Abstract

National development in the labor sector that includes related elements between government, employers and workers is felt necessary to base their interests on their respective principles, so that dynamic industrial relations will be created, but the dynamics of industrial relations in Indonesia have recently been marked by the problem of lack - harmony between the entrepreneur and his workers. The government as the main sector in industrial relations must act based on the provisions of legal products from the industrial relations sector so that the PPHI process can be realized in accordance with the expectations of all parties. In the context of maintaining industrial relations in Pasuruan, regulations in the form of Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2012 concerning the employment system has been created. It is hoped that through this research, an easy-to-understand resolution model that illustrates efforts to resolve industrial relations disputes in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2012. And this research is expected to produce a model of industrial relations conflict resolution which is the development of the Marshall model by considering the history of conflict through a picture of the birth of a particular conflict

Abstract

The waste bank is one of the containers that can solve the problems that people are experiencing. Garbage bank is a program by utilizing inorganic waste in order to get benefits and added value. Citizens' awareness and skills for managing or recycling waste by applying the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle are important in solving waste problems through waste management from the source. The waste bank which is integrated with the 3R principle is implemented in the Rajawali Village, Jogosari Village, Pasuruan, East Java. The waste bank activity is a concept of collecting dry waste that has been sorted and has a feasibility that can improve the community's economy. In this case, the sorted inorganic waste is put into the warehouse in the waste bank, which can be used to be recycled into crafts such as flower pots from cup pop noodles, flower pots from mineral drinking water bottles and cup pop noodle caps as spots. foto., therefore it is necessary to empower youth in the Rajawali area through outreach activities to residents and youth in Rajawali. In addition, the need for cooperation with the RPL to realize progress in the Jogosari village. This garbage bank in the Jogosari sub-district has provided benefits to residents, especially direct benefits by reducing waste piles, making the environment clean and beautiful as well as residents' independence and creating inorganic waste processing skills. Integrated waste management can stimulate creativity and innovation from the community so as to improve the welfare of citizens.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of information technology today makes Sedarum Village need an integrated information system, especially in the management and efforts to develop BUMDes in a sustainable manner. An information system that is built and maintained properly will provide tangible benefits which can be factually seen through the income earned and costs incurred. An indicator of success that has an impact on the development of BUMDes is increasing business productivity. The method used is the prototyping approach methodology, where prototyping is part of the software development method in the form of a physical model of the performance of a system that serves as an initial model of an information system. Through this prototyping method a model will be produced in the form of an information system prototype as a liaison between developers and users to interact in an effort to develop an integrated information system.

Abstract

The chicken meat processing agro-industry at the Slaughterhouse (RPA) plays a key role in ensuring safe animal protein for consumption. Processed chicken products are classified as high risk, thus food safety risk mitigation becomes critical. This community service program aims to assist the partner in identifying, measuring, and analyzing critical risk factors in chicken meat production using the Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) approach. Conducted at RPA CV. Satria Jaya in Pasuruan, the program applied both quantitative-descriptive and participatory approaches. Results reveal that immersion before chickens are fully dead, lack of certification among halal slaughterers (JULEHA), and negligence in reciting basmalah during slaughtering are the most critical risks. Suggested improvements include adjusting pre-soaking duration, recruiting competent JULEHA, and developing a process control information system. These findings are expected to support the reinforcement of food safety risk management systems in the partner's slaughterhouse.

Abstract

This study investigates quality control of 100ml bottle products at PT. XYZ Pandaan using the Six Sigma methodology and Root Cause Analysis. The primary concern is a high defect rate, which negatively impacts production efficiency and product quality. Over a 30-day observation period, 9,810 sample units were examined. Five major defect types were identified: black spots, oil stains, uneven bottle mouths, folded mouths, and deformations. Pareto analysis revealed that black spots, uneven mouths, and folded mouths constituted over 80% of total defects. A P-chart analysis indicated an unstable process. The Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) was 5,708, corresponding to a sigma level of 4.03. The process capability index was 1.34, suggesting the process is capable but requires refinement. RCA was employed to develop improvement strategies, including operator training, preventive maintenance, and stricter quality control. The proposed control plan includes SOP implementation, daily checklists, continuous training, and visual management tools.

Abstract

This study evaluates the productivity of footstep-type motorcycle spare part production at UMKM IMVSPEEDSHOP Pasuruan, where production capacity fails to meet market demand. The Objective Matrix (OMAX) method was employed to assess productivity across five key performance ratios, while Root Cause Analysis (RCA) incorporating Fishbone Diagram and 5-Why’s Analysis identified underlying inefficiencies. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) prioritized critical factors affecting productivity. Findings revealed fluctuating productivity levels, with Ratio 5 (labor hours per defective unit) scoring lowest (43), highlighting inefficiencies in defect control. Major contributing factors included insufficient operator training, irregular machine maintenance, lack of standardized procedures (SOP), and suboptimal workspace design. Proposed corrective measures encompass developing comprehensive SOPs, enhancing technical training, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and optimizing ergonomic conditions. These interventions aim to boost operational efficiency, reduce waste, and align production output with market requirements. The study provides actionable insights for improving productivity in small-scale automotive manufacturing, offering a framework for similar MSMEs facing comparable challenges.

Abstract

Salah satu produk olahan susu yang telah berkembang dan dianggap populer hingga saat ini adalah susu kental manis. Di negara-negara berkembang, konsumsi susu kental manis semakin meningkat, baik itu untuk konsumsi langsung ataupun sebagai bahan tambahan pangan olahan lainnya. Jenis kemasan untuk produk susu kental manis pun sudah berkembang sesuai kebutuhannya, tidak hanya dalam bentuk kemasan kaleng, tetapi juga dalam kemasan bulkalumunium foil, ataupun kemasan bulk tanki untuk industri, dan yang sedang berkembang saat ini adalah kemasan satu kali konsumsi (kemasan sachet). Terdapat beberapa tahapan yang harus dilakukan untuk memproduksi susu kental manis antara lain: pengambilan bahan baku, proses penuangan bahan baku (tipping), proses (penimbangan bahan baku)weiging, pencampuran bahan baku (mixing), homogenisasi, pasteurisasi, pengentalan (flashcooler), filling packing, fisnish good. Pengawasan kualitas susu kental manis yang dilakukan oleh PT. IDK adalah terhadap sample pengujian kualitas dilakukan pada bahan baku, proses penuangan, dan pengawasan pada saat penyimpanan di dalam CT (crystalisatin tank). Kualitas merupakan hal yang terpenting didalam proses produksi susu kental manis yang dilakukan oleh PT. IDK, sehingga kualitas susu kental manis sangat diperhatikan untuk menghasilkan produk yang terjamin dan berkualitas. Produk yang dihasilkan harus sesuai dengan standar komposisi yang ditentukan yaitu 71.80 batas bawah dan 72,20 batas atas, jika hasil dari komposisi kurang dari standar akan dilakukan adjustment. Meskipun umumnya terdapat 9 (sembilan) faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pengendalian kualitas suatu produksi, di PT. IDK terdapat 4 (empat) faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pengendalian kualitas proses produksinya, khususnya pada lini produksi susu kental manis, yaitu: a) Methode (manajemen), b) Man (manusia), c) Materials (bahan), dan d) Machines (mesin). Pengendalian pada kualitas susu kental manis dilakukan dalam frekuensi yang lebih sering agar tidak terjadi kelolosan pada komposisi standar yang di tetapkan sehingga produk yang dihasilakan terjamin kualitasnya. Penyeragaman komposisi bahan baku yang akan dipakai proses produksi agar produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar komposisi yang ditetapkan, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan tidak kurang ataupun over komposisi. Perlu ditingkatkan lagi sosialisasi terhadap seluruh karyawan tentang cara pengendaian kualias secara benar menurut WI, SOP dan GMP.

Abstract

Production Planing and Control (PPC) merupakan faktor utama dalam setiap perusahaan untuk menunjang kelancaran proses produksi, baik perusahaan mass production maupun perusahaan job order. Perencanaan produksi memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam mengantisipasi supaya tidak terjadi keterlambatan dalam pemenuhan target produksi. Oleha karena itu harus dibuat perencanaan produksi (production planning) secara baik. Di lingkungan CV. YAD tingkat produksi harian didasarkan pada permintaan total harian untuk setiap model produk yang akan diproduksi selama satu minggu dibagi dengan banyaknya hari kerja dalam minggu tersebut. Rasio untuk setiap produk menentukan banyaknya unit yang harus diproduksi setiap hari dalam satu minggu agar dapat memenuhi sasaran dalam master schedule planning (MPS). Sebagaimana hasil penelitian bahwa permintaan total mingguan untuk produk A, B dan C di CV. YAD berturut-turut adalah: 500 unit, 2000 unit, dan 5000 unit. Dalam satu minggu diasumsikan terdapat 6 hari kerja, sehingga tingkat produksi harian untuk produk A = 500/6 = 83,33 unit (dibulatkan menjadi 84 unit), B = 2000/6 = 333,33 unit (dibulatkan menjadi 334 unit), dan C = 5000/6 = 833,33 unit (dibulatkan menjadi 834 unit). Berdasarkan pengukuran efektifitas dari metode sequencing, dapat diambil keputusan berkaitan dengan sekuens operasi mana yang terbaik untuk dipilih. Apabila perusahaan lebih memprioritaskan untuk meminimumkan keterlambatan penyerahan produk ke pelanggan, sebaiknya memilih pendekatan FCFS dengan sekuens operasi atau tugas: B-A-C-D, karena memiliki nilai rata-rata keterlambatan terkecil yaitu: 1,75 hari. Tetapi apabila perusahaan ingin memaksimumkan utilisasi sumber daya, disarankan untuk memilih dengan sekuens operasi atau tugas: A-B-C-D, karena memiliki nilai utilisasi tertinggi yaitu 46,3 %. Bagaimanapun juga aturan-aturan yang berkaitan dengan penetapan prioritas kerja dalam operasi manufacturing harus ditetapkan secara rasional, jelas dan konsisten dengan tujuan strategik dari pengambil keputusan perusahaan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Salah satu komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Pasuruan adalah kopi. Potensi perkebunan kopi di Kabupaten Pasuruan terus mengalami perkembangan pesat. Kecamatan Tutur merupakan kecamatan yang memiliki areal terluas dengan luas lahan 1.833,7 Ha dan penghasil kopi terbanyak sebesar 674,28 ton (bijih oase) dibandingkan kecamatan lainnya di wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Location Quotient (LQ) pada tabel di atas, dapat diketahui bahwa kopi di Kecamatan Tutur merupakan subsektor basis di Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan indeks LQ senilai 1,277618 (LQ > 1). Seiring dengan potensi tersebut, saat ini kini telah terbentuk 26 (dua puluh enam) kelompok tani (poktan)/KUB/KWT yang berpusat di 3 (tiga) desa di wilayah Kecamatan Tutur, antara lain: Desa Sumberpitu, Desa Kalipucang, dan Desa Tutur. Sebagaimana model diamond cluster dari porter di atas, dapat dipahami bahwa terdapat 4 (empat) aspek utama dengan beberapa point kriteria yang perlu diukur tingkat kesediannya sehingga goal peningkatan perekonomian daerah dan daya saing klaster benar-benar dapat terwujud. Secara umum kualitas kopi berada pada cita rasa yang khas sesuai dengan kondisi geografis masing-masing lokal daerahnya. Dalam rangka pengembangan IKM pengolahan kopi lokal, dilakukan melalui pendekatan pengembangan komoditas unggulan terpadu yang menjadi basis di Kecamatan Tutur, dan memperhatikan ragam komoditas unggulan lainnya yang berpotensi untuk disinergikan guna mewujudkan suatu obyek potensi unggulan yang terpadu. Perlu diupayakan pembentukan asosiasi pengusaha/produsen kopi dalam bentuk koperasi serba usaha bidang per-kopi-an guna peningkatan produktivitas IKM pengolahan kopi oleh pengusaha/produsen kopi lokal yang terorgnisir. Sebagaimana konsep diamond cluster model dari porter, perlu diupayakan sinergitas potensi unggulan Kecamatan Tutur antara lain potensi unggulan kopi, susu segar, dan apel khas nongkojajar (Kecamatan Tutur) menjadi obyek wisata agropolitan Kabupaten Pasuruan.

Abstract

Control of production quality is a very important factor for the industrial world because good quality control and carried out continuously will be able to detect abnormalities of the process or production quickly, so that anticipatory action can be taken immediately. In general UD. Plastics which are SMEs engaged in printing. Has produced many products every year. But at every stage of the process, it is not free from the possibility of product damage. The company has reduced the defect product, but all types of damage must still occur. For this reason, quality control needs to be issued by the company. Damaged products fluctuate each month. Although the maintenance costs incurred by the company are quite large, the data above explains the total level of product defects that occur in UD. Plastic reached 32.21% of the production results. UD. Plastic Purwosari in April 2017 36800 seeds with a total defect of 448 seeds. Based on calculations, UD. Plastic Purwosari has a sigma level of 3.76 with a possible production yield defect of an average of 12918 for one million production (DPMO). After making repairs carried out in May 2017 using the Six Sigma method, it is known that the production yield of 35300 seeds with a total defect of 194 seeds. Based on the calculation of UD. Plastic Purwosari has increased with a sigma level of 4.04 with the possibility of defect of the average production of 5660 for one million production (DPMO).
