Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik Experience, Generalization, Reinforcement, Application (EGRA) terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menyimak siswa kelas IV SDN Sukajaya 01. Perolehan data yaitu menggunakan tes essay yang diperoleh dari pretest dan posttest. Hasil data dalam penelitian terlihat pada uji Independent Sampel T-test yang menunjukkan nilai Sig. 2-tailed 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, diperkuat dari hasil rata-rata pretest dan posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol, dimana keompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dari hasil pretest sebesar 50.40 ke hasil posttest sebesar 82,98, sedangkan kelompok kontrol juga mengalami meningkatan namun tidak sebesa kelas eksperimen dari hasi hasil pretest sebesar 42.98 ke hasil posttest sebesar 61.65. kesimpulannya terdapat perngaruh teknik Experience, Generalization, Reinforcement, Application (EGRA) terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menyimak pada mata pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SDN Sukajaya 01.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Masa remaja atau masa pubertas merupakan masa awal pematangan seksual, suatu periode dimana seorang anak mengalami perubahan fisik, hormonal dan seksual. Salah satu perubahan yang terjadi yaitu menstruasi. Maenstruasi atau haid adalah perubahan fisiologis yang terjadi sesuai dengan siklus tubuh wanita serta dipengaruhi oleh hormon reproduksi. Menstruasi dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan salah satunya yaitu dismenorea. Dismenorea mengacu pada rasa sakit, nyeri dan keram yang dirasakan pada perut bagian bawah sampai ke punggung belakang yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Angka kejadian dismenorea di Indonesia mencapai 107.673 jiwa (64,25%). Nyeri dismenorea dapat diatasi salah satunya dengan tindakan non farmakologi yaitu dengan pijat endorphine. Pijatan ini berfungsi untuk merangsang tubuh untuk melepaskan senyawa endorphine yang merupakan pereda rasa sakit dan dapat menciptakan perasaan nyaman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat endorphine terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenorea pada mahasiswa akademi kebidanan tahirah al baeti bulukumba. Metode penelitian Quasy eksperimen one grup pretest posttest design, populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa akademi kebidanan tahirah al baeti bulukumba tahun ajaran 2023-2024 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang mahasiswa yang mengalami dismenorea. Hasil : menunjukkan nilai p-value sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pijat endorphine sebesar 0.002<0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian pijat endorphine terhadap penurunan nyeri dismeborea pada mahasiswa Akademi Kebidanan Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba.

Abstract

Vehicles have a license plate that serves to be the identity of a vehicle. The shape of the plate is in the form of a piece of metal mounted on the vehicle as an official identity. Making a license plate or Motor Vehicle Number Sign in Indonesia is regulated in Government Regulation No. 60 of 2016 with a validity period of 5 years. The regulation is about the type and tariff of Non-Tax State Revenue (BNBP), and has been officially enacted on January 6, 2017, by replacing Government Regulation No.50 of 2010, quoted from the Kompas newspaper website. Image is one of the components of multimedia that plays an important role because it contains information in visual form. Images have more information that can be conveyed than in the form of text. An image is a collection of image elements (pixels) that as a whole record a scene through a visual sensory (camera). Canny edge detection can detect edges with a minimum error rate, canny edge detection has a difference with other operators because it uses a Gaussian Derivative Kernel that can refine the appearance of the image. Good location can minimize the distance of edge detection produced by processing, so that the location of the edge can be detected similar to the real edge. The accuracy value of applying this method reaches 99.88%-100%. And lastly, one response to single edge that can produce a single edge, not giving false edges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Development, Feasibility, and Effectiveness of Contextual-Based Shorof Textbooks. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. The results of the research and development are as follows: (1) The Contextual-Based Shorof Textbook developed has dimensions of 18x25 cm and uses Standard Arabic (Fusha). This teaching material consists of 5 chapters containing detailed and comprehensive Shorof material. Each chapter is equipped with explanations, elaborations of the material, and exercises for students in the first and second semesters. (2) Based on the results of validation tests by material expert lecturers, the textbook achieved a score of 125, categorized as valid in terms of material presentation. Meanwhile, the validation test by design expert lecturers scored 134, categorized as highly valid. The validation test by Shorof subject teachers obtained a score of 89, also categorized as highly valid. The effectiveness of the textbook was evaluated using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores, with the t-test significance value greater than the t-table value. This indicates that the Shorof textbook is effective in meeting the needs of students and teachers in teaching and learning Shorof. The implications of this study are that the Contextual-Based Shorof Textbook can serve as a reference for developing similar teaching materials that align with the learning needs at the Madrasah Aliyah level, as well as promote a deeper and more structured understanding of Shorof among students.

Abstract

Kesenian Ludruk kini mulai dilupakan banyak orang terutama generasi muda. Kegiatan kajian budaya ini membahas tentang upaya pelestarian seni keaktoran Ludruk melalui metode Poris sebagai strategi menjaga eksistensi budaya lokal khususnya di Jawa Timur. Fokus kegiatan ini adalah membangun minat generasi muda terhadap seni Ludruk serta memperkuat konservasi budaya. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah revitalisasi seni tradisional dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) diterapkan dengan melibatkan seniman lokal sebagai narasumber dalam kajian budaya dan pelatihan interaktif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil menarik minat generasi muda, meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap metode Poris, serta membuka peluang ekonomi kreatif. Kolaborasi antara akademisi dan seniman memperkuat regenerasi Ludruk dan menjadikannya lebih relevan dalam konteks seni modern. Meskipun ada tantangan seperti kurangnya pengetahuan awal peserta, pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam rangka menghidupkan kembali Ludruk sebagai bagian dari identitas budaya lokal.

Abstract

In learning activities, the learning model applied by the teacher in the classroom greatly affects the achievement or learning outcomes of students, so it requires the mental involvement and work of the students themselves in order to produce meaningful learning outcomes. Only active learning activities can produce meaningful and unforgettable learning outcomes. In a study entitled Implementation of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model to Improve Learning Activities and Learning Outcomes of Students, the Sub-topic of Managing Inventory Cards for Class XI.111.2 Students SMK PGRI 2 Nganjuk School year 2019/2020. learning activities have not achieved optimal results. This happens because during learning activities the learning activities of students are still lacking, so the impact on the learning outcomes achieved is also less than optimal. This research was carried out in 1 cycle, in which cycle 1 consisted of 2 (two) face-to-face meetings. The results of this study are, that there is an increase in student learning activities for each indicator. This increase in learning activities occurs because the jigsaw type cooperative learning model involves more students in learning activities. The reciprocal relationship between students and teachers and with other students is more balanced, thus creating a more active and enjoyable learning atmosphere. It can be proven that before the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model the average student learning activity was 55.07%. After the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model, the average student learning activity increased to 75.00%. With the increase in student learning activities, in the end it is also able to improve the learning outcomes achieved by students. It can be seen that before the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model the average scores of students was 69.90. From the number of students as many as 31 people, who finished studying (scores above KKM 65) were 20 people (64.52%), while the number of students who had not completed (scores below KKM 65) were 11 people (35.48%). However, after the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in learning activities, student learning outcomes have increased. From the number of students as many as 31 people, who finished studying (scores above KKM 65) were 25 people (80.65%), while the number of students who had not completed (scores below KKM 65) decreased by 6 people (19, 35%). For the average scores of the class also increased to 73.16.

Abstract

Introduction: Regional financial “independence is an essential indicator in measuring the ability of local governments to finance government implementation and development independently without relying on transfer funds from the central government. In the province of Sumatra Island, achieving financial independence remains a challenge due to a significant reliance on balance funds. This research aims to analyse the effect of the Balance, Capital Expenditure, Leverage, and Government Size Fund on regional financial independence in 10 provinces on Sumatra Island during the 2019-2023 period. Methods: The method used is quantitative research with panel data, analysed using the Fixed Effects Model (FEM) in E-Views 13.Results: Research indicates that the Balance Fund significantly adversely affects regional financial independence, suggesting that dependence on central funds reduces fiscal autonomy. On the other hand, Capital Expenditure has a significant positive influence, suggesting that local governments' investment in productive asset development can foster greater budgetary independence. The government's leverage and size variables did not have a significant effect, indicating the need to improve debt and asset management to impact regional financial independence positively. The discussion of the results links these findings to agency theory, highlighting the conflict of incentives between central and local governments and the importance of proper incentives to promote fiscal independence.” This study concluded that strengthening local revenue and optimising capital expenditure are the primary keys to increasing regional financial independence on Sumatra Island. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran, gaya belajar peserta didik, sarana praktik, dan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Patiseri di SMK SeGerbangkertasusila. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian expostfacto yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran, gaya belajar peserta didik, sarana praktik, dan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Patiseri di SMK Se- Gerbangkertasusila.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Se-Gerbangkertasusila yang mempunyai program studi patiseri. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 337 siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui angket. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi dan korelasi dengan taraf kesalahan 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. 1) Sebanyak 51,04% siswa berpendapat bahwa strategi pembelajaran di SMK Se-Gerbangkertasusila berkategori sedang; 65,58% siswa memiliki gaya belajar berkategori sedang; 53,71% siswa berpendapat bahwa sarana praktik berkategori sedang, 47,18% siswa berpendapat bahwa media pembelajaran berkategori sedang; dan 62,31% siswa memiliki nilai di rapor berkategori sangat tinggi. 2)Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara strategi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar mereka (rx1y = 0,735; p< 0,005); ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar(rx2y = 0,567; p< 0,005); terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sarana praktik terhadap hasil belajar rx3y = 0,222; p< 0,005); terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar (rx4y = 0,735; p< 0,005); terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara strategi pembelajaran, gaya belajar, sarana praktik, dan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar (rx1,x2,x3,x4,y = 0,749; p< 0,005). THE EFFECT OF STUDENT'S LEARNING STRATEGIES, LEARNING STYLES, PRACTICE FACILITIES, AND MEDIA ON LEARNING OUTCOMES OF VOCATIONAL PASTRY AND BAKERY IN GERBANGKERTASUSILAAbstractThis study aimed to describe the effect of student's learning strategies, learning styles , practice facilities, and instructional media on learning outcomes in vocational pastry and bakery in Gerbangkertasusila.This research is expostfacto research to describe effect of student's learning strategies, learning styles , practice facilities, and instructional media on learning outcomes in vocational pastry and bakery in Gerbangkertasusila.. This research was conducted at SMK Gerbangkertasusila having patiseridepartment. The sample was 337 students establised using a questionnairetechnique. The data were collected through questionnaires. Data analyze using correlation and regretation with correction 0,05. The results of the study are as follows :1) As many as 51.04 % of students found learning strategies in SMK Gerbangkertasusila being in a fair category; 65.58 % students have a moderate learning style category, 53.71 % of students found the practicum facilitiesbeing in afaircategory; 47.18 % of students found the instructional media being in afaircategory and 62.31 % of students have veryhigh grades in their report books.2) There is a positive and significant correlation between the learning strategies on student learning outcomes in patiseriCatering Skills Program SMK Gerbangkertasusila (rx1y = 0.735, p < 0.005); there a positive and significant correlation between students' learning styles on learning their outcomes (rx2y = 0.567, p < 0.005), there is a positive and significant correlation between the practicum facilities on students learning outcomes (rx3y = 0.222 , p < 0.005), there is a positive and significant correlation between instructional media on the students' learning outcomes (rx4y = 0.735, p < 0.005), there is a positive and significant effect oflearning strategies, learning styles, practicum facilities, and instructional media in aggregate on the students' learning outcomes (rx1,x2,x3,x4,y = 0.749, p < 0.005).

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most important functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used the associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 36 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling using saturated sampling / total sampling methods. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis of the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that work discipline significantly influences employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work discipline, which can simultaneously improve and accelerate the improvement of employee performance. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.
