Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi sektor-sektor yang menjadi sektorBasis dan Non-Basis di Kota Ternate, menganalisis keterkaitan antar sektor dalammendorong peningkatan kontribusi pada Pembangunan daerah dan, memberikangambaran tentang sektor yang bukan basis. Analisis yang digunakan meliputiLocation Quitiont (LQ) dan analisis Shift – Share (S–S). Hasil penelitian, yangtermasuk sektor unggulan adalah: Listrik, Air & Gas, Bangunan, Perdagangan Hotel& Restaurant, Pengangkutan & Telekomunikasi, Keuangan dan Jasa Perusahaan danJasa-Jasa. Sedangkan Pertanian, Pertambangan & Penggalian dan IndustriPengolahan bukan merupakan sektor unggulan. Secara Regional Share,pertumbuhan seluruh sektor-sektor ekonomi menunjukkan hasil positif.Proportional Shiftnya positif, artinya secara sektoral pertumbuhan ekonomi KotaTernate tergolong cepat. Sementara untuk Differential Shift, seluruh sektor-sektorekonomi memberikan hasil negatif, sehingga secara sektoral daya saing ekonomiKota Ternate tergolong rendah. Belanja mempengaruhi sektor non basis maupunsektor basis 1 dan basis 2, demikian pula PAD berpengaruh terhadap setiap sektor

Abstract

Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Transformasi Ekonomi Kampung Terpadu (TEKAD) di Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat dan Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan.Penelitian dilaksanakan di tiga kecamatan terdiri dari Kecamatan Weda Tengah, Kecamatan Jailolo dan Kecamatan Gane Timur pada masing-masing desa yang berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan program tranformasi ekonomi kampung Terpadu. Metode menggunakan pendekatan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan program TEKAD di Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah, dan Halmahera Selatan kurang terlaksana dengan baik, sedangkan di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat pelaksanaannya cukup terlaksana. Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program TEKAD yaitu minimnya Peran dari Pemerintah Desa, Fasilitator dan Pendamping Desa, rendahnya tingkat Kesadaran Masyarakat, dan kurangnya tranparansi dalam pengelolaan anggaran.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengaktualisasikan unsur ketiga pada Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi.  Tujuannya adalah membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan produktifitas masyarakat di kelurahan Kastela. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelibatan masyarakat dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa ceramah dan penyuluhan tentang pemanfaatan potensi setempat dalam meningkatkan produktifitas. Hal ini karena pada umumnya belum menyadarai tentang potensi pemanfaatan lahan tersebut karena terkendalah pada beberapa hal. Antara lain factor lahan yang berbatu, adanya kebiasan melepasliarkan ternak yang dapat mengganggu tanaman, dan tidak adanya masyarakat yang bisa menjadi motivator. Kurangnya skill, dan modal. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat akan diberikan arahan untuk dapat memanfaatkan lahan tidur tersebut. Diantaranya adalah ada pemanfaatn lahan untuk pembudidyaan ikan air tawar dengan memanfaatkan berbagai bahan yang sederhana, murah, dan mudah untuk didapatkan di sekitar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja anggota DPD RI terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, tokoh adat, tokoh pemuda, ormas, dan mahasiswa. Di Provinsi Maluku Utara dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM dengan menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0 sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kinerja anggota DPD RI tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat; (2) Kinerja anggota DPD RI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelayanan publik; (3) Pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat; (4) Pelayanan publik mampu memediasi pengaruh kinerja anggota DPD RI terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.   This study aims to determine the effect of the performance of DPD RI members on public satisfaction through public services. This study is a quantitative study. The population in this study consists of community leaders, religious leaders, traditional leaders, youth leaders, mass organizations, and students in North Maluku Province with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical testing tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The performance of DPD RI members does not have a significant effect on public satisfaction; (2) The performance of DPD RI members has a positive and significant effect on public services; (3) Public services have a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction; (4) Public services are able to mediate the effect of DPD RI members' performance on public satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. Jumlah sampel penelian adalah sebanyak 67 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM dengan menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4 sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Komitmen organisasioal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai.   This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the South Halmahera Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. The number of research samples was 67 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance

  The purposes of this research are 1) To find out the development of tourism potential on Maitara Island, Tidore City Islands; 2) To find out the prospects for the development of a tourist area on the island of Maitara, City of Tidore Islands. The sample in this study consisted of two types of samples, namely: regional samples and tourist samples. Percentage analysis was carried out using percentage calculations, the analytical techniques to be used were questionnaires, direct interviews, field observations, personal documents and official documents. The data is processed through a SWOT analysis. The results of the study show: that the Kailupa tourist attraction (one thousand money) is in the Quadrant I position, which means it still has a "good" situation. The Ake Bay tourist attraction is in the quadrant I position, which means it still has a "good" situation. Mangrove forest is in quadrant I position which means it still has a "good" situation with existing strengths able to take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in North Maluku Province. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 millennial and Generation Z employees through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using hierarchical regression in SPSS 25. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction also positively and significantly improves employee performance and partially mediates the relationship between work-life balance and performance. These findings indicate that employees who maintain a balanced work and personal life tend to experience higher job satisfaction, which subsequently enhances their performance. The study highlights the importance of organizational policies that support work-life balance to strengthen well-being and productivity within public sector institutions.
