Abstract

Jalan Tol Tegal-Pemalang direncanakan untuk mengurangi kemacetan di Jalan Pantura Tegal-Pemalang. Pembangunan Jalan Tol Tegal-Pemalang akan mempengaruhi kinerja lalu lintas di ruas Jalan Pantura Tegal-Pemalang. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak yang diakibatkan oleh pengoperasian jalan tol terhadap kinerja lalu lintas jalan pantura dengan membandingkan kinerja lalu lintas jalan pantura sebelum dan sesudah adanya jalan tol. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan mengumpulkan data di lapangan tentang kinerja lalu lintas jalan pantura sebelum dan sesudah adanya jalan tol kemudian menganalisisnya berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) serta memprediksi pertumbuhan lalu lintas menggunakan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) menggunakan metode rumus bunga majemuk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi perubahan kinerja lalu lintas jalan pantura namun tidak signifikan. Menurut hasil analisis tingkat pelayaan sebelum adanya jalan tol memiliki nilai F pada semua ruas jalan yang menunjukan ruas jalan tersebut mengalami kepadatan arus yang tinggi sehingga sering terjadi kemacetan saat jam sibuk. Setelah dibangunnya jalan tol terjadi peningkatan tingkat pelayanan pada ruas jalan pantura dengan nilai E pada ruas jalan arah Tegal dan nilai D pada ruas jalan arah Pemalang. Sedangkan tingkat pertumbuhan lalu lintas jalan pantura selama 10 tahun mendatang mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4266,85 smp/jam arus lalu lintas arah Tegal dan 4135,21 smp/jam arus lalu lintas arah Pemalang.

Abstract

Tegal city station which is in the center of Tegal city. Activities in and out of station visitors lead to a density of road capacity. As well as the smoothness of traffic also depends on the condition of the road pavement. This study aims to determine the level of road service and evaluation of road pavement thickness as well as to provide alternative ways of handling road problems on Jalan Semeru, Jalan Pancasila and Jalan Kolonel Sudiarto which are influenced by road users around the Kota Tegal station. The benefits of the research provide material for consideration of regional structuring policies and input data on road improvement planning for related agencies. The research method is qualitative, namely analyzing the level of road service with LOS calculations according to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual and evaluating pavement thickness with CESA calculations according to the 2013 Road Pavement Design Manual. Data analysis was obtained from field measurements and traffic volume calculations. The results of the calculation of the analysis of the level of road service on Jalan Semeru, Jalan Pancasila and Jalan Kolonel Sudiarto are at service level C, namely stable current conditions with an average speed of 30 km / h due to side obstacles so that the driver has limitations in choosing speed, it is recommended to add and traffic sign confirmation. Evaluation of the structure of the pavement layer on Jalan Pancasila is adequate for the next 20 years of planning life. Meanwhile, Jalan Semeru with a length of 610 meters and a width of 550 meters as well as Jalan Kolonel Sudiarto with a length of 845 meters and a width of 700 meters need to be thickened with a layer of wear layer (AC-WC) with a thickness of 4 cm at a cost of Rp. 1,256,137,000.

Abstract

Meningkatnya mobiIisasi penduduk memunculkan kendaraan-kendaraan baru baik kendaraan ringan sampai dengan kendaraan berat yang meIintas dijalan raya, sehingga dibutuhkan juga sarana penunjang transportas yang cukup memadai untuk menampung volume kendaraan yang akan meIintas diatasnya. Karena itu peneIiti akan mencoba untuk meIakukan peneIitian dengan cara memanfaatkan limbah plastik jenis HDPE ( High Density Polyethylene) untuk campuran aspal tersebut sesuai dengan acuan pada SNI Bina Marga 2010 dengan menggunakan metode Marshall Test. Penambahan plastik yang digunakan ada 3 variasi yaitu dengan campuran plastik 5%, 7,5% dan 10%. Dari pengujian Stabilitas Marshall yang dilakukan dengan penambahan plastik 5% nilai nya sebesar 2843,5 kg, dan 7,5 % dengan nilai 2695,8 kg dan 10% dengan nilai 2455,0 kg, pengujian Flow / kelelehan dengan penambahan plastik 5% sebesar 4,91%, dan 7,5% sebesar 4,26 % dan 10% sebesar 1,63 %. Pengujian Marshall Quotient untuk penambahan plastik 5% sebesar 655,39 kg/mm, dan 7,5% sebesar 704,38 kg/mm, dan untuk 10% sebesar 1714,02 kg/mm.

Abstract

Kebutuhan lahan parkir pada ruas Jalan Mayjend DI. Panjaitan menjadi meningkat, sehingga tak jarang pengendara memarkirkan kendaraanya pada tepi jalan (on-street parking). Kegiatan on-street parking memicu berkurangnya kinerja ruas jalan karena sebagian kapasitas pada ruas jalan tersebut digunakan untuk kegiatan parkir sehingga di saat jam–jam tertentu kinerja jalan tidak dapat optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan pengaruh kegiatan parkir on street terhadap kinerja ruas jalan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah tidak tersedianya ruang parkir untuk sepeda motor membuat pengendara sepeda motor memarkirkan kendaraa bukan pada tempatnya sehingga hal tersebut membuat berkurangnya kinerja ruas jalan. Nilai LoS (Level of Service) pada ruas tersebut adalah B dengannilai VCR 0,31 pada pagi hari; 0,30 pada siang hari; dan 0,31 pada sore hari. Peneliti merekomendasikan tiga alternatif penyelesaian dari permasalahan perparkiran yang ada.

Abstract

Problems that occur in occupational safety and health (K3) based on a survey of the Ajibarang Hospital project location with 100 ± active workers are still many workers who do not obey the rules and appeals that have been implemented in the company regarding occupational health and safety. This study aims to determine the application of occupational safety and health in the implementation of the Ajibarang Banyumas Hospital project, which is carried out by PT. Linggar Jati, This research was conducted by using descriptive method with quantitative analysis. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out through field observations and interviews with the Site Manager and the workers. The data analysis of the questionnaire was carried out by testing the validity and reliability to determine whether the questions on the questionnaire were suitable for use. The data were analyzed and then carried out a significance test with partial testing, namely (t distribution) and simulations (F distribution). The results of this study are that simultaneously there is a significant effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance in the construction project employees of the IGD Ajibarang Hospital Banyumas with a calculated F value of 62.656> F table (3.24) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. which means that the hypothesis is accepted. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam keselamatan dan kesehatan Kerja (K3) berdasarkan survey lokasi proyek RSUD Ajibarang dengan pekerja aktiv 100± orang pekerja masih banyak pekerja yang tidak menaati peraturan serta himbauan yang sudah diterapkan dalam perusahaan mengenai kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pelaksanaan proyek RSUD Ajibarang Banyumas, yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Linggar Jati, Peneliti ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dilapangan serta wawancara terhadap Site Manager dan para pekerja. Analisis data kuisioner dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan relibilitas untuk mengertahui apakah pertanyaan pada kuisioner tersebut sudah layak untuk digunakan. Data yang dianalisis kemudian dilakukan uji signifikansi dengan pengujian parsial yaitu (Distribusi t) dan simulatan  (Distribusi F). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan proyek pembangunan Gedung IGD RSUD Ajibarang Banyumas dengan nilai F hitung yaitu sebesar 62,656 > F tabel (3,24) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

Human resource empowerment programs have been carried out by the government. This is in line with Indonesia's development goal of building the whole Indonesian people, so development must be a social change that does not only occur in the standard of life of the community but also in the role of the elements in it. Development places man as the subject of development. Community empowerment in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic in a cash-intensive program. Poverty is a social welfare development problem related to various other areas of development characterized by unemployment, underdevelopment, and helplessness. Therefore, poverty, especially suffered by the poor, is a national staple problem whose mitigation cannot be delayed any longer and must be a top priority in the implementation of social welfare development.  The handling of the poor is not easy, because the poor have experienced a long-lasting problem of poverty. The poor experience limitations in terms of education, skills, business facilities and business capital. Plus the conditions in the Coronavirus Desease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The government continues to strive to maintain the social and economic life of the community with the Cash Intensive program. Tanjungharja Village consists of 4 villages, 7 community units (RW) and 24 neighboring pillars (RT).

Abstract

The Magelang City Government increases its Regional Original Income through parking fees in line with increasing need for provision of supporting facilities needed by the community. Magelang City has a land area of around 18.12 km² with an average population growth from 2017- 2020 as big as 3%. By Because That, Magelang City need arrangement parking Which effective And efficient. Studies This aims to compile and analyze parking management strategies that have an impact on increasing PAD Magelang City. Location studies implemented in 11 block parking Magelang City with using method quantitative descriptive research source the data came from secondary data. The analysis that done use comparison between System For Results And System Parking Subscribe. Results analysis shows that parking fee income with the Subscription Parking System has potential value which is better in increasing the Original Regional Income of Magelang City compared to the Revenue Sharing System. Abstract

Telah dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan bazar bagi santri pondok peantren Al-Huda Manshurin sebagai pembinaan unsur kemandirian para satri pondok. Kurangnya pengetahuan teknis dan ketrampilan pada sumber daya manusia muda Indonesia khususnya tentang desain stand dalam bazar/ pameran dalam rangka memasarkan suatu produk berdampak pada kualitas tingkat kemandirian berwirausaha. Sumber daya muda santri pondok yang cukup banyak dan memasuki usia produktif yang potensial sangat memerlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang benar untuk bisa memiliki ketrampilan tersebut secara mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara langsung aksi penjelasan, diskusi dan pendampingan langsung di tempat bazar dalam acara Festival Anak Sholeh (FAS) yang digelar oleh pondok Al-Huda Manshurin. Dengan memahami dan semakin terampilnya para santri tentang mendesain stand dan penempatan produk expo dalam stand yang benar, baik dan menarik, dikemudian hari mereka dapat berkolaborasi untuk membangun suatu usaha dagang dan jasa pemasaran bersama yang merupakan langkah menjadi manusia Indonesia yang sukses dikehidupan.

Abstract

This The purpose of this study, to identify complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) experienced by workers at UD. Andika Aluminum and Welding, these complaints include pain in the upper arm, waist, right forearm, right wrist, and right and left knees. The results of the RULA and REBA scores obtained from the highest cutting activities before the use of work tools currently resulted in a high risk of 76 and 75 and decreased after the development of tools, namely to 40 and 39. Assessment of work posture for cutting with ergofellow software obtained RULA scores and the highest REBA is with a RULA score of 7 7 and a REBA of 12 11, which is included in the category "Immediate action is required" and after repairs are made to the highest score the work station cuts the RULA and REBA scores decreased with a RULA of 4 4 and REBA of 2 3 which are categorized in the "no action required" level of action.
