Pada tahun 2012 media masa cukup sering memberitakan adanya perampokan di berbagai wilayah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Kasus perampokan di DIY sebanyak dilaporkan sebanyak 222 laporan kasus kriminal yang terjadi sampai dengan akhir Nopember tahun 2012. Adapun kasus perampokan di instansi sebanyak 39 kasus. Dalam situasi perampokan umumnya korban akan panik dan bahkan boleh jadi dalam keadaan disandera, sehingga sulit untuk meminta bantuan menggunakan perangkat komunikasi secara normal. Sistem ini dibangun untuk membantu korban perampokan untuk dapat segera meminta bantuan kepada Polisi melalui perangkat Android mereka. Sistem ini mampu mengirimkan  data lokasi kejadian perampokan via internet ke server yang ada di kantor polisi dan ke HP polisi via SMS dengan menekan sebuah shortcut. Sistem ini bekerja dengan memanfaatkan sinyal GPS. Sistem telah teruji oleh beberapa responden dengan hasil yang baik.

Telah dibuat sistem deteksi daging ayam bangkai menggunakan sensor warna dan jaringan syaraf tiruan. Tujuan pembuatan sistem ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat umum dalam mendeteksi daging ayam broiler bangkai. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan sensor warna. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pembuatan perangkat keras, pembuatan perangkat lunak, dan pengujian sistem. Hasilnya, sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik terutama untuk mendeteksi sampel daging bagian dada, tepong, dan paha.

Pemanfaatan internet dekade terakhir ini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Media internet tidak lagi hanya sekedar menjadi media berkomunikasi semata, namun juga sebagai bagian tak terpisahkan dari dunia bisnis, industri, pendidikan dan pergaulan sosial. Khusus mengenai jejaring sosial atau dikenal dengan social network, pertumbuhannya cukup mencengangkan. Namun sebaliknya, pemanfaatan e-learning yang kita ketahui selama ini kurang begitu menarik. Disisi lain terbukanya API dari beberapa social network, memberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi e-learning yang terhubung dengan social network. E-learning yang dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database Oracle 10g XE. Dengan menggunakan PHP-SDK dan Javasript-SDK sebagai library untuk menghubungkan antara sistem Elearning dengan Facebook sebagai social network. Metode perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan OOP (Object Oriented Programming), sehingga arsitektur program yang digunakan menggunakan konsep UML (Unified Modeling Language). Dengan adanya aplikasi facebook, user bisa menggunakan e-learning di atas halaman facebook, karena aplikasi elearning ter-embedded dengan facebook. User juga dapat menerima notifikasi dari e-learning melalui akun facebook. Notifikasi tersebut berupa wall post dan app request. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan user untuk menggunakan e-learning.

A bonus in a company is an appreciation of the company for its employees for their dedication to work. Giving the bonus is sometimes prone to subjektives, not relevant to work pertformance, and etc. This is also impelemented in PT. ABC, which rewards employees for their performance. The calculation of employee bonuses at PT. ABC still uses spreadsheet tool so that the results of calculating employee bonuses tend to be subjective and be human error in inputting complex formula. Therefore, to get the suitable employee bonus calculation results, PT. ABC requires a specific computer system for the employee bonus calculation. This research uses Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani method because Mamdani method is often used for fuzzy logic control problems and is accordance with the process of input of human information. In Mamdani method, there are four stages, namely the formation of fuzzy sets, application of implications function, composition of rules and defuzzyfication. Our Mamdani method was designed upon 27 rules which is likely adding complexity and temptation on human. Calculations on a system are tidier and more structureable rather than on spreadsheet tool. The system which is based on web could run almost everywhere as long as there is internet connection. The results of this study indicate that computer calculations result the same as manual calculations by hand. Functionality testing show that the system is functioning 100% and the system access test shows that 60% of respondents strongly agree and 40% of respondents agree with the ease of the system.

In 2012, media quite often proclaim the existence of a robbery in the various regions of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The robberies were reported in about 222 of criminal reports until the end of November 2012 and 39 cases occured especially in bussiness offices. In robbery situation, the victims will panic commonly and may be under a pressure so they are difficult to ask for help using normal communication. The system was built to help the victims to request assistance through their Android devices immediately. The system is capable of transmitting data into server at the police station through internet and send SMS to police’s cellular phone by pressing a shortcut. The system works by utilizing the GPS signal. The system has been tested by a number of respondents with good results.

The Selection of Outstanding Teachers is an agenda of Department of Education Youth and Sports (Disdikpora) intended to encourage motivation, dedication, loyalty and professionalism of teachers, the expected positive impact on performance improvement. In general elections outstanding teachers have been running smoothly according to specified criteria. However, its implementation is still not optimal felt so necessary to improve, especially in the aspects of assessment. In the assessment of the current selection are inconsistent because one of the criteria assessment (portfolio) that have different valuation range. This makes the need for a decision support system that is able to provide consistency with the application of the normalization judgment and able to show the rank results of the selection.Decision support system used in this research is Simple Additive Weight (SAW) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Both methods support the assessment criteria and weighting. The criteria used for the assessment refer to the Outstanding Teacher Selection Handbook 2012 and based on the results of data analysis assessment Outstanding Teacher Selection of Junior High School, Senior High School and Vocational High School in 2012. The method for developing the system that used in this research is waterfall method.The system is capable of displaying two alternative rank outstanding selection of teachers based on the SAW and AHP methods. These results sorted from the highest alternative to the lowest alternative outcomes. These results are also presented in the form of trend graphs to compare the results of each method. This system is useful to provide a reference for the field of PPTK Disdikpora particularly relevant in decision-making to determine the selection of outstanding teachers. Based on the results of testing the system's functionality, 96.7% stated functionality of the system running well. While the results of the testing interface, 38.96% for Strongly Agree, and 48.05% Agree.

ICT training instructor scheduling involves components such as the division of the day, sessions, classroom, and availability time of instructor which is different every day. One of the methods of artificial intelligence that is suitable for case scheduling is a Genetic Algorithm. Genetic algorithm succesfully impelemented for scheduling ICT training instructor with the parameter crossover probability (Pc) 0.4, the probability of mutation (Pm) 0.1, and the total population of 30 individuals. The best fitness value is 0.9523 with a 1 value error on constraint division of classrooms that weighs 0,05. Keywords: Genetic Algorithm, Scheduling

Intelligence is perhaps to be the one of the most logical way to determine how smart people is. That fact has always been a problem at job because there are number of job that attract people but require a high GPA for them. Employee with high GPA doesn’t always fit in his skill and work role. They unable to understand and maintain their performance. This expert system is a necessary for recommend job using Intelligence. This research use a Bayesian theorem calculation to find out probability value and job recommendation. The value of MI (Multiple Intelligences)’s user, MI probability to a job and job probability to previous result without any evidence produce a Calculation Variable.Result of the test shows output recommendation as expert system to 81.25% match with expert recommendation. 100% users statistically states the system running well. Expert system usability test shows 80% users strongly agree, 15.7% users agree and 4.3% users are neutral.Keywords: Multiple Intelligences, Profession, Bayesian theorem
