<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses bongkar muat batu bara yang dilakukan di pelabuhan tersebut, serta mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi selama proses tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder dari literatur dan dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas bongkar muat curah kering di PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara berjalan dengan baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan alat dan waktu yang tidak efisien. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pelayanan bongkar muat di pelabuhan, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya di bidang logistik dan maritim.]]>

<![CDATA[These researches conducted in PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI) Branch Surabaya. The phenomenon happens that the labor of loading and unloading is not as expected by PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI) Branch Surabaya, because the number of workers unloading present are not in accordance with the agreed amount, the arrival of workers unloading is often not timely can slow the smooth process of loading and unloading of containers. Therefore, optimization of manpower loading and unloading should be done with the ideal number of workers unloading only about 10 people, divided into five workers unloading on board, four workers unloading at the dock and the first head of the working team. Smoothness unloading happened at PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia has not been effective and efficient because due to lack of communication between the parties with the shipping company PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia therefore PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The management of Human Resources manning the ship which is handled by the manning division, optimization in sea transportation is very important to be done to be more effective, one of which is in terms of changing the crew of the ship, the change of the crew of the ship must be in accordance with the replacement plan that has been prepared by the manning division so that The change goes according to the Sea Work Agreement. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Sources of research data were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of research data was carried out by qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a discrepancy in the planned change of ship crew because the company only has trust in the Ex-crew as a replacement ship crew. Ex-crew who had planned to board the ship could not keep their promise to return to the company, so the manning division had to find a new crew, if no new crew recruitment was carried out it would result in a lack of stand-by crew provided by the company causing delays in changing crew sign on /off and crew on board. so that the ship crew must increase the contract period of the Sea Work Agreement until the specified time. Therefore, the contract period for the ship crew on board must be in accordance with the agreement written in the Sea Work Agreement.]]>

The smoothness of the import process can be seen from the handling procedures carried out by the customs service management company so that the cargo can enter the customs area without any obstacles that occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the procedure for handling imports of soybean meal cargo by the customs service company PT. Esa Zone Express Surabaya. In writing this final project, research was conducted using a qualitative approach through direct observation at PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya. The results obtained in this study are that the analysis for handling imports of soybean meal by the customs service company PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya, in its implementation, has been running effectively by the procedures.]]>

<![CDATA[Investors obtain data or share information through the Indonesia Stock Exchange web page. From online information portals, investors occasionally obtain more knowledge about stock analysis and profitable stock projections. However, it takes time for investors to identify subjects that frequently come up and become popular stock information themes. The core of online stock information therefore requires subject modeling. Topic modeling, which seeks to look at the issues being discussed on a page of an internet stock information website, is the focus of this study. Research information is combined with 181 stock information February to July 2021, web source: kontan.co.id. Utilizing the Latent Dirichlet Allocation approach, topic modeling was tested. The topic modeling created 3 important groups and the distribution of the 10 creator words of each topic from online stock information. The topic modeling description creates a thirty-word note that occurs frequently from each topic.]]>

<![CDATA[Transformasi digital menuntut gereja untuk menyesuaikan pola kepemimpinan dan strategi misi pelayanan. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan visioner digital dan literasi digital rohani dalam mendukung implementasi misi digital gereja di era modern. Kajian dilakukan melalui studi literatur ilmiah terkini dan telaah Alkitabiah yang relevan, sehingga menghasilkan kerangka konseptual baru yang mengintegrasikan iman Kristen dengan kompetensi digital. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner digital mampu memberikan arah dan inspirasi bagi jemaat untuk terlibat aktif dalam pelayanan digital, sedangkan literasi digital rohani menjadi filter etis dan teologis agar penggunaan teknologi tetap sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Injil. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperkaya wacana teologi kepemimpinan kontemporer serta kontribusi praktis berupa panduan bagi gereja lokal dalam mengembangkan strategi misi digital yang relevan dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan novelty berupa integrasi konsep literasi digital rohani, yang masih jarang diteliti, sebagai faktor penting dalam kesuksesan misi gereja digital.]]>

<![CDATA[Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) merupakan indikator utama kinerja pasar modal Indonesia yang dipengaruhi oleh dinamika ekonomi global dan domestik. Selama periode 2021–2024, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) menunjukkan fluktuasi signifikan akibat respons investor terhadap gejolak harga komoditas internasional dan nilai tukar rupiah. Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh tiga variabel utama, yaitu harga emas dunia, harga minyak dunia, dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Harga emas dipilih karena berfungsi sebagai aset safe haven saat terjadi ketidakpastian global. Harga minyak dunia dipertimbangkan karena memengaruhi biaya energi dan kinerja emiten sektor strategis. Nilai tukar rupiah dijadikan variabel karena mencerminkan stabilitas ekonomi nasional dan arus modal asing. Periode penelitian dipilih untuk menggambarkan fase pemulihan pasca pandemi, ketegangan geopolitik, dan tekanan inflasi internasional yang memengaruhi pasar modal Indonesia. Data diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Investing.com, yang merupakan sumber finansial gratis, kredibel, dan diakui secara akademik. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan variabel independen terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberi kontribusi teoritis dan panduan praktis terkait faktor eksternal dan domestik terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG).]]>

Previously, the frozen shrimp export data was categorized based on the countries it was exported to. However, the list of frozen shrimp exports did not include the export levels. This research aims to explore the application of machine learning to analyze the frozen shrimp export data from the main destination countries using the K-Medoids cluster. The data for this research was sourced from the Bulletin of Foreign Trade Export Statistics documents by Product Group and Country, January 2023. The data used in this study covers the period from 2022 to 2023 and includes research variables such as net weight of goods (in tons) and FOB value (free on board). The cluster analysis revealed the formation of two clusters: one with high export levels and another with medium and low export levels.]]>

<![CDATA[By export destination country group, data on Indonesia's fresh/chilled captured fish exports are collated and tabulated. Nevertheless, export amounts have not been separated in the table of fresh/chilled fish exports. The clustering method will be used to tackle the fresh/chilled fish export data clustering problem. This study is to investigate the use of partition-based clustering, namely Fuzzy C-Means (FCM), to assess export data of caught fish from the primary destination nations using machine learning. The Buletin Statistik Perdagangan Luar Negeri Ekspor Menurut Kelompok Komoditi dan Negara, October 2023 is where the research's data came from. The research variables in this study, which comprise net weight of products (kg) and FOB (free on board) value, are based on data collected between 2022 and 2023. Following a cluster analysis, two clusters are produced: one for high export levels and another for medium or low export levels.]]>
