Abstract

Rizqi Nur Azizah, The Influence of Sales Promotions and Price Discounts Through Social Media on Consumer Purchase Interest at Café Bima N Zain. Under the guidance of Mrs. NirmaKurriwati, S.P., M.Si. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of sales promotions and price discounts via social media on consumer buying interest at Café Bima N Zain. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a total of 50 respondents. The results of this research are (1) Sales Promotions influence the buying interest of Café Bima N Zainconsumers, (2) Price Discounts influence the buying interest of Café Bima N Zain consumers, (3) Social Media influences the buying interest of Café Bima N Zain consumers, (4) Sales promotions have no effect on social media, (5) Price discounts have no effect on social media. (6) Sales promotions have no effect on purchase interest via social media, (7) Price discounts have an effect on consumer purchase interest via social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence asking to buy flying fish at the archipelago fishing port in Brondong sub-district, this research uses quantitative research methods using primary and secondary data sources. In this study using factor analysis techniques using SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study show that sequentially the factors that influence the decision to buy flying fish at PPN Brondong are distribution factors, product factors, price factors, professional factors, service factors, location factors, and nutritional factors, therefore the dominant factors in influencing fish buying decisions overpass in the Brondong PPN is the distribution factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Rizky Bakery Bangkalan, either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used the non-probability sampling technique with the sampling method using the purposive sampling method which obtained as many as 80 respondents. The population used in this study are consumers who have purchased Rizky Bakery Bangkalan products. The results of this study indicate that price, product quality and brand image have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Price, product quality and brand image have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Ekasoghi Beach Tourism is one of the marine tourism destinations in Sumenep Regency. This tour has natural beauty. with tourist attractions in Sumenep and has natural wealth that the tourism sector should be proud of which not only provides tourist resources but also contributes to the environment and society in its development. Sumenep Regency is a city that has a variety of tourist attractions, one of which is Ekasoghi Beach, and this beach has a very beautiful and sparkling view at night. Tourism potential in Indonesia can be a force that must be taken into account under certain conditions. Natural beauty is the main attraction. And apart from the rich culture and art of its people, Ekasoghi Beach is one of the beaches that is of interest to many local people. The purpose of this research is to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Ekasoghi Beach tourist attraction, and to find the right strategy for developing this tourism. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, in this research the data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results obtained in this research state that Ekasoghi Beach has implemented internal and external factors that influence the development of tourism development strategies.

Abstract

Community ecotourism is based on references to rural development through the tourism sector which promotes natural resources and supports efforts to preserve the natural environment and increase community participation in management. Thus, generating benefits for the local community's economy. Sumenep Regency, which is located on Madura Island, has a lot of tourism potential. The development strategy carried out uses internal and external factors. The research was conducted in Lombang Village, Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency, East Java. This research aims to determine methods that can be used to develop community-based ecotourism on Lombang Beach, Sumenep Regency. The data used uses primary data obtained through interviews used in this research. This research collects data through interviews which are used in the research. Collecting data through a qualitative approach through journals, literature reviews and references. In addition, SWOT analysis at Lombang Beach, Sumenep Regency was used to identify internal and external factors in the ecotourism development plan. The research results show that the strategy for increasing Lombang Beach tourism needs to be developed and attention needs to be paid to it so that it can develop community-based ecotourism on Lombang Beach, Sumenep Regency, to become sustainable and superior tourism. Lombang Beach is still not a sustainable tourist attraction. Therefore, as a local community, being able to develop Lombang Beach tourism into sustainable tourism provides benefits to the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Cognitive Destination Image dan Affective Destination Image terhadap Minat Berkunjung wisatawan di destinasi wisata Goa Jeruk desa Kebonagung Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara offline dan online menggunakan google form. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100 pengunjung destinasi wisata Goa Jeruk Kabupaten Sumenep. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cognitive Destination Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung destinasi wisata Goa Jeruk dengan nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0,000, Affective Destination Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mMnat Berkunjung destinasi wisata Goa Jeruk dengan nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0,003 dan hasil pengujian pengaruh Cognitive Destination Image dan Affective Destination Image mendapat nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sehinggga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berkunjung.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of social media advertising on consumer purchasing decisions for onggu honey products in Sidoarjo. The research employs a quantitative technique in its quantitative descriptive investigation. The analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The data collecting method involves distributing questionnaires to honey consumers much as 97 respondents. Studies indicate that using social media for advertising has a positively and significantly influence on the purchasing choice of onggu honey products in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Koperasi sebagai salah satu bentuk badan usaha yang berlandaskan asas gotong royong dan bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya, kini juga bergerak dalam sektor ritel. Sebagai entitas yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya, koperasi harus mampu bersaing dengan berbagai lembaga keuangan lainnya, baik yang berbasis konvensional maupun digital. Keputusan pembelian tidak hanya dibangun melalui produk saja, namun ada beberapa faktor lainnya seperti kualitas pelayanan dan juga promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada anggota KPRI syariah AL-Ikhlas sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah anggota dari KPRI Syariah Al-Ikhlas Sumenep dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 90 anggota. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yang merupakan salah satu jenis probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Pengujian data menggunakan uji Validitas, reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan variabel promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keputusan pembelian.
