Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect influence on the business strategy variables and the Job Creation Law variable on the MSMEs Performance in the culinary sector which is mediated by the Digital Technology variable. The research method used is a quantitative method using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program in analyzing the data, so that it can identify the relationship between variables. The research population is MSMEs in the culinary sector in Prajurit Kulon sub-district. By using the Slovin formula, a sample result of 83 was obtained. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using outer model test, innerl model test, and hypothesis test.The results of the study are suspected to have a direct influence on the variables of business strategy and the Job Creation Law on the Performance of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector mediated by digital technology. This research is expected to help improve the performance of MSMEs in the culinary sector in the Prajurit Kulon district, Mojokerto City, and can be a reference and study for research on digital technology that mediates business strategies and the Job Creation Law on MSME performance.

Abstract

Business actors doubtlessly want to optimize in all parts in order to increase their company's profitability. One thing that must be done is to set up an advertising system based on electronic media, accurately Tokopedia. A system that makes buying and selling transactions simpler for both users and consumers. This article seeks to ascertain the impact of business actors' use of Tokopedia media on resulting profitability, as well as the impact of Tokopedia on consumer convenience when shopping online. This study employed a qualitative strategy in the form of a review article in the field of Tokopedia-based marketing management. Writing scientific articles involves the use of qualitative methods as well as literature studies or library research.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan masalah lingkungan yang masih terjadi sampai sekarang. Bank sampah menjadi salah satu upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk peduli terhadap pengolahan sampah. Bank sampah yang baik memiliki badan hukum, sistem administrasi, nasabah, dan kepengurusan atau penanggung jawab. Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Mojokerto sebagai penggagas lomba bank sampah bertujuan untuk penyemangat bagi kader lingkungan di Kabupaten Mojokerto agar kinerja dan semangatnya meningkat dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan selama 5 bulan yaitu bulan Maret sampai Juli 2022, dimana Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Mayjen Sungkono bekerjasama dengan Tim Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Mojokerto. Rangkaian pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu technical meeting, penjurian 6 besar, wawancara online dan penjurian 3 besar, serta verifikasi lapangan untuk menentukan pemenang. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah, dan memberikan inspirasi bagi masyarakat untuk memunculkan bank sampah baru di wilayah yang saat ini masih belum ada bank sampah ataupun yang bank sampahnya sudah non aktif.

Abstract

This research is entitled Marketing Strategy Approach to Increase Repurchase Intentions for Iced Tea Products through Variables Between Customer Satisfaction: An Empirical Study of Gen Z Consumer Behavior in the Mojokerto Region. With several objectives including; to find out whether there is an influence between marketing strategy and customer satisfaction from Gen Z; to find out whether there is an influence between marketing strategy and repurchase interest; to find out whether there is an influence between marketing strategy and repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, ages between 19-24 years were taken. Data were collected using a random sampling method, and 100 appropriate data were selected. The results of this research include: There is an influence between price and customer satisfaction from Gen Z. There is an influence between price and repurchase intention. There is an influence between price and repurchase intention through customer satisfaction from Gen Z as an intervening variable. There is an influence between the product and repurchase interest. There is an influence between promotions and repurchase interest. Meanwhile, the relationship between other variables shows that there is no influence on the relationship between variables. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengambil judul Pendekatan Strategi Pemasaran untuk Meningkatkan Niat Beli Ulang Produk Es Teh melalui Variabel Antara Kepuasan Pelanggan: Studi Empiris tentang Perilaku Konsumen Gen Z Wilayah Mojokerto. Dengan beberapa tujuan diantaranya ; untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara strategi pemasaran dengan kepuasan pelanggan dari gen Z ; untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara strategi pemasaran dengan minat beli ulang ; untuk mengetahui  apakah terdapat pengaruh antara strategi pemasaran dengan minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Pada penelitian ini diambil usia antara 19-24 tahun. Penambilan data melalui metode random sampling, dan dipilih 100 data yang sesuai. Hasil dari penelitian ini ntara lain : Terdapat pengaruh antara harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan dari gen Z. Terdapat pengaruh antara harga dengan minat beli ulang. Terdapat pengaruh antara harga dengan minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan dari gen Z sebagai variabel intervening. Terdapat pengaruh antara produk dengan minat beli ulang. Terdapat pengaruh antara promosi dengan minat beli ulang. Sedangkan untuk hubungan variabel yang lain menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh hubungan antar variabel.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the value of Willingness to Pay and identify the influence of factors on WTP in improving the quality of green economy-based biopesticide products in Candiwatu Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with the Accidental Sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Contingent Valuation Method and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the average additional nominal that the community was willing to pay for quality green economy-based biopesticide products was IDR 32,000. From the multiple linear regression test, it was found that partially three variables that significantly influenced WTP were agricultural land area, income, and biopesticide product quality. Simultaneous testing showed that all variables had a significant influence on WTP. These findings indicate that the community has a willingness to pay to support the use of environmentally friendly products that can increase the proportion of sustainable fertilizers, with income, land area, and product quality being the main aspects driving the decision.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are something that use to overcome resource quality problems. At Mayjen Sungkono University, there is a Quality Assurance Board, one of which is ensuring quality through standards set by the relevant ministry and standards set internally. To measure the level of success of the established SOP, community service activities are carried out in the form of outreach. As for problems related to the quality of resources, socialization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to governance such as Personnel, Finance, Administration and Infrastructure was held. The resource person for this socialization is the Quality Assurance Board together with the Vice Rector II who is in charge of personnel, finance, administration and infrastructure. The targets of this socialization in community service are leaders, lecturers and education staff. The evaluation results from this socialization were that three of the four indicators had increased (75%). So, the goal of community service was achieved through changes in the attitudes and administration of the Mayjen Sungkono University academic community after socialization was carried out. Quality improvement continues to be carried out with future SOPs related to administration and finance as well as infrastructure for students, especially those participating in the Student Activity Unit (UKM) and Student Executive Board (BEM).

Abstract

Pemasaran mengalami perkembangan seiring dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sistem pemasaran digital menjadi marak digunakan dalam mengembangkan area pemasaran dan memperkenalkan produk yang diproduksi. Permsalahan yang dihadapi adalah banyak UMKM yang masih konvensial dalam menggunakan sistem pemasarannya sehingga usaha mereka tidak dapat berkembang dengan baik karena pemasaran hakikatnya membutuhkan biaya yang cukup banyak. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya pemasaran digital dan pelatihan singkat pembuatan media sosial untuk pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian masyarkat ini adalah tahap persiapan dilakukan survey lokasi dan wawancara di UMKM Topi Pak Khusnul untuk menggali potensi masalah yang dihadapi. Pada tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait pemasaran digital dan media sosial serta tanya jawab untuk menambah pemahaman masayarakat semakin meningkat. Tahap akhir pada kegiatan ini adalah tahap evaluasi dilakukan posttest dan pretest untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman masyarakat terhadap materi yang diberikan dan hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan. Dari hasil prestest dan post test terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 50% terhadap pemahaman terhadap pemasaran digital untuk perkembangan usaha UMKM, serta dari latihan pembuatan media sosial warga desa Mojowiryo mampu mebuat media sosial tersebut dengan baik. Dari adanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat mampu memberikan kontribusi positif pada warga dan pelaku UMKM di desa Mojowiryo dalam membuat etalase dagang dengan menggunakan media sosial.

Abstract

Pujasera Embong Tengah is one of the culinary places that has not implemented the green economy concept because the problems faced are that business actors in Pujasera Embong Tengah feel that environmentally friendly packaging is very complicated, stock availability is still difficult, costs are more expensive, and do not understand how to design packaging, so the packaging used still uses plastic that is not environmentally friendly and less attractive. The purpose of this study is to design paper cups and paper bowls to support the concept of green economy. The method used in the study is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach with sampling using the purposive sampling method. Respondents in the study were sellers and consumers. The image was designed using the AutoCAD application. The results of the study showed that the design of paper cups and paper bowls was easy to communicate, creative, different from competitors, and acceptable to consumers. This study examines the use of paper cups and paper bowls to support the concept of green economy. The findings of this study can provide important information to help the economic resilience of business actors, as well as provide insight for further research development. This study hopes that Pujasera Embong Tengah can change its packaging from plastic to environmentally friendly packaging with an attractive design so that economic resilience is maintained.

Abstract

Kasus sampah ini muncul karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat penghasil sampah, karena Masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, Mulai dari memilah, meyimpan, mengelola, dan membuang pada tempatnya. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu masyarakat kurang memiliki kesadaran dalam mengelola sampah, sehingga masih banyak sampah menumpuk di bantaran sungai, maupun didepan masing-masing rumah warga, sehingga seringkali membakar sampah tanpa memikirkan dampak yang ditimbulkan, masyarakat juga kurang memahami fungsi bank sampah yang ada didaerahnya, sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap peran bank sampah Wiryoasri. Metode yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tiga step antara lain step persiapan, step pelaksanaan, dan step evaluasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pada step persiapan dilakukan survey pendahuluan, serta wawancara langsung dengan salah satu warga dan sekretaris desa Mojowiryo untuk menggali permasalahan. Pada step pelaksanaan dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan tanya jawab agar menambah wawasan dan kesadaran masyarakat semakin meningkat. Pada akhir kegiatan adalah step evaluasi dan pemberian saran dan masukan kepada perangkat desa dan pengurus bank sampah agar bank sampah Wiryoasri dapat kembali aktif. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan bank sampah didaerahnya
