Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh implementasi online sistem informasi BRI (BRINETS) terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan computer anxiety sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel adalah Quota sampling. Teknik sampling ini dilakukan dengan atas dasar penarikan sampel secara jatah. Data yang diperoleh sejumlah 48 responden, dengan responden para pegawai PT. BRI cabang Banyumas Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan penolakan terhadap hipotesis satu yaiu implementasi online sistem informasi BRI (BRINETS) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai serta menerima hipotesis dua bahwa computer anxiety terbukti sebagai variabel moderating yang memoderasi pengaruh implementasi sistem informasi BRI (BRINETS) terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh implementasi software akuntansi pemerintah terhadapkinerja organisasi dengan computer anxiety sebagai variabel moderating, merupakan studi empirisdengan mail survey sebagai teknik pengumpulan data sampel melalui penyebaran kuesioner danmendatangi langsung wilayah sampel yang dapat dijangkau (personally administered questionnaire).Data diperoleh dari 98 responden pegawai pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas. Data diolah menggunakanprogram SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi software akuntansipemerintah tidak signifi kan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan (2) computer anxiety terbuktisebagai variabel moderating yang memoderasi pengaruh implementasi software akuntansi pemerintahterhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi online BRI(BRINETS) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan perceived enjoyment and computer playfulness sebagaivariabel moderating. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan teknik sampling sensus. Datadiperoleh dari 38 responden karyawan PT. BRI Banyumas. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasilpengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama dankedua menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi online BRI (BRINETS) berpengaruh terhadapkinerja karyawan, dan perceived enjoyment and computer playfulness dapat memoderasi pengaruhpenerapan sistem informasi online BRI (BRINETS) terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstract Development of an organization's information systems aspects of the use of information technology is complex and requires judgment ,management support and management etic as it relates to cost and benefit. It requires good management support through participation and involvement in the planning, organizing, realize, implement, and manage strategically. This study will examine the influence of perception management support through participation and involvement in the development of the use of information technology in the human service organization information systems. Data were collected through questionnaires responded to by the managers of human service organization in Banyumas. Impact analyzed using multiple linear regressions, along with tests of significance.Research results. Participation, involvement and etic of management (partially or simultaneously) influence (significant) towards the development of the use of information technology in the human service organization information systems.Suggestions: development of the use of information technology in the hunan service organization information systems can be done by increasing the participation and involvement of management through a clear segregation of functions, focus group discussions, and workshops about the development of information technology vision.Keywords:  participation,  Involvement,  etic,  management,  information  technology,      information  systemsAbstrakPengembangan sistem informasi aspek organisasi dari penggunaan teknologi informasi yang kompleks dan memerlukan pertimbangan, dukungan manajemen dan manajemen etik yang berkaitan dengan biaya dan manfaat. Hal ini membutuhkan dukungan manajemen yang baik melalui partisipasi dan keterlibatan dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, menyadari, melaksanakan, dan mengelola strategis. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji pengaruh dukungan manajemen persepsi melalui partisipasi dan keterlibatan dalam pengembangan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam sistem informasi organisasi pelayanan kemanusiaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner ditanggapi oleh manajer organisasi pelayanan kemanusiaan  di Banyumas. Dampak dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear, bersama dengan uji signifikansi.Hasil penelitian. Partisipasi, keterlibatan dan etik manajemen (parsial maupun simultan) berpengaruh (signifikan) terhadap pengembangan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam sistem  informasi organisasi  pelayanan  kemanusiaan.Saran: pengembangan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam sistem informasi lembaga pelayanan kemanusiaan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan manajemen melalui pemisahan yang jelas fungsi, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan lokakarya tentang pengembangan visi teknologi informasi.Kata kunci: partisipasi, keterlibatan, etika, manajemen, teknologi informasi, sistem informasi

Abstract

This community service aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of integrated strategies in accounting, taxation, and the digital economy as an effort to face economic challenges in Indonesia. In the increasingly developing digital era, businesses and economic actors need to adapt to technology and understand dynamic tax regulations. This training is designed to help participants, especially those from the MSME sector and accounting professionals, integrate a strong understanding of accounting, compliance with tax regulations, and the application of digital technology in their business operations. Through a practical approach, participants will be invited to develop effective and efficient solutions to increase the competitiveness and stability of the national economy. The main focus of this training is to combine conventional accounting and taxation concepts with digital economic innovations, which are increasingly relevant in the industrial era 4.0. In addition, this training also discusses various tax challenges faced by businesses in the digital economy, such as e-commerce taxation, cross-border transactions, and evolving digital tax regulations. Participants will be taught how to utilize digital technology, such as cloud-based accounting software and tax applications, to facilitate more accurate and timely financial reporting and management.

Abstract

Technological development is one of the changes that cannot be It is undeniable that technology and information have influenced the environment rapidly, and this information has become a very important need. Information produced by technology is expected to help individuals or groups as users so that they can carry out their work effectively and efficient. Current technological developments have shown a lot of progress outstanding. By utilizing technology from the community and SMEs can have broad market potential and create a variety of new opportunities profitable. This service is community service that is carried out at UKM Line Production, Bobosan Village. This UKM Line Production is formed by the Bobosan Family Youth Group, whose members are mostly Teenagers drop out of school and drop out of work. Problems faced by SMEs namely after the business organization is formed and business management is still improved using the program manual for bookkeeping. Apart from that, there are other problems is the non-fulfillment of product orders in large quantities due to shortages knowledge about business efficiency and economics. The solution offered on This youth group takes the form of assistance in using bookkeeping Computerization applications in the context of time efficiency and production economics in calculating production costs. This assistance is gradual over 8 months which started from assisting manual bookkeeping repairs until it was held training using computerized applications for SME bookkeeping. The aim of this donation is to help UKM Line Production fulfill their needs product orders by applying the principles of efficiency and economy, time efficiency and economical in calculating production costs for long-term results maximum in order to increase the income of its members. The resulting output from this activity, namely scientific articles published in Junal Ilmiah and presented at the National Seminar and Business Bookkeeping Computerization Applications.

Abstract

Business cooperatives are a form of cooperative that focuses on developing small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This type of cooperative plays an important role in supporting local economic growth and community empowerment. One of the business entities supporting the Indonesian economy is a cooperative. Now cooperatives do not only focus on the financial sector such as savings and loan cooperatives, but cooperatives must start moving in real sectors such as consumer, producer, service and marketing cooperatives. Real sector cooperatives focus on economic activities that produce goods or services that can be consumed or used by their members or the general public. The problems currently faced are limited resources, weak governance, and limited access to technology. The government and other stakeholders need to continue to strive to increase the capacity of cooperatives and create a conducive environment for MSMEs. The solution to overcome this problem is by providing outreach to business actors and the community as well as adequate support, business cooperatives can become effective strategic partners in encouraging
