Abstract

This study aimed to describe the shape and meaning of symbols Dance Tembut-Tembut in Wari Udan Ndilo Ceremony At The Village People Seberaya Karo Karo District of Tigapanah main focus of this study is to describe the meaning of Form and Meaning of symbols contained in the dance tembut - tembut on Karo society.This study is a description is to collect data and qualitative information, to explain in detail the meaning of Form and Meaning of the symbols of dance Tembut-Tembut, to collect field data methods, interviews, and field observations. The data obtained in the analysis of qualitative tersebutakan. The process of data analysis in this study began with all the data that was obtained from observations and interviews. This study uses the theory of Function, Form and Meaning of symbols, Tembut-tembut dance in ceremonies held at the village uda ndilo wari Seberaya kecanatan Tigapanah, caused by drought which resulted in plants Karo people become corrupted. Dance tembut - tembut also has a function as a means of entertainment. Dance tembut - tembut been more dominant as a means of entertainment fun.In custom event ndilo wari this udan music acts include the like, Drum Five Sendalanen is comprised of: Sarune (fife, as carriers melody), drum Singindungi, (drum mother, as the carrier rhythmic variation), Singanai Drum (Drum children , as a carrier fixed rhythmic), Gung (Gong, as a determinant of the largest cycle, Penganak (Small Gong, as the smallest cycle carrier). Abstract

Tingginya intervensi teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan dan beban kerja guru sekolah dasar yang tinggi serta tidak dibarengi dengan kemampuan teknologi yang memadai menyebabkan rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi media pembelajaran guru melalui pelatihan dan adopsi modul interaktif berbasis AI. Guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kota Tomohon menjadi populasi penelitian, dan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel yang dipilih adalah kelompok guru Pinaras sebanyak 22 orang, dan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data berupa angka-angka melalui pre-test dan post-test guru. Data yang terkumpul diukur dan diinterpretasikan dalam bentuk Person Map yang menggambarkan bagaimana interaksi antara guru dengan jenis teknologi yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, kemudian dianalisis dengan Rasch Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai efektivitas sebesar N-Gain=0,95. Hasil analisis Person Map juga menunjukkan bahwa fitur yang memiliki pemahaman lebih rendah adalah otomatisasi tugas khususnya dalam pembatasan respon dan due date tugas. secara keseluruhan, modul interaktif berbasis AI menjadi solusi efektif bagi guru untuk menghadapi pendidikan digital saat ini.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of bullying behavior on the mental health of high school students in Tomohon City. The results of this study show that bullying has an impact on the mental health of high school students in Tomohon City, as shown by the results of research conducted from May 1, 2023 to May 30, 2023 over 40 high school students in Tomohon City. Data collection was performed by assigning harassment impact scale via a Google Form to subjects who met the criteria. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained F = 17,189 (p < 0,001), and the results of the Pearson correlation test show that the significance value (p < 0,001), so it can be concluded that variables X and Y are correlated with each other. The Pearson correlation value of variables X and Y is -0,558. These results indicate that there is a negative relationship between bullying and mental health of high school students in Tomohon City. Based on these results, the hypothesis that the effects of bullying are negatively correlated with the mental health of high school students in Tomohon City is accepted. After performing the simple regression analysis test, an R-squared of 0.311 (p < 0,001). This means that after partial testing, bullying affected 31,1% of students' mental health and 68,9% were influenced by other factors not considered in the study.

Abstract

Intervensi teknologi secara masif dalam dunia pembelajaran merupakan ciri utama era Education 5.0. Tingginya keterlibatan teknologi di bidang pendidikan, yang tidak diimbangi dengan keterampilan teknologi yang memadai, serta beban kerja guru sekolah dasar yang tinggi, memicu peningkatan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan dan adopsi platform berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan modul interaktif berbasis kecerdasan buatan dan kelas daring dalam menurunkan tingkat stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner stres kerja berbentuk skala Likert. Data ordinal yang diperoleh dikonversi menjadi data interval menggunakan Model Rasch, dan dianalisis melalui pemetaan person serta perhitungan N-Gain untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai efektivitas sebesar 0,95 yang mengindikasikan tingkat keberhasilan tinggi dalam menurunkan stres kerja guru. Analisis Peta Person menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja paling banyak dipengaruhi oleh tugas tambahan di luar kelas. Guru perempuan berusia 45–50 tahun tercatat sebagai kelompok dengan tingkat stres kerja tertinggi. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya dukungan teknologi yang adaptif dan pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam upaya mengelola stres kerja guru di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konformitas terhadap self- efficacy akademik pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) di Kota Tomohon, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 siswa. Konformitas didefinisikan sebagai kecenderungan individu untuk menyesuaikan sikap dan perilakunya dengan norma kelompok, sedangkan self-efficacy akademik merujuk pada keyakinan siswa terhadap kemampuannya dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konformitas (variabel independen) dan self-efficacy akademik (variabel dependen), dapat disimpulkan bahwa, dengan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (sig), sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Konformitas (X), terhadap self efficacy akademik (Y). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan angka konstan 32,437, menunjukkan bahwa jika tidak ada Konformitas (X) maka nilai konsisten Self Efficacy adalah sebesar 32,437. Angka koefisien regresi sebesar 0,114, angka ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% tingkat Konformitas (X) maka Self efficacy akademik (Y) akan meningkat sebesar 0,114, dapat dikatakan bahwa Konformitas (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap Self efficacy akademik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-compassion terhadap psychological well being pada Siswa/i di SMP Negeri 4 Lolayan, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 siswa/i kelas VII dan VIII yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar -0,765 dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar -4,298 dengan nilai absolut 4,298. Nilai t-hitung ini kemudian dibandingkan dengan t-tabel yang besarnya 1,67155 pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,002 juga di bawah batas kritis 0,05, semakin memperkuat kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh tersebut bersifat signifikan secara statistik. Pada Penelitian ini secara tegas mendukung hipotesis penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Self-Compassion terhadap Psychological Well Being pada Siswa/i di SMP Negeri 4 Lolayan.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0 are driving the transformation of science education towards the development of 21st-century competencies, including socioscientific skills. However, the abstraction of concepts and limitations in representing complex phenomena pose challenges in chemistry learning. Immersive technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) offer solutions through the creation of interactive and personalized learning environments. This study aims to: (1) implement AR and AI-based Smart Digital Laboratory (Smart-DIL) media on environmental pollution material; (2) analyse its impact on student engagement and enthusiasm for learning; and (3) explore the development of environmental awareness and socioscientific skills through an eco-enzyme project. This qualitative research with an instrumental case study design involved 22 students from class XI IPA SMA Kristen Sonder who were selected purposively. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data was analysed interactively following the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The implementation of Smart-DIL created a dynamic and immersive learning environment. A significant increase in engagement and enthusiasm for learning was observed, as demonstrated by intensive interaction with AR objects and critical discussions. This application also acts as a catalyst in fostering environmental awareness and socio-scientific skills, which are manifested in the full engagement of students during the practice of making eco-enzymes. The AR and AI-based Smart Digital Laboratory is effective in transforming chemistry learning into contextual and competency-based learning. The integration of this technology in the Merdeka Curriculum not only increases learning engagement but also fosters students' socio-scientific skills and digital literacy.

Abstract

Smoking is a form of delinquency at a moderate level, but can provide a tendency for adolescents to lead to more severe delinquency. According to the global youth tobacco survey (gyts) in 2014 the proportion of the age of first attempting to smoke in men aged 10-11 years was 26.7%, aged 12-13 years 43.4%, aged 14-15 years 7.3%. These data address the majority of men who smoke for the first time at the age of 12-13 years. The proportion of women who first tried smoking was 10-11 years old 18%, aged 12-13 years 4%, aged 14-15 years 21.5%. The occurrence of smoking behavior on the subject is caused by the process of modeling from the social environment, namely by seeing and observing the smoking behavior of his friends then the subject tries to imitate and follow the smoking behavior of his friends psychological intervention indeed to shape the character of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is able to reduce smoking behavior in students as a form of preventive measures. Assertive training aims to shape the personality of students so that they are better able to reject the invitation of friends or others to take actions that refer to smoking behavior. This training is expected to be able to change the mindset of students who tend to imitate and copy the behavior of their peers. Assertive training also affects the personality of students who are still lacking the courage to refuse politely and without harming others.
