The aim of this research was to discover the stances of individual elements as antecedents of mobile payment usage. Data was gathered by distributing a questionnaire, which in latter steps was analyzed quantitatively. This research collected 90 samples, of whom represented users of a mobile payment service in Indonesia. The collected dataset was statistically analyzed, by employing partial least square structural equational modelling (PLS-SEM), aided with SmartPLS3.0. The results showed that two types of individual factors, namely individual difference and behavioral belief played significant roles in shaping users' intention to use mobile payments. Individual differences, consisting of mobile payment knowledge and compatibility significantly influenced perceived ease of use. Behavioral belief, such as trust, was shown to significantly influenced perceived usefulness. Finally, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness concertedly affected mobile payment users' intention to use.

Media Sosial adalah aplikasi berbasis internet yang saat ini paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak kasus yang mengatakan bahwa media sosial tidak hanya digunakan untuk bersosialisasi saja tetapi juga digunakan sebagai strategi pemasaran. Tujuan makalah ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi media sosial yang dapat diterapkan pada usaha kecil untuk memperluas area pemasaran. Proses pengumpulan data adalah dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur di mana langkah-langkah penelitian menggunakan Kerangka Kerja Lardi Strategi Media Sosial. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan strategi media sosial yang dapat diterapkan untuk usaha kecil sehingga dapat memperluas area pemasaran.

Beberapa tahun terakhir, muncul teknologi telekomunikasi baru yang disebut 3G. Secara umum, penggunaan 3G di Indonesia belum meluas dan merata. Melihat perkembangan penggunaan 3G di Indonesia tersebut, peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap adopsi 3G pada masyarakat Indonesia dengan mengambil populasi mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Pola adopsi 3G dapat diteliti berdasarkan beberapa model adopsi teknologi yang ada. Peneliti memilih Sarker’s and Wells’ Framework sebagai dasar hipotesis penelitian karena model-model adaptasi teknologi yang lain seperti Technology Acceptance Model dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology dinilai hanya menggambarkan teknologi secara umum sehingga kurang mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor khusus sehubungan dengan sifat dari 3G. Peneliti menyusun kuesioner tentang adopsi 3G dari model SEM yang dibangun berdasarkan Sarker’s and Wells’ Framework, kemudian menyebarkannya pada sampel mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Proses penyusunan model sampai interpretasi hasil perhitungan dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa saat ini framework milik Sarker dan Wells yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan adopsi perangkat mobile tidak cocok diterapkan pada adopsi teknologi 3G di Indonesia dengan populasi mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia.

Perkembangan e-commerce telah membawa perubahan terhadap strategi pemasaran pariwisata di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Penggunaan e-commerce pada industri pariwisata dikenal dengan terminologi e-tourism. Pemerintah telah menggelontorkan sejumlah dana yang cukup besar untuk mengembangkan e-tourism, terutama setelah diterapkannya tahun kunjungan wisata pada tahun 2008. Melalui metode observasi, penelitian ini ingin melihat pemanfaatan e-tourism sebagai media promosi pariwisata di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner, peneliti juga ingin melihat tanggapan dari pengguna internet tentang hal-hal yang telah baik dan hal-hal yang perlu ditingkatkan dalam situs pariwisata di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persebaran jumlah situs pariwisata berdasarkan provinsi belum merata. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan adanya korelasi yang tinggi antara jumlah situs dengan jumlah kedatangan wisatawan ke suatu provinsi. Sinergi antara pihak pemerintah dan swasta telah terlihat berdasarkan klasifikasi yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini juga memetakan model evolusi situs yang dapat dimanfaatkan pihak industri untuk memeroleh target pasar yang diinginkan. Dari analisis hasil kuesioner, pengguna internet menilai aspek responsiveness dan interactivity perlu ditingkatkan, sementara faktor biaya layanan internet dan keahlian menggunakan internet bukan lagi menjadi hambatan yang berarti dalam mengakses situs pariwisata. The development of e-commerce has brought changes to the tourism marketing strategies in various countries, including Indonesia. The use of e-commerce in the tourism industry terminology known as e-tourism. The government has poured a considerable amount of funds to develop e-tourism, especially after the implementation of tourist visits in 2008. Through the method of observation, this study wanted to see the use of e-tourism as a media promotion of tourism in Indonesia. By using questionnaires, the researchers also wanted to see the response from internet users about the things that have been good and the things that need to be improved in the tourism sites in Indonesia. The results showed that the distribution of the number of tourist sites by province has not equitable. The study also showed a high correlation between the number of sites by the number of tourist arrivals to the province. Synergy between the government and the private sector has been seen on the resulting classification. The study also mapped the evolutionary model of the site that can be used to obtain industry desired target market. From the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, internet users assess the responsiveness and interactivity aspects need to be improved, while the cost factor of internet services and expertise to use the internet is no longer a significant obstacle in accessing tourism sites.

Current technological developments encourage companies to re-evaluate their organizational business models to take advantage of technological advances. This research explores the impact of information technology in business model transformation at peer-to-peer lending company. PT XYZ is one of a financial technology (fintech) company in Indonesia which was originally engaged in the traditional lending and borrowing business and then transformed into peer-to-peer lending and then developed Supply Chain Financing (SCF) with a Business to Business (B2B) scheme which was previously only done by banks. The IT Impact Map analysis conducted in this study shows this company’s strategic transformation in adopting technology, IT has an impact on company strategy and value through business process reengineering and allows companies to capture new opportunities.

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah mendorong organisasi untuk melakukan transformasi digital dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat, termasuk di Korps Lalu Lintas (Korlantas) Kepolisian RI (Polri). Salah satu layanan yang diselenggarakan oleh Korlantas Polri adalah pelayanan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis transformasi digital dan dampak penerapan TI dalam pelayanan SIM di Indonesia dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan data primer berupa wawancara dan data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumen Korlantas Polri dan studi literatur. Selain itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan komparasi transformasi digital terkait proses bisnis penerbitan SIM di Indonesia dengan kondisi terkini yang dilakukan pada tiga negara yakni, Singapura, Filipina, dan Korea Selatan untuk membandingkan dampak dan manfaat dari transformasi bisnis di beberapa negara tersebut. Hasilnya, transformasi digital pelayanan SIM melalui aplikasi SIM Nasional Presisi (SINAR) telah mengubah proses bisnis pelayanan SIM dan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dalam hal kemudahan, fleksibilitas, dan transparansi pelayanan SIM. Melalui aplikasi SINAR, masyarakat dapat melakukan perpanjangan SIM secara daring tanpa harus datang ke Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi SIM (Satpas). Selain itu, penerapan model catatan Demerit Point System dan Traffic Attitude Record yang dilakukan oleh Singapura dapat menjadi rekomendasi untuk pengembangan aplikasi SINAR ke depannya. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga memberikan saran dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Anti-narcotics prevention measures, such as urine sampling of suspect offenders, citizen reporting of suspect narcotic activities, public education, or legal consultations used to be performed at provincial and city levels. To improve effectiveness and efficiency, Indonesia’s National Narcotics Agency (Badan Narkotika Nasional or BNN) centralized such initiatives by introducing BOSS (BNN One-Stop Service), an integrated service information system provided to the public. However, at present data generated by BOSS has not been fully exploited in the design of BNN strategy. The objective of this study is to explore the untapped potential of BOSS data to improve BNN strategy and capabilities, focusing on preventing and eradicating narcotics abuse. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through document analysis and interviews. This study is expected to provide a preliminary interpretation of how BOSS data can improve BNN's ability to fight narcotics abuse more effectively and efficiently. The results of the study show that the integration of BOSS data can significantly optimize the efficiency, analytical capabilities, and responsiveness of BNN in dealing with narcotics abuse, showing that the use of strategic data from BOSS is the key to BNN's digital transformation for a more effective narcotics prevention and eradication strategy.

PT ABC is a national scale financial company whose services have spread throughout Indonesia and several countries in the world. Apart from that, PT ABC also encourages digitalization in improving its digital services. In improving its digital services, PT ABC involves all internal resources and IT vendors. During 2023, there will be 189 IT vendors collaborating with PT ABC. With a large number of IT vendors, it is necessary to group IT vendors to make it easier for companies to determine future strategies. Currently it is felt that determining the criteria for strategic IT vendors is no longer appropriate to the company’s conditions, so updated are needed. Determination of the criteria and subcriteria for this research was carried out through focus group discussion with 3 respondents. The results of the FGD stated 3 criteria and 2 subcriteria that could be used in this research. These criteria and subcriteria were then weighted using the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method which was then tested on 25 IT vendors randomly.

The Indonesia National Single Window (LNSW) Agency developed a single submission system, namely the Indonesia National Single Window (SINSW) System, as a one-stop submission facility. Before the development of SINSW, the process of applying for business permits in Indonesia was complicated and time-consuming. This is because stakeholders have to process permits directly with various relevant ministries or institutions, causing data repetition and cost and time inefficiencies in the export, import and logistics processes. This research aims to analyze the transformation of LNSW into a one-stop business licensing and management agency through the implementation of SINSW and its impact on the efficiency of public services in exports, imports and logistics in Indonesia. This research also compares the implementation of the National Single Window (NSW) in Korea, Singapore, and Japan. The results of the research are recommendations for improving the efficiency of LNSW services in the future through the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) via chatbots to handle complaints of slow responses for service users.

The mining industry has faced intense challenges and disruptions from global trends. The mining industry needs to perform a transformation to survive. The important thing for mining companies in technological adoption is digital transformation. XYZ is a holding company with many subsidiaries with primary businesses in the coal mining sector spread throughout Indonesia. As part of digital transformation, one of the company's initiatives is to centralize IT resources into one organization, with the objective can share its utilization with all subsidiaries. IT's centralization and shared services caused problems, such as human resources in different company ownership, budget allocation among companies, and the structure of financing and utilization of IT resources for use. The problem was solved by mapping all the components' IT roles at the company based on the framework created by Applegate, Austin, and Soule. Mapping the role of IT in this company can be used as a guideline to make organizational change. Organizational changes that need to be done base on analysis is to change the structure of the organization of IT into a bimodal model, its combination between the Functional-Lean model and Matrix-Agile model. The Functional-Lean model provides organizations as a function to keep lean but can deliver high standard services and keep it stable. The Matrix-Agile model can provide agility for the organization to develop new and run projects. IT Governance at XYZ will use the Federal model.
