Abstract

The goals of organization or company are achieved by the given objectives of all the employees. In order to measure the achievement of the employees, the organization or company can use Key Performance Indicator (KPI). However, most of the application of KPI is done manually, for example in inputting scores, result submission, score checking, and report creation. Seeing this condition, an application called “Smart KPI” is developed to provide an effective and efficient KPI System, to provide the valid KPI data to assist the monitoring of employees performance, and to create the organizational structure by relating the supervisor with the subordinate. This application is developed using Scrum research method that consists of backlog and sprint. The backlog consists of literature studies, comparing previous research or product, distributing questionnaires, and interviewing IT experts. Sprint consists of sprint and release planning and actual sprint work. The result is a PHP based web application for KPI processing for an organization or company that depends on the structure of users and indicators that have been set in the back-end and apply the settings and process the KPI in the front-end. The conclusion that obtained is this application will help the KPI processing which match the user requirement and has a good user interface and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the effect of moderating variables on the relationship between Switching Costs, Service Performance and Customer Loyalty among Celebrity Fitness members. This research was carried out in a service company Celebrity Fitness. The respondents were limited to the members of Celebrity Fitness in Jakarta. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the sample. The method used in sampling is simple random sampling by means of draws. The sample are 165 active members of Celebrity Fitness. The results showed that there is significant influence of the moderating variable on the relationship between Service Performance and Customer Loyalty. The results also show the Service Performance as an independent variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Switching Costs serves as a quasi moderator (serves as the independent variable and moderation) significantly affects customer loyalty and has a significant influence as a moderating variable in the relationship between Service Performance and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Implementation of Sepora conducted in Blok V RW 10 Batu Selicin was motived by a lack of facilities Posyandu facilities and the importance of Posyandu for the community to receive and obtain health services well and satisfactorily. The method is making the nameplate of Posyandu. the aim is to better introduce the community to the existence of a Posyandu in the surrounding environment and encourage the community to visit the Posyandu. The result of implementation received a fairly good response and the community also became more aware of the importance of the Posyandu

Abstract

Constructions services company has unique characteristics, where the consctruction project arenot all resolve in one accounting period and generally conducted in mid-construction. Necessitatingspecial metods used by construction companies to claim there income and the burden by payingattention to stage of completion of contract activity. The use of methods that are not appropriaterevenue recognition will affect the recognition of expenses that impact the company’s periodicearnings. The research objective was to evaluate the method of recognition revenue and expenses onits construction contract with the Financial Accounting Standards, IAS 11 which came into forceeffectively on 2012. With to have validity of IAS 11 in the year 2012, expected the company whichis engaged in construction services are able to apply IAS 11 in the implementation of recognitioncontract revenue and expenses. Research on the author is in the PT Kreasinta Namora located onJl. Kalibata Tengah 17A No 12 South Jakarta is a company engaged in building constructionsand interior design. The result showed that PT Kreasinta Namora has been followed andimplemented showed that PT Kreasinta Namora has been followed and implemented by both theFinancial Accounting Standards, contract revenue and contract expenses associated withconstruction contracts are recognized at their respective jobs as revenue and expenses with respect tothe contract activity (percentage of completion), in accordance with IAS 11.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana perilaku konsumen dalam memilih Produk “Kecap Manis Merek Jeruk Pecel Tulen” di Surabaya”. Dari banyaknya merek produk kecap manis dengan beragam harga dan varian, masih ada sebagian konsumen yang memilih Produk “Kecap Manis Merek Jeruk Pecel Tulen” ini. Hal tersebut yang tentunya ingin diteliti oleh penulis perilaku konsumen dan penyebab kenapa masih banyak orang yang berminat dan membeli produk tersebut . Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 konsumen yang telah membeli Produk “Kecap Manis Merek Jeruk Pecel Tulen” di Surabaya. Teknik Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. peneliti menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur di mana dalam pelaksanaannya lebih bebas dengan tujuan untuk menemukan permasalahan secara lebih terbuka, di mana pihak yang diajak wawancara diminta pendapat, dan ide-idenya.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu telah ditemukan faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan perilaku konsumen dalam memilih Produk Kecap Manis Asin Merek Jeruk Pecel Tulen di Surabaya yaitu faktor Perilaku konsumen, kualitas produk, faktor harga . Peneliti memberikan saran agar Produk Kecap manis Asin merek Jeruk Pecel Tulen kedepanya dapat memperbaiki kualitas produk, dan membuat inovasi- inovasi yang baru dari segi kemasan yang menarik serta maupun citra rasa dari produk kecap manis asin merek jeruk Pecel Tulen sehingga bermanfaat kedepanya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan citra rasa serta branding dari Produk kecap manis Asin Merek Jeruk Pecel Tulen. Saran ini diharapkan dapat memberikan perbaikan dan membantu perusahaan agar menjadi lebih baik ke depannya serta menambah jumlah pengguna Produk Kecap Manis Merek Jeruk Pecel Tulen di Surabaya.

Abstract

Purple sweet potato has good prospects as a raw material in the food industry, especially in the form of flour. However, purple sweet potato flour has several weaknesses such as low solubility in water, low water absorption capacity and the gel form is less uniform. The modification of purple cassava flour with pregelanitisation has been developed, but there is a decrease in the level of active components of anthocyanin and its antioxidants. The aim of this research is to find out the right pregelatinization temperature and time to produce the best modified purple sweet potato flour and to find out the ratio of modified purple sweet potato flour and moringa leaf flour to produce flakes with the best characteristics. This research was divided into two stages. The first stage was that the purple sweet potato was pregelatinized with a steaming temperature of 70oC, 80oC and 90oC and steaming time of 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes. The best results from the first stage of research were then applied to the second stage of research, namely the effect of adding Moringa leaf flour to purple sweet potato flakes with several levels, namely 0%, 3%, 6%, 9% and 12%. The results of the first stage of research showed that steaming treatment with a temperature of 70oC and a duration of 5 minutes produced the best modified purple sweet potato flour with yield characteristics of 24.90%, anthocyanin content of 25,65 mg/L, starch content of 63.10%, amylose content of 28.73%, amylopectin content of 34.37%, anthocyanin content 25.62 mg/L, viscosity 2597 cP, water absorption capacity 113.27% and oil absorption capacity 110.68%. Modified purple sweet potato flour with the best treatment is used in making purple sweet potato flakes which is added with flour Moringa leaves. The treatment with the addition of 12% moringa leaf flour produced the best purple sweet potato flakes with yield characteristics of 59.41%, anthocyanin content of 8,02 mg/L, antioxidant activity of 19.31%, and organoleptic tests with characteristics of aroma is liked, slightly bitter and like taste, slightly crunchy and liked texture and the panelists overall acceptance is liked.

Abstract

Suppliers are responsible for providing products that meet consumer needs through retail networks, while retailers act as intermediaries between suppliers and end consumers. This relationship can be mutually beneficial if managed effectively through proper communication. Suppliers can enhance their product distribution, while retailers can gain profits by ensuring timely product availability. This study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, enabling researchers to understand the meaning behind the dynamics of the supplierretailer relationship. Data was collected through triangulation techniques, and the analysis was conducted inductively, emphasizing meaning over generalization. The findings highlight the importance of maintaining good and sustainable collaboration through both professional and personal approaches. Professional relationships involve consistent responses to inquiries, prompt problem resolution, and high-quality service delivery. Additionally, programs such as promotions and incentives can enhance retailer satisfaction. Transparency in addressing technical and administrative challenges is also essential to building trust. This trust serves as the foundation for progressing to the next stage, which involves establishing deeper personal relationships to strengthen long-term cooperation between suppliers and retailers. Suplier bertanggung jawab menyediakan produk yang memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen melalui jaringan retail, sedangkan retail berperan sebagai penghubung antara suplier dan konsumen akhir. Hubungan ini dapat saling menguntungkan, jika dikelola dengan komunikasi yang efektif. Suplier dapat meningkatkan distribusi produknya, sementara retail dapat memperoleh keuntungan dengan menyediakan produk yang tepat waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yang memungkinkan peneliti memahami makna di balik dinamika hubungan antara suplier dan retail. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik triangulasi, dan analisis dilakukan secara induktif dengan penekanan pada makna daripada generalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya memelihara hubungan kerja sama yang baik dan berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan profesional dan personal. Hubungan profesional melibatkan respons konsisten terhadap pertanyaan, penanganan cepat terhadap masalah, dan pemberi layanan yang berkualitas. Kegiatan promosi dan insentif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan retail. Keterbukaan dalam menyampaikan kendala teknis dan administratif juga penting untuk membangun kepercayaan. Kepercayaan ini menjadi dasar untuk melangkah ke tahap berikutnya, yaitu membangun hubungan personal yang mendalam untuk memperkuat kerja sama jangka panjang antara suplier dan retail.
