Abstract

Rumah produksi Bakso Aci Tata Snack memiliki produk bakso aci dengan pemasaran menggunakan digital marketing. Media promosi yang digunakan adalah Shopee dan Instagram. Kegiatan pemasaran yang saat ini sedang digunakan lebih dominan adalah kemampuan dalam menggunakan perangkat elektronik berupa smartphone, perangkat personal komputer atau laptop, dan pengetahuan tentang internet untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada tenaga kerja dan pemilik Rumah Produksi Bakso Aci Tata Snack. Kegiatan ini diikuti seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 16 orang dan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan usulan perbaikan digital marketing. Kegiatan ini mengungkapkan persamaan penggunaan Shopee dan Instagram yang meliputi fitur foto produk yang menarik, gratis ongkos kirim, follower yang ditingkatkan, tampilan toko menarik, tema konsisten dan daya tarik caption serta posting. Sedangkan yang membedakan untuk akun Shopee menggunakan star seller dan live chat. Adapun akun Instagram menggunakan Instagram for Business dan live streaming.

Abstract

Packaging is the process of packaging a product so that it has appeal. This attractiveness is an effort to increase product competitiveness, so that potential buyers are interested in consuming, using and recommending it to the public. The Baso Aci production house Tata Snack has the main product in the form of aci meatball with a plain vacuum sealer packaging model. The problem raised was designing the baso aci packaging based on the voting results of the participants. Participants in this activity were 16 employees and owners of the Tata Snack meatball business. The activity was carried out on December 16, 2020, starting with the preparation of activities and implementation of activities. The methods used were lecturing, giving question and answer, discussing and voting. This community service produced packaging designs with standing pouch printing items and screen prints containing information about Baso aci.

Abstract

The production process of Baso Aci will have an influence on the taste, if the composition of the raw materials is not appropriate. The purpose of community service is to identify the process of producing Baso Aci 'Tata Snack' both from the raw materials and equipment used and determine the method to regulate the capacity of the composition of raw materials. The method used was lecture, discussion and Q&A. This activity resulted in the identification of the meatball production process "Tata Snack" both from the raw materials and equipment used. Baso Aci with a very simple production process require continuity. Its function is to maintain the taste and quality of Baso Aci. This activity can be further expanded by reviewing equipment updates to increase labor productivity.

Abstract

Telur ayam merupakan bahan pangan hewani sumber protein dan mudah diakses dari sisi ketersediaan dan keterjangkauan harga, termasuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Ternak Telur Desa Sumberagung adalah persaingan perdagangan antar peternak telur. Menurut pemilik usaha ternak telur, peternak memerlukan sebuah media yang dapat memasarkan usahanya sehingga lebih dikenal dan meningkatkan permintaan. Dari sisi manajemen, ternak telur di Desa Sumberagung ini adalah usaha yang dikelola secara mandiri dan dibantu keluarga sehingga belum menggunakan prinsip-prinsip manajemen yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah tahap observasi, diskusi, dan pemecahan masalah. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah model waterfall. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan hasil berupa platform digitalisasi pemasaran untuk memasarkan produk agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat. Platform ini menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce Shopee. Selain itu, perancangan website juga diberikan kepada pemilik untuk menangani permintaan konsumen secara langsung dan cepat. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan adanya bantuan pembuatan sistem informasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas UKM, produknya lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat dan dapat bersaing dengan para kompetitor sehingga dapat meningkatkan laba usahanya.

Abstract

Utilization of wire waste is feasible to be produced as a plate basket product. The partner who has implemented this innovation is UKM Putu Alwy Jaya. The community service team conducted socialization with the topic "green logistics". This topic is in accordance with the conditions that are being experienced by partners. The purpose of this activity is to increase the role of green logistics in products made from waste wire with selling value. The implementation method includes lectures, discussions, questions and answers and evaluations. Based on the results of the aspirations of the participants involved, it was stated that it was important to recapitulate the inventory of wire waste material every time an order was made to the supplier. Then, calculate the economic order quantity as a point of ordering in the future to minimize material delays. Scheduling optimization is related to the production period. Improving the function of work tools to speed up the production process of plate baskets is the main step. Straightening tools, cutting tools and packing techniques are closely related to green logistics. Therefore, the estimated time estimate, arriving at the destination, product condition, packaging condition is an achievement in green logistics.

Abstract

This community service program aims to identify the production process of Marning Lancar Jaya SMEs, including raw materials, equipment used, and methods for managing raw material capacity. The methods employed include lectures, interactive discussions, and Q&A sessions with SME operators. The program successfully mapped and documented the entire production process, encompassing stages such as raw material selection, washing, boiling, drying, seasoning, and frying. Furthermore, the program enhanced the knowledge and skills of the partners in managing the production process more efficiently and systematically. By standardizing the process, the quality and competitiveness of corn marning products were significantly improved, creating potential opportunities to expand the market reach of Marning Lancar Jaya SMEs.
