Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui analisis Managemen Control dalam Meningkatkan Efektifitas Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintahan Kampung Tambat Kabupaten MeraukeMetode dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dan melakukan wanwancara kepada kepala kampung dan aparaturnya. Serta mempelajari dokumen-dokumen. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer yang dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan penjelasan dalam bentuk kalimat yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian.Hasil Penelitian : (1) Efektifitas pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Kampung beserta aparatur dalam meningkatkan pembangunan sarana fisik telah berhasil sesuai dengan kemampuan Kepala Kampung beseserta aparatur yang ada di Kampung dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat. (2) Kendala yang dialami dalam mempengaruhi efektifitas pengawasan kepala kampung tambat beserta aparaturnya dalam meningkatkan pembangunan sarana fisik di kampung tambat berupa terbatasnya dan lambatnya bantuan pendanaan yang diberikan dari pemda setempat kepada kampung tambat sehingga masih ada juga program-program yang belum terlaksanakan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Fungsi-Fungsi Manajemen Pada Aparatur Pemerintahan Kampung Tambat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dan melakukan wanwancara kepada kepala kampung dan aparaturnya serta mempelajari dokumen-dokumennya. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer yang dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara sekaligus persiapan untuk melaksanakan penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan penjelasan dalam bentuk kalimat yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) Fungsi Perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh aparatur pemerintahan Kampung Tambat, telah melibatkan seluruh aparatur dan masyarakat terkait dalam perencanan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. (2) Fungsi Pengorganisasian aparatur pemerintahan kampung tambat telah membentuk struktur organisasi serta menjelaskan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing unit dalam berkerja. (3) Fungsi Pengarahan dilakukan kepada aparatur agar bekerja dengan tugas dan tangungjawab yang di emban serta memotivasikan aparatur dengan pendekatan manajemen objektif atau pendekatan sosial maupun finansial. (4) Fungsi Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleha aparatur pemerintahan kampung tambat masih sangat kurang, hal ini terlihat dari cek kehadiran, monitoring terhadap kegiatan, hasil kerja yang tidak dapat diukur dengan baik, dikarenakan aparatur diganti-ganti terus. Sehingga administrasi tidak diarsipkan dengan baik serta pola pikir dari aparatur sendiri selalu berubah-berubah.

Abstract

The economic growth of Merauke Regency relies on strategic sectors that can spur development for the welfare of society. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the agriculture, fishery and tourism sectors on the economic growth in Merauke Regency by using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency from 2012-2017. The data analysis technique uses regression quantitative analysis with the analysis tool of the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures). The results of the study show that the agriculture, fishery and tourism sectors have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Merauke Regency.

Abstract

The problem to be studied is how the sales forecasting method is applied in the company and what variables influence sales forecasting. with the aim, for the company can apply optimal sales forecasting method for the survival of the company and know the variables that affect sales forecasting. In this study the data obtained then tested by the following methods: (1) Linear Trend Analysis Method, General equation form (Sofyan Assauri, 1984, pp. 53-56): Y = a + bt, (2) Method of Exponental Trends (a) Constant, with forecasting function: (b) Linear, with the logarithmic method, Y = a + b log t The function of this method is: forecasting function: Y_t = a + bt and (4) Decomposition Method. Result of research The best forecasting method to predict the sales of bottled drinking water in CV Tirta Alam Jaya Merauke in the next period, is the method of Exponental Trend. This method is chosen because it has the lowest error rate value when compared with other forecasting method, that is for forecasting sales Bottled drinking water obtained MAD value of 932.65, MSE of 20,581,918.63 and MAPE of 34.94%. Sales forecasting results Bottled drinking water using Exponental trend method calculation is 14,104 Carton in January 2016

Abstract

This research aims to formulate Strategy development product Noken of to local community of district border of Merauke / Papua New Guinea. The method used is the observation and in-depth interview on noken craftsmen. The formulation of appropriate strategies for local communities Noken craftsmen are essential for business continuity and profit in business competition.Increasingly tight competition required the noken craftsmen to always do the strategy in developing noken products well.Moreover, neighboring Papua New Guinea's noken products are always flooding the sota border areas.Analysis SWOT shows that the position of noken craftsmen in the tourist area means the situation is very profitable.Craftsmen have the opportunity and power so as to harness the power to redeem opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Application of Products, Prices, Places, Promotions in Increasing Papua Noken Sales. A qualitative / descriptive or narrative approach in this study. Primary data is direct data from the Noken seller. Secondary data, namely indirect data from informants from brochures, magazines, and others. Data collection techniques: Observation, namely observing the object / place of research. Interviewing is conducting a series of questions and answers to informants who know best about the object of research. The questionnaire contains structured questions to informants. The informants in this study were 5 Yanti Noken and Syria Noken. This study shows that application of Product, Price, Place, Promotion for Noken sales in increasing revenue, models that must be applied: Application of Product Strategy Models, Application of Price Strategy Models, Application of Place Strategy Models, Application of Promotion Strategy Models. The four models must be worked on together because these models are interrelated. In this model, promotion in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is the most effective. Promotion that must be done by salespeople, especially through the online social media (Facebook). The seller must be responsible for delivering the order to the customer's place. The implementation of this Promotion Strategy Model must be carried out, in order to increase income, particularly the Merauke buying and selling forum. The price must be affordable according to the pockets of the community, and still listen to government advice to stay at home and keep the distance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and brand image on product purchasing decisions Nikki jaya rot.the population in this research is all costumers at Nikki jaya roti.Breand wich numbered 1201 people the sample of this researchis 92 person.The sampling product used in this study is non propolity with purposive sampling .technigue app roach version 26. The research used is a quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS toots from the result of multiple linear regression analysis that has bean processed isobtained eguation Y = 2.11 + 0.421 X1 + 0.727 X2 + e.from the fest results the hypothesis,namely uji t and uji f shows that the promation variable and brand image has influence and is significant partially or product purchase decisions at Nikki jaya roti metter this is evidenced by the thumy promation value of 5.766 < ttabel of 1.986 .with a signiticant level signifikan 0.000 < 0.05.That is accepted,Ho is rejected brand image thitung Brand Image(X2) nilai 20.891 > nilai ttabel 1.986 with level significant 0,000 < 0,05 .that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected .then Fhitung (511,43) > value Ftabel (3,10) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 so that Ha is accepted HO is rejected the R-Square value 0.929 or 92.9% means that the purchase decision is ex plained by promotion and brand varables image contributes to purchasing decisions by 92.9% with the rema 7.8 % influced by other variabels that are not examined in this study .

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the role of livestock groups in increasing the social status of breeders, (2) to determine the social status of breeders (3) to determine the relationship between the role of livestock groups in increasing the social status of farmers. This research was conducted in Semangga District from June 2022 until completion. The population sampled in this study were breeders living in the Semangga District, namely, 30 respondents. The analytical tool used is sperm rank analysis. The variables observed in this study were livestock groups and the social status of breeders. The results showed that: (1) The role of livestock herds in increasing the social status of farmers was in a good category, (2) the social status of breeders in Semangga District was in the moderate category, (3) the role of livestock herds was positively related to increasing the social status of farmers in Semangga District

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Service Excellence analysis of customer loyalty at Hotel Megaria Merauke. Methods: Quantitative approaches, data sources: primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques: observations, interviews and questionnaires. Population and samples: numbering 40 respondents using total sampling and data analysis techniques: simple linear regression assisted by SPSS. The results of this study showed a regression coefficient of X of 0.254 meaning that excellent service variables have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty which means that the service affects customer loyalty in Hotel Megaria Merauke.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pada Percetakan All Stempel Kabupaten Merauke. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 98 orang responden, menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Pengukuran variable dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran skala likert, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20 dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,136 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.093 (9,3%), ini menujukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu store atmosphere memiliki besaran pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen senilai 9.3%, sedangkan sisanya 90.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain.
