Abstract

PT. "X" is a company engaged in the aluminum foundry industry. Pan is a product that every day is produced by the company PT. "X. This study determines the characteristics of the products that customers want and reduce the presence of defective products in the manufacture of the skillet to the improvement of product quality. Research methods is DMAI in six sigma method as measures to improve product quality pan. The characteristics of the products that customers want is a thick pan. Customer satisfaction PT. "X" is met with production pans that do not have a big hole, a small hole, and the line - the line broke on the surface of the pan so that the consumption or use of the pan into a durable. Sigma level of PT. "X" amounting to 2,785 sigma which means it is still far from the level of six sigma. Improvements to minimize the occurrence of defects porous product skillet needs to be done on the operator that the process of entering the liquid aluminum into a mold to be in a state of fluid color pink, raw materials that take the raw materials that do not melt before the liquid aluminum inserted into a mold and method of production process pan  namely the application of whitewash is done evenly to all parts of the upper surface of the mold.

Abstract

Kampung Kue Rungkut merupakan salah satu lokasi wisata kuliner di Kota Surabaya yang sebagian besar warganya mengembangkan UMKM dengan berjualan kue tradisional serta berbagai jajanan lainnya. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN dari Prodi Agribisnis Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur di Kampung Kue Rungkut didasari oleh hasil analisis bahwa masih terdapat potensi yang dimiliki oleh UMKM belum dikelola secara optimal utamanya pada pemasaran digital. Program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang akan diberikan berupa pelatihan konten video, pelatihan perencanaan konten serta pendampingan pembuatan akun instagram. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan diskusi bersama peserta secara langsung dengan menyertakan Ms. Powerpoint dan leaflet. Pelatihan yang telah dilakukan memberikan dampak positif dilihat dari peningkatan nilai post-test yang diberikan. Harapannya peningkatan pengetahuan ini sejalan dengan peningkatan kompetensi pemasaran digital yang dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

The tourism sector has great potential in driving economic growth, including through the development of tourism villages. However, challenges such as duplication of models, lack of standardization, and low maintenance of infrastructure often hinder optimization. Winden Valley Tourism Village in Wonosalam, Jombang, has attractive natural tourism potential but has not been maximized. To overcome these obstacles, assistance was provided that focused on branding and digital marketing strategies. The assistance includes the utilization of social media, website development, and the use of mobile cashier applications to improve service efficiency. The methods used include proposal preparation, observation, brainstorming, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results of the mentoring showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of business actors. The initial pre-test score of 60 increased to 105 in the post-test. With the right branding strategy and digital technology support, Winden Valley Tourism Village is expected to increase its visibility as a tourist destination and encourage local economic growth.

Abstract

Di Kecamatan Sugio dan Kecamatan Sukodadi Kabupaten Lamongan terdapat banyak pelaku usaha wanita nasabah BTPN Syariah yang menjadikan bisnis UMKM sebagai sumber pendapatan untuk mencapai kesejahteraan. Sayangnya hal tersebut belum diimbangi dengan penguasaan kemampuan strategi berwirausaha para pelaku usaha, khususnya mengenai identitas usaha. Pendampingan usaha ini merupakan program BTPN Syariah untuk para nasabahnya yang berkolaborasi dengan mahasiswa sebagai pelaksana pendampingan. Tujuan dari adanya program pendampingan ini adalah untuk membantu para nasabah BTPN Syariah dalam membangun branding usaha secara baik dan benar melalui pemberian materi dan pengimplementasian secara langsung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahap setiap sesi nya yaitu perkenalan dengan nasabah, penyampaian materi, pendampingan penguatan branding, dan evaluasi sebagai penutup. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan nasabah dapat menerapkan materi branding pada usahanya.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam sektor pertanian telah berkembang pesat sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan pendampingan penerapan IoT pada petani durian. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pemberian pre-test, post-test, dan penyampaian materi secara interaktif, serta interview yang mendalam pada 26 petani durian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang fokus pada bagaimana tingkat persepsi petani terhadap manfaat penggunaan IoT agriculture. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan perubahan persepsi petani yang semakin positif terhadap penggunaan IoT agriculture yang mampu meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman durian, mengurangi biaya input dan biaya lainnya, menunjang budidaya, serta meningkatkan pendapatan petani durian.

Abstract

The Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program was implemented by the government from 1989-1998 through Integrated Pest Management Farmer Field School (IPM-FFS) activities. However, not all regions received this socialization. The uneven socialization activities regarding IPM have resulted in not all farmers having good knowledge about IPM and not all attitudes and actions taken by farmers are in accordance with IPM. Therefore it is necessary to study the evaluation of the level of success of the IPM program that has been implemented. The research was conducted in Purwoasri Village and Langlang Village by interviewing 20 farmers from each village with a questionnaire containing farmer characteristics, farming characteristics, knowledge, attitudes and actions of farmers in IPM. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively by simplifying the data to make it easier to interpret. The results of the research show that the IPM program in Purwoasri Village has been quite successful because IPM farmers are better than nonIPM farmers in terms of farming characteristics, knowledge, attitudes and actions in IPM.

Abstract

The sugar industry in Indonesia plays an important role in supporting national food security. Sugar factories as one of the vital sectors not only produce sugar for domestic consumption but also contribute to the local economy and the agricultural sector, especially sugar cane. Gempolkrep Sugar Factory, which has been operating since 1849, is one of the sugar factories that faces challenges in terms of increasing production yields, as seen from the stagnation of yields around 8% in the last 6 years. This study aims to analyse the condition of the sugar production process, identify the contribution of technology to production, and determine the priority of improvements needed at Gempolkrep Sugar Factory. The research methods used are descriptive method to describe the production process, technometric method to assess technology contribution, and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to determine improvement priorities. The results of this study show that the sugar production process at Gempolkrep Sugar Factory consists of 7 stages, with the technology applied classified as semi-modern with a TCC value of 0.675. The main improvement priority that must be done is machine modernisation with an AHP score of 0.473 which is focused on improving the IoT-based monitoring system with an AHP score of 0.460. The conclusion from these results is that implementing improvements based on existing priorities will help increase production yields and produce more consistent sugar products.
