Abstract

This study aims at: (i) analyzing the direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction; (ii) analyzing the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty (iii ) analyzing the direct effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty; (iv) Testing empirically the factors of service quality wich is influential in the process of customer loyalty throught customer satisfaction. This study is a survey research -type explanations. The samples used are 112 respondents as clients of Microfinance Institutions Sharia (LKMS) Malang. Sampling techniques of purposive sampling . Statistical analysis path analysis.The results: (i) quality of service a significant effect on customer satisfaction , while the dimensions of tangibles and empathy has no effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. (ii) The service quality a significant effect on customer loyalty. (iii) affect customer satisfaction has on an effect customer loyalty. (iv) The quality of the service a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

The existence of travel agency in Malang is viewed as strategic business because it could replace the personal vehicle for heading toward Juanda Airport in Surabaya since Malang itself didn't have any international standard airport so the member of the society who wants to get in or out from Malang using aeroplane should go to Juanda Airport in Surabaya. This would cause the competition among travel services in Malang become more competitive by the emerging of new travel agencies. In case the Kirana Travel Agency would maintain its existence, they need to make efforts to improve its service quality. Therefore, it require an experiment to found out what kind of service attributes that wanted by the customer and how does the gap between the perception and consumer expectancy toward the ongoing service quality. One of the planning method that can be use to translate the need of the consumer into action plan for the company is QFD. This step would be use as evaluation tool and planning on service quality improvement. To sharpened identification of the service quality attributes then the QFD approach integrated with Servqual approach. During the Servqual review, it is found eight service attributes that need to be fixed which is: information accuracy given by the employees, the precise time on pick-up, good reaction of the employees in handling consumer complaints, the availability of health and safety facility (First aid box, fire extinguisher, etc), travel order confirmation, driver that should consistently being polite toward the consumer, easy access to be called and gain information from the operator and travel prices. While the technical response prioritized to be fix and to be use for fulfilling the consumer satisfaction in Kirana Travel from the HOQ analysis includes: employees training (contributed 23.43%), providing special number for complain support (contribution 13.71%), fixing the communication inter-department inside the company (contribution 11.84%), fixing the pick-up schedule system (contribution 8.83%). The improvement proposal given by the researcher is to improve the new and old employee training so it could bring better performance in order to fulfilling the consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

 An implementation of legal protection to implemented properly, similarly a criminal sanction to a rape perpetrators have not considered the impact or consequences of the victim of criminal act. The sanctions will not have a deterrent effect to perpetrators of rape criminal act and a good judge should punish the perpetrators of the criminal by including provision of compensation decide it parallel with a main criminal or independently if convict only threatened with criminal fine in single. As part of the criminal law policy not only from the point of reform-oriented policy approach (legal reform), but also the angle of value (law reform).

Abstract

Dalam hukum Islam dikenal sebagai harta wakaf yang ibdal dan istibdal. Ada Ulama di desa Hutanamale selaku pengakses perwakafan dan juga pendiri pondok pesantren Al-Junaidiyah yakni, Syekh H. Junaid Thola Rangkuti yang lahir di Desa Kampung Lamo 2 Februari 1929. Pada dasarnya, tanah wakaf tersebut dipergunakan untuk pembangunan masjid, musola, makam, atau juga sebagiannya untuk mendirikan sekolah. Artinya, pemanfaatan tanah wakaf lebih bersifat konsumtif dan masih sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan secara produktif. Tanah wakaf ini dimanfaatkan masyarakat Desa Hutanamale untuk kepentingan masyarakat seperti misalnya perwakafan tanah kuburan yang berada di desa hutanamale kampung lama memegang prinsip bahwa tanah wakaf harus hanya dilakukan atau dikelola oleh kepercayaan Waqif. Pada umumnya, uang iuran pajak wakaf ini juga digunakan untuk membayar guru mengaji dan juga guru-guru yayasan di pondok pesantren Al-Junaidiyah.

Abstract

Structuring and developing tourist areas that lead to the Kasang Kulim Zoo Kubang Jaya leads to an Ecological tourism area that highlights natural potential as a dominant element. This requires functional needs in harmony with the natural environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the segmentation, targetting, and postioning, promotion and knowing the factors that become obstacles in carrying out tourism promotion strategies Kasang Kulim Zoo Kubang Jaya in increasing the number of visitors in Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency.This study used qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study consisted of three subjects as informants by using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are grouped into three parts: observation, interview and documentation. Technical analysis of data in this study using interactive data model Miles and Hiberman. The examination of data validity using triangulation technique.The results showed that the zoo manager's segmentation was students with targeting as many as 40,000 visitors and postioning in the form of "Kasang Kulim Zoo". Forms of promotion carried out by personal selling, zoo managers lower teams to conduct promotions directly to schools, advertising, the manager of the zoo kasang kulim jaya utilizes print and online media and billboards to promote the bianatang gardens. sales promotion, which is to give discounts and discounts to groups who buy tickets for more than 12 people. and public relations. Several inhibiting factors in carrying out the promotion strategy of Kubang Jaya Kulang Zoo are limited funds in conducting promotions and there is still a lack of support from the government and the local community to continue to support the progress of the Kasang Kulim Jaya Zoo.Keyword: Strategy, Kasang Kulim Zoo

Abstract

The soil has a variety of qualities that affect its ability to support the weight of a structure. One of these features is soil stiffness, which can be determined using the surface wave method to prevent soil collapse. Multichannel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW) is one of the non-invasive methodologies used in this study to investigate subsurface structures in North Sumatra, Indonesia. This method utilizes the dispersion properties of Rayleigh waves, producing a dispersion curve to get the shear wave velocity (Vs) through inversion. The shear wave velocity can be used to examine the soil stiffness qualities. The dispersion curve explains the relationship between shear wave velocity and depth, which can subsequently be used as a site class parameter. This survey uses three lines with one shot for each line which uses thirty geophones. The seismic source used is a gun with the type M16.38 Cal. Each line consists of 30 geophones with a distance of 5 m. The entire track is 160 m long and lasts for 2048 seconds with a sampling rate of 0.00025 seconds. The average shear wave velocity measured at three measurements was 372.5 m/s on line P1, 347.1 m/s on line P2A, and 311.0 m/s on line P2B, respectively. Overall, the soil classification on the P1 line is class C, and the P2A and P2B lines are class D, which is suitable for development planning areas.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the obstacles to education on preparation for surgery for outpatients and alternative solutions to increase the effectiveness of offering education on preparation for surgery. The method is a survey with interviews, questionnaires, fishbone analysis, problem prioritization, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that 60.7% of outpatient nurses involved in the study conducted surgery preparation education without specific media and guidance based only on general educational SOPs. Data shows that 46% of nurses need more time to provide education, and its implementation will not be optimal during busy hours. 28% of cases of surgical failure are caused by ineffective education on preparation for surgery. In conclusion, interactive video educational media makes it easier for nurses to implement instruction quickly. This impacts patients' ability to understand educational material more efficiently so that the surgical failure rate can be reduced. Keywords: Operation Preparation Education. Fishbone. Abstract

Tanah memiliki peran sentral dalam kehidupan masyarakat pedesaan di Indonesia, menjadi sumber daya penting bagi yang bergantung pada pertanian. Signifikansi tanah melampaui sekadar sebagai aset sosial; itu adalah warisan yang sangat berarti bagi penduduk. Kejelasan status tanah menjadi krusial bagi mereka yang tinggal di tanah leluhur untuk menjaga harga diri. Artikel ini menjelajahi pentingnya tanah, khususnya dalam konteks reforma agraria di Indonesia, sejalan dengan prinsip konstitusional dan perjuangan untuk keadilan sosial.
