turnover. Job pressure effect on intention turnover. Job pressure has no effect on intention turnover mediated by work stress.

Abstract

SMEs are the backbone of the local economy and require contextualized and adaptive leadership and human capital management strategies. This article aims to describe the indigenous values-based leadership model implemented in Aglaia Shoes Cleaning-a shoe-care SME in Malang City-and how it contributes to strengthening human capital. The service activities were carried out through a participatory and educative approach, including soft skills training, structuring work structures, and preparing simple SOPs based on local cultural values such as mutual cooperation, responsibility, and perseverance. The results of the activities show that a leadership approach that integrates indigenous values can create a more collaborative work environment, increase productivity, and foster loyalty and a sense of ownership in the work team. Strengthening human capital does not only occur through increasing technical capacity, but also through instilling local values and work ethics. This model has the potential to be replicated in other MSMEs with similar characteristics to encourage local culture-based business sustainability.
