Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of market structure in the Fried Onion Industry in Kuningan Regency and to analyze the effect of capital intensity as an indicator of market structure, the effect of Capital Labor Ratio (CLR), and advertising intensity as an indicator of industrial behavior, and the effect of internal efficiency (Xeff) on Price Cost Margin (PCM) as an indicator of industrial performance in the Fried Onion Industry in Kuningan Regency. This study uses multiple linear regression as quantitative analysis. Based on the research and data analysis results, the market structure formed in the Fried Onion Industry in Kuningan Regency is monopolistic competition, with the concentration ratio of the four largest companies (CR4) at 28.76 percent. Based on the results of regression analysis: it shows that capital intensity has no positive and significant effect on price-cost margin (PCM), capital-labor ratio (CLR) has a positive and significant impact on price-cost margin (PCM), advertising intensity has no positive and significant effect on price-cost margin (PCM), and internal efficiency (Xeff) have a positive and significant impact on the price-cost margin (PCM) in the Fried Onion Industry in Kuningan Regency. To increase the Price Cost Margin (PCM), the Fried Onion Industry in Kuningan Regency must continue to improve its internal efficiency. It is necessary to increase the use of production machines.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the development strategy of the Kotayasa Tourism Village. The research was conducted by surveying 13 stakeholders from each agency and actor involved in it. The study used crosstab to determine the characteristics of respondents, followed by logistic regression to determine the demand for Kotayasa Tourism Village Objects, and used La Prospective Mactor analysis to analyze the relationship of actors to the development of Kotayasa Tourism Village. The results of this study indicate that the linkage of actors, actors who have an important role in the development of the Kotayasa Tourism Village include the Village Head, Pokdarwis, and Dinporabudpar, other actors become the carrying capacity in the development of the Kotayasa Tourism Village.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah kantong plastik di DKI Jakarta mendorong Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk menetapkan Peraturan Gubernur No. 142 Tahun 2019 Tentang Kewajiban Penggunaan Kantong Belanja Ramah Lingkungan untuk mengurangi pemakaian kantong plastik sekali pakai. Terdapat biaya tambahan yang diberikan kepada pengunjung mall yang berbelanja untuk kantong belanja ramah lingkungan tersebut, namun dalam peraturan tersebut tidak mengatur mengenai batas atas serta batas bawah biaya yang boleh dibebankan kepada pengunjung mall yang berbelanja. Pertimbangan biaya dan manfaat kantong belanja ramah lingkungan menjadi salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi keputusan seseorang untuk dapat peduli terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kesediaan pengunjung mall untuk membayar kantong belanja ramah lingkungan sebagai pengganti kantong plastik sekali pakai sebagai upaya mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik di DKI Jakarta. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), terdapat penawaran harga yang diberikan kepada kantong belanja ramah lingkungan secara bertingkat yang terdiri dari 4 bids. Penawaran harga tersebut ditanyakan kepada 152 responden yaitu pengunjung mall Jakarta Barat melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kesediaan pengunjung mall untuk membayar kantong belanja ramah lingkungan sebagai pengganti kantong plastik sekali pakai sebesar Rp4.160,00. Besarnya nilai kesediaan pengunjung mall dalam membayar kantong belanja ramah lingkungan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti nilai bids, usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, tempat berbelanja, dan frekuensi berbelanja dalam satu bulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah variabel harga sayur di e-commerce, harga sayur non e-commerce, pendapatan, fasilitas, keamanan, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan dan status perkawinan berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen dalam membeli sayur pada e-commerce di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Anyar, Pasar Tanah Tinggi, Hypermart dan Lulu Kota Tangerang dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada 100 pengunjung pasar yang dipilih menggunakan metode proportionated stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi logistik.  Hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga sayur di e-commerce dan pendapatan berpengaruh negatif terhadap preferensi konsumen dalam berbelanja sayur di e-commerce dan variabel jenis kelamin dan pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen dalam berbelanja sayur di e-commerce. Sedangkan variabel harga sayur non e-commerce, fasilitas, keamanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen dalam berbelanja di e-commerce, dan status perkawinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen dalam berbelanja di e-commerce.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga tiket kereta api, biaya kendaraan pribadi, pendapatan, fasilitas, cara pemesanan tiket online, dan protokol kesehatan terhadap permintaan kereta api di Purwokerto, serta mengetahui manakah yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar di antara keenam variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dan diuji menggunakan software SPSS 25.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel harga tiket kereta api, biaya kendaraan pribadi, pendapatan, fasilitas, cara pemesanan tiket online, serta protokol kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan kereta api di Purwokerto. Sementara secara parsial, variabel fasilitas, cara pemesanan tiket online, dan protokol kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan harga tiket kereta api, biaya kendaraan pribadi, dan pendapatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan kereta api di Purwokerto.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi berperan penting dalam pengoptimalan berbagai aspek pembangunan wisata termasuk pengembangan Desa Wisata Pekunden, Banyumas. Desa Wisata Pekunden sebagai salah satu desa wisata terbaik di Indonesia memiliki berbagai potensi yang menawarkan wisata unik seperti pelestarian kebudayaan dan industri kreatif. Namun eksistensi Desa Wisata Pekunden masih cukup rendah dengan jumlah wisatawan yang fluktuatif. Oleh karena itu, peran digital wisata menjadi penting dalam mendongkrak pariwisata daerah seperti Desa Wisata Pekunden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan Desa Wisata Pekunden melalui aspek digital wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel purposive sampling dengan model Quadruple Helix yakni akademisi, pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa Analytic Network Process dengan mengkaji berbagai indikator yang dinilai dari berbagai key person dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pengembangan Desa Wisata Pekunden yakni membentuk tim media sosial untuk mengelola media digital Desa Wisata Pekunden disusul dengan memberikan pelatihan mengenai web-development dan digital tourism lainnya, membentuk serangkaian paket wisata dengan media informasi yang lengkap, dan mengusung konsep Desa Wisata Digital di Desa Wisata Pekunden.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze income, the effect of capital, labor, working hours, and technology on production and to analyze production efficiency in micro, small and medium-sized industries of patchwork in Pekalongan City. The sample used in this study were 34 entrepreneurs. Research data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. For the data analysis technique using the Cobb-Douglas stochastic frontier production function analysis with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method using STATA 13 software. The results showed that the independent variables that had a significant effect on the production of patchwork crafts in Pekalongan City were capital, and working hours. Meanwhile, labor and technology statistically have no effect on production. The results of the analysis of technical efficiency estimates indicate that the input factor for patchwork production has an average technical efficiency value of 68.5 percent, meaning that this craft business has not yet achieved technical efficiency. While the results of the allocative efficiency analysis show that the use of capital and working hours is inefficient because the value of marginal product greater than 1, so as to achieve efficiency in the use of capital and working hours need to be increased, while labor and technology are inefficient because the two production inputs have no effect on production. The income of the small and medium-sized patchwork industry in Pekalongan City is IDR 103,638,854 with an average respondent of IDR 3,0482,202 per month.

Abstract

This study explores the development strategy of Gegesik Kulon, a potential tourism village in Cirebon that uniquely combines travel with cultural preservation. However, it faces challenges such as suboptimal tourism management and low carrying capacity among stakeholders. Additionally, this area has the highest poverty rate in Cirebon Regency. By utilizing the MACTOR method, this study identifies the involvement of stakeholders in the development process of the Gegesik Kulon Tourism Village. Through purposive sampling based on the Quadruple Helix concept, the study highlights the importance of collaboration among academics, local governments, tourists, and business actors. The results indicate that the main actors include Kuwu Gegesik Kulon, the Tourism Awareness Group, the Cirebon Regency Culture and Tourism Office, and academics, all of whom play a crucial role in the development of village tourism. These findings advocate for a development strategy that emphasizes stakeholder integration to promote sustainable tourism, ultimately aiming to enhance the economic viability and integrity of Gegesik Kulon's cultural tourism.

Abstract

Mangrove ecosystems have strategic ecological and economic functions, particularly for coastal communities that depend on fisheries-based livelihoods. However, the economic value of mangroves is often perceived only from direct benefits, whereas ecosystem services and non-use values remain underappreciated. This study aims to conduct an economic valuation of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program based on empowering Scylla serrata farmers through a silvofishery approach, using the Kampoeng Kepiting Program in Kutawaru Village, Cilacap Regency, as a case study. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using survey methods. Economic valuation was conducted using the Total Economic Value (TEV) framework, which includes direct use value, indirect use value, option value, and existence value. Data were collected through interviews with farmers and local communities, supported by secondary data and CSR program documents. The results indicate that the total economic value of the Kampoeng Kepiting CSR Program reached IDR 497,330,112 per year, consisting of direct use value of IDR 211,580,112 per year, indirect use value of IDR 280,000,000 per year, option value of IDR 4,650,000 per year, and existence value of IDR 1,100,000 per year. Indirect use value contributed the largest share, highlighting the critical role of mangrove ecosystem services in supporting the sustainability of the silvofishery system. These findings demonstrate that the Kampoeng Kepiting CSR Program not only enhances community income but also internalizes the economic value of mangrove ecosystems into the local economy. Therefore, mangrove management through silvofishery-based community empowerment is a viable CSR model that is ecologically sustainable and economically sound.
