Abstract

In simple terms, an organization can be defined as a unit that serves as a container or means to achieve various goals or objectives. It has many components that underlie it, including many people, work relationships, job specialization, and rational awareness of members according to their respective abilities and specializations. However, student activity in organizations is influenced by the origin of the students because each region has different cultural values. The origin of students determines the choice of organizations and organizational activity followed. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the origin of students and organizational activity on the campus of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This research uses a questionnaire research method using Google Forms. The population subjects in this study were all students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University by taking a sample of 56 students. Data collection techniques used multiple-choice questions consisting of only 2 valid and reliable questions.

Abstract

The process of assessing kindergarten students' readiness for elementary school at Nurul Jannah Kindergarten is still done manually, resulting in subjective and inconsistent results. This study aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to help teachers assess student readiness objectively and measurably. The system was developed using Extreme Programming (XP). This system uses five assessment criteria, which are then calculated through a process of normalization, weighting, and ranking. Implementation results indicate that the developed DSS produces more accurate, faster, and easier-to-understand assessments than manual methods, and assists teachers in determining student eligibility recommendations for elementary school entry

Abstract

The digital divide phenomenon in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 remains a major barrier to the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many business actors still rely on manual showcases or social media platforms that are vulnerable to algorithm changes. This community service activity aims to provide a solution through a Webinar and Workshop program entitled “Rakit Etalase Digitalmu,” which introduces websites as professional and independent digital showcases. The program was implemented in two stages: community education (webinar) and technical training (workshop) covering basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests showed an average correct response rate of 86% in the pre-test and 82% in the post-test, which does not yet indicate a quantitative improvement, although participants’ understanding remained in the good category. Feedback results revealed a high level of participant satisfaction, with an average rating of approximately 4.2 out of 5, and demonstrated meaningful gains in knowledge and experience in developing websites as digital showcases for MSMEs.
