Abstract

This study aims at investigating gender based students’ stress pattern at Regional office of  Ternate. The respondents of this study were 160 students of Faculty of Economy in At regional office Ternate  consisting 40 male respondents and 40 female respondents of Management study program, and 40 male respondents and 40 female respondents of Accounting study program. To gather the data, a survey method was employed. Data was analyzed by using Importance Performance Analysis. The results showed that nothing was recommended for improvement atthe Regional office of Ternate economic faculty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai Kantor Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Ternate, (2) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai Kantor Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Ternate, (3) Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai Kantor Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Ternate. Sebanyak 73 responden dikumpulkan dari survei. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, begitu juga dengan kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap komitmenorganisasional, sedangkan secara simultan baik budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh atribut perguruan tinggi, kepuasan informasi, kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi terhadap kepuasan memilih perguruan tinggi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 127 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dalam pengambilan data. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS versi 24. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dari empat hipotesis yang diajukan terdukung dalam penelitian ini. Pada bagian akhir penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi, keterbatasan dan saran untuk penelitian masa depan akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci:   Atribut Perguruan Tinggi, Kepuasan Informasi, Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi, Kepuasan Memilih Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

Politics in organizations has been a concern for the job satisfaction of the employees. The minimum researchon how politics are in an organization plays an essential role in job satisfaction. In this context, organizationalpolitics are suspected of contributing to employees’ job satisfaction. However, there is limited research discussingpolitical skill as a ‘bridge’ variable between organizational politics and job satisfaction. The research examinedthe impact of moderation and mediation of political skill on organizational politics and job satisfaction in TernateCity government. It applied a quantitative method. The population was 240 employees from the middle to topmanagement in local government offices. With purposive sampling, 86 respondents working in the RegionalGovernment Work Unit of Ternate City were involved in the survey. The research used a hierarchical regressionanalysis as a statistical analysis and IBM SPSS statistics Version 24. The results show several results. First,organizational politics influences job satisfaction negatively. Second, organizational politics affect political skillpositively. Third, political skill strengthens the relationship between organizational politics and job satisfaction. Itmediates and moderates the full relationship between organizational politics and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this community devotion activity is to develop business networks, especially promoting the development of Gita Village as a tourist village. The method used was tutorial approach, Question-and-answer session. The end result of this activity was the Village Government, BUM Village Management, and the community understands the importance of networking and promotion aspects in the development of a business, specifically on the Development of Gita Village as one of the tourist villages in the Province of North Maluku. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan jejaring bisnis khususnya poromosi dalam mengembangkan Desa Gita sebagai desa wisata. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil akhir kegiatan ini adalah Pemerintah Desa, Pengurus BUM Desa, dan masyarakat memahami tentang pentingnya aspek jejaring (networking) dan promosi dalam pengembangan sebuah bisnis, khususnya pada Pengembangan Desa Gita sebagai salah satu desa wisata di Provinsi Maluku Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the effect ofinformation satisfaction on choosing a college. Respondents in this study were studentsof the Ternate Open University Distance Learning Unit Program. A total of 74respondents from the survey. Data analysis is done using simple regression. The resultsshowed that information satisfaction had a positive effect on the satisfaction of choosinga college.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in the development of a nation. In addition, education is also an important instrument in ensuring the sustainability of individuals and society. Thus, it can be ascertained that education has an advanced control whether or not a nation. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of college attributes on the satisfaction of choosing a college. The sampling technique that is Purposive sampling was chosen based on the consideration that students who were sampled were students who had registered, so that the sample size used in this study were 85 respondents. The respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Khairun University. 85 respondents were collected from the survey. Data analysis uses simple regression. The results of the study showed that the college attributes had an effect on the satisfaction of choosing a college. The results of this study are also consistent with the opinion of Oliver (1997) that satisfaction is the customer's response to the fulfillment of their needs. That means assessing that a form of privilege of an item or service or goods / service itself, provides a level of comfort associated with fulfilling a need including meeting needs under expectations or meeting needs exceeding expectations.

Abstract

The research aimed to examine the budgetary participation variable as a mediator on the relationship between decentralization and managerial performance. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling method with the consideration of being involved in budgeting. They were village heads in 159 villages in West Halmahera Regency. The data were collected by a survey with a questionnaire. The used analytical tools are simple regression and hierarchical regression as a statistical analysis and IBM SPSS statistics version 24. The results showed that budgetary participation fully mediates the relationship between decentralization and managerial performance. The conclusion provides three main contributions as well as their implications, namely providing new findings related to budget participation as a mediating variable, terms of age at work, and the level of education.

Abstract

Online shopping has made changes in consumer behavior when shopping, especially in Indonesia, where online shopping continues to increase. For this reason, the question that arises then is how consumer perceptions are related to online shopping in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of consumer perceptions of online shopping in Indonesia, namely Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak and Lazada. A total of 850 respondents throughout Indonesia were involved in this study. Consumer perceptions related to online shopping in this study are security, self-efficacy, usefulness, ease of use, quality of e-service (reliability, web design, trustworthiness, personalization and responsiveness), purchase intention and customer satisfaction. The distribution of the questionnaires was carried out using two methods, namely surveys and filling out via google forms which were then analyzed and analyzed using a descriptive statistical approach. The results show that consumers tend to agree regarding security, ease of use, self-efficacy, usefulness, quality of e-service, purchase intention and customer satisfaction. Only consumer perceptions have differences in views related to online and offline buying and selling. In addition, online transactions and privacy of individual data are still a concern for consumers. Finally, some limitations and suggestions for future research are also discussed in this study.
