Abstract

This article presents the optimization of the number of tellers at the service counter at PT BANK Haga. Its done by comparing the some alternatives related to the number of tellers employed. Conclusion indicates that optimal condition is that 5 tellers at Abdul Muis Branch and 4 tellers at Daan Mogot Branch.

Abstract

The main goal of this research is to analyze and design a database configuration of migration and replication in PT Metro Batavia. Research methodologies used in this research are data collecting, analysis and design model. Data collecting method is conducted with library research and direct survey in the company. Analysis method is conducted by analyzing hangar system, migration and reflection process and the available problems. Design method is conducted by designing a prototype for migration process with the implementation of Oracle SQL Developer and replication process with implementation of Oracle Golden Gate. The result of this research is a prototype for configuration of migration and replication process by using Oracle Golden Gate, which can produce two sets of identical data for the purpose of backup and recovery, and also design a simple tool that is expected to help active-active or active-passive replication process. The conclusion of this research is migration process of MySQL database to Oracle database by using Oracle Golden Gate hasn’t been conducted, because Oracle Golden Gate still has bug related to binary log, so database of migration is conducted by using Oracle Golden Gate. However, replication of bi-directional in between database of Oracle by using Oracle SQL Developer can guarantee data availability and reduce work burden from primary database.

Abstract

The goals of organization or company are achieved by the given objectives of all the employees. In order to measure the achievement of the employees, the organization or company can use Key Performance Indicator (KPI). However, most of the application of KPI is done manually, for example in inputting scores, result submission, score checking, and report creation. Seeing this condition, an application called “Smart KPI” is developed to provide an effective and efficient KPI System, to provide the valid KPI data to assist the monitoring of employees performance, and to create the organizational structure by relating the supervisor with the subordinate. This application is developed using Scrum research method that consists of backlog and sprint. The backlog consists of literature studies, comparing previous research or product, distributing questionnaires, and interviewing IT experts. Sprint consists of sprint and release planning and actual sprint work. The result is a PHP based web application for KPI processing for an organization or company that depends on the structure of users and indicators that have been set in the back-end and apply the settings and process the KPI in the front-end. The conclusion that obtained is this application will help the KPI processing which match the user requirement and has a good user interface and performance.

Abstract

This research is based on the rapid development of the culinary and information technology. The difficulties in communicating with the culinary expert and on recipe documentation make a proper support for media very important. Therefore, a web-based database application for the public is important to help the culinary community in communication, searching and recipe management. The aim of the research was to design a web-based database application that could be used as social media for the culinary community. This research used literature review, user interviews, and questionnaires. Moreover, the database system development life cycle was used as a guide for designing a database especially for conceptual database design, logical database design, and physical design database. Web-based application design used eight golden rules for user interface design. The result of this research is the availability of a web-based database application that can fulfill the needs of users in the culinary field related to communication and recipe management.

Abstract

  One of the most commonly discussed Cardiovascular diseases is a stroke uniform caused by the stagnation of blood flow to the brain due to the narrowing of blood vessels by fat (atheroclerosis). This study examines the effect of reducing the number of lumen areas and the location of the blockage to human blood velocity, pressure, and flow rate by using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). In the modeling stage, 13 kinds of luminal cross-sectional area were collaborated with 2 clogging locations and 1000 calculation was done. From the simulation, results obtained the value of pressure velocity and discharge. From the results show that the value of velocity reaches peak at 28-30% of lumen cross-sectional area and decreases at 30% cross section. The simulated debit values show that the larger the area of the lumen cross section, the higher the flowing blood flow and the opposite. While the analytic results show the value of speed is increasing and the decreasing pressure caused by the reduction of the luminal cross-sectional area, the value of the calculation of the analytic calculation shows the same values

Abstract

Internet has been widely used by manufacturers and distributors to expand product markets for its advantageous in quick process, practicality and low cost. Jaya Abadi Computer (JAC) as a sales distributor and service agent of computer equipment still perform its direct marketing manually on the spot, so that the marketing only reaches a small scope. This article analyzes the market opportunity of JAC; determines the marketing strategy and builds e-marketing website for JAC based on customer experience using The Seven Stage Cycle of Internet Marketing. The results obtained are an e-marketing website to support the marketing activities of JAC. Eventually it can be concluded that by building an e-marketing, JAC can reach as well as expand market opportunities in virtual world, use the right marketing strategy, and meet customer needs through features on the website.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam suatu perusahaan, manajemen pemasaran memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi kegiatan perusahaan. Persyaratan perusahaan untuk membawa kesuksesan memaksimalkan penjualan perusahaan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan promosi kualitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT Panca Daya Sukses di kota Batam. PT Panca Daya Sukses adalah layanan penyejuk udara. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 148 pelanggan. Jenis sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner. Metode pemrosesan data menggunakan SPSS (Statistik Produk dan Solusi Layanan) versi dua puluh satu. Didukung pada hasil pengujian, dapat dilihat bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan dan kualitas promosi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan; Kualitas Promosi; Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Credit disbursement by banks to SMEs in each region is determined by some benchmarks. One of the benchmarks is the evaluation of the feasibility of SMEs who will get the credit. Feasibility of credit disbursement can be carried out with 5 C aspects, which include: character, capacity, capital , colleteral and condition of economy. By using analysis of Cochran Q test, this study objects to identify the Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in Batam related with implementation of 5C aspects the credits disbursement of SMEs and to identify the most dominant 5C variables as the determinant in the credit disbursement of SMEs in Batam. Results of this study found the presence of Implementation for all 5C variables in the banking credit disbursement in Batam. Also, conviction, responsibility and commitment of payment are the preliminary character’s information of SMEs who can receive the banking credit disbursement as the medium of SMEs’ construction to apply for the banking’s credit for business in Batam.

Abstract

This study examines the factors affecting poverty in Riau Islands Province for 2010-2015 period. The dependent variable used in this research is the number of poor people, while the independent variables are life expectancy, school participation rate, and population. Based on the results of the test, life expectancy, school participation rate, and population statistically proved significant effect on the number of poor people in Riau Islands Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan air minum isi ulang di Kota Batam. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data uji dalam penelitian ini adalah validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda dari koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t dan uji f. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian diketahui t hitung> t tabel yaitu 4,378> 1,660 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05. Ini berarti bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. t hitung kualitas layanan diketahui> t tabel adalah 11,951> 1,660 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05. Ini berarti bahwa Kualitas Layanan (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen air minum isi ulang di Kota Batam. Dan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Layanan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen depot air minum Fanisa Water di Kota Batam. Terbukti dengan hasil uji F (simultan) nilai F sebesar 163.600 (Fcount)> 2.70 (Ftable). Dan nilainya signifikan pada 0,000 <0,05.
