The purpose of community service this time is first, helping the teacher's difficulties in writing scientific articles compiled from the results of Class Action Research (PTK) that has been done. Many results are obtained in teacher PTK and need to be published in order to be a reference for teachers and other educators. Second, for the promotion and class of teachers who have been promulgated in Permenegpan No. 16 of 2009 and Permendiknas No. 35 of 2010. Second, scientific articles written by teachers can be used for submissions for promotions and classes of teachers that have been promulgated in Permenegpan No. 16 of 2009 and Permendiknas No. 35 of 2010. Both candies require the calculation of the credit number of functional positions of teachers for the affairs of promotion and class. One of the credit figures is obtained from scientific publications. The target of this community service activity is to help teachers to hone their skills in terms of writing scientific articles and providing assistance / clinical scientific articles until published in the intended journal. The implementation of this activity is scheduled for three months, starting from: (1) giving material, (2) introducing and providing examples of scientific articles that have been published in national and international journals, (3) accompanying teachers in writing scientific papers compiled from the results of PTK, (4) helping teachers to assess the extent to which their scientific writing is worth publishing, and (5) helping to give directions to which journals will be intended to publish their work.

The Influence of Motivation and Learning, Teaching Methods and Means of Education Student Achievement Sari, Ifit Novita

Abstract.setting the whole student STIENU trate Gresik as the study population. Distributing questionnaires planned and carried out in August 2015. As a sample, so much as the entire population sampled, collected as many as 66 questionnaires were then conducted proving the hypothesis through multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that F count> F table (147.930> 2,753) with the support of significance (p) <0.05; or in other words proved that together independent variables in this study consists of motivation sailed (X1), the learning method (X2) and education (X3) significantly affects the dependent variable is the student achievement (Y). Taken together learning motivation (X1), the learning method (X2) and education (X3) were able to explain the learning achievement (Y) of 87.1% and only 22.9% were able influenced by other variables outside of this research such as parenting parents, living environment, heredity and so forth. Research also get the fact that it is known from the data analysis where the motivation to learn is the independent variable that gives the greatest influence (49%) to the learning achievement compared with the influence of other variables.

The development of student potential can be realized through the role of teachers in the use of learning methods during the teaching and learning process. Learning methods are expected to run well during the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the teacher must be able to determine the right method of learning. Teachers must have the ability to manage learning. This ability is one part of a teacher's pedagogical competence. If a teacher has qualified pedagogical competencies, then the use of learning methods selected during the teaching and learning process certainly provides positive results for students in learning. This research aims to find out the learning methods that are often applied by teachers based on pedagogical competencies owned and subjects that are mastered. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques using google form spread surveys. From the results of data processing, it can be known that the most dominant learning method used by teachers is the discussion method. The reason teachers choose the discussion method is to prioritize interaction between students. So that from the method of discussion learning, it is expected to stimulate the thinking power of students to dare to express their opinions.

Pandemi virus Corona yang melanda telah banyak menyebabkan perubahan dinamika sosial pada masyarakat dunia. Perubahan yang ada pada masyarakat banyak mempengaruhi aspek kehidupan secara drastis. Kelangsungan hidup masyarakat harus terus berjalan agar tetap kondusif. Generasi muda merupakan salah satu garda terdepan yang perlu di edukasi agar bisa cepat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan. Penggunaan media sosial atau platform berbasis online sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengedukasi terkait Covid-19 dan segala dampak juga penanggulangannya. Kaum milenial menjadi tujuan utama untuk di edukasi karena mereka adalah calon penggerak bangsa untuk hari esok.

Covid-19 yang melanda dunia termasuk Indonesia menyisakan permasalahan yang tak kunjung selesai. Salah satunya pada ranah pendidikan yang memiliki masalah beragam. Kemampuan guru dalam menguasai teknologi informasi merupakan salah satunya. Demikian juga dengan siswa yang belum lazim dengan beberapa aplikasi pembelajaran online. Masalah ini dialami oleh siswa SD yang ada di wilayah RW. 06 Kelurahan Dinoyo. Mahasiwa KSM-T Unisma memiliki solusi untuk membantu masalah yang dihadapi oleh para siswa SD tersebut. Pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KSM-T kelompok 55 cukup membantu warga yang memiliki putra putri usia SD. Masalah pembelajaran online yang banyak dikeluhkan orang tua dan siswa pada masa pandemi ini mulai dipahami dan teratasi dengan adanya pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KSM-T.

Pramuka is a form of non-formal education that becomes a place in the implementation of Pramuka education. In Pramuka activities, its members are trained with various skills, including leadership, discipline, self-confidence, mutual help, and independence. Its activities are generally carried out in the open with fun, interesting, directed activities by the basic principles and Pramuka methods. In general, Pramuka activities are only filled with the same activities, but in Sudirman Kalipare High School, Malang Regency has innovations for Pramuka as extracurricular activities by incorporating entrepreneurial learning. As a result, students are increasingly honed in their creativity and find a breakthrough to developed into an entrepreneurial venture with low capital and maximum results. Jendral Sudirman High School Scout Contingent won 1st place in the Sangga Putri Business Plan in the Pramuka Achievement Competition in the Bali-Bali Level VIII 2019.

Masa pandemi karena adanya Covid-19 yang sedang melanda dunia, maka salah satu dampak dari adanya pandemi tersebut adalah dengan tidak melakukan kegiatan yang menimbulkan keramaian tanpa pengawasan aparat kesehatan. Di masa pandemi seperti ini seluruh kegiatan 90% dilaksanakan secara daring baik dari sisi pekerjaan dan sekolah. Namun tidak bagi warga yang bekerja sebagai pedagang, petani dan juga pekebun mereka cenderung melakukan kegiatan dengan melibatkan khalayak ramai. Namun hal itu tidak menyurutkan niat sukarelawan terkait hambatan-hambatan dalam memberikan edukasi kegiatan warga dalam mencari ekonomi selama pandemi, dengan harapan warga tetap menjaga kesehatan dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang dianjurkan oleh pemerintah dengan menjaga jarak mencuci tangan dan menggunakan masker. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada kegiatan ini yakni dengan tetap memberikan edukasi dan arahan kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya tetap menjaga jarak, cuci tangan dan menggunakan masker saat melibatkan atau terlibat dengan khalayak ramai selama pandemi.

The development of learning media that is interesting and relevant to the education system in Indonesia, although the ability of learners is a barrier today. Various development efforts are always done to complement the process of material oblivion that has been given. Learning methods and learning media are two things that cannot be ignored. Having English skills will add value in the context of human resources. But in an academic environment, English is a foreign language that needs to be mastered not only in communication but also regarding technology and science. The increasingly rapid technological development takes part in the learning development system. Many learning media are used to improve the ability of information or science. Furthermore, this study uses a learning management system (LMS) as one of the technology media to improve students’ vocabulary. The study focuses on the effort to improve vocabulary mastery by using a learning management system. The subjects of this study were the second-semester students from informatics department, Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang. The results of this study show that the students are easier to understand the vocabulary used in technology informatics fields. It can be seen that the results of their average of the final score are 85.00 improved higher than the previous score, before the use of LMS in the teaching vocabulary, the score is 65.00. It is expected that the result of this study can be one of the alternative ways to help students understand vocabulary easily.

Usaha makanan ringan Desa Rejoyoso, Bantur merupakan salah satu usaha kecil sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, namun kini usaha tersebut mulai menjadi usaha tambahan pengahasilan bagi masyarakat.Sebenarnya usaha keripik dan rengginang singkong dapat berkembang dengan pesat, mengingat wilayah Bantur menghasilkan singkong yang berlebih, sehingga kelompok usaha keripik dan rengginang tidak khawatir bahan baku. Namun demikian masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh kelompok usaha keripik dan renginang di Desa Rejoyoso.Dampaknya kualitas dan kuantitas keripik dan rengginang yang dihasilkan kurang, sehingga belum mampu bersaing dengan yang lain. Artikel ini memaparkan hasil kegiatan IbM yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah kelompok usaha makanan ringan.Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu: a) Memodifikasi perajangan yang manual menjadi alat perajang singkong yang menggunakan mesin, b) membuat keripik dan rengginag yang hygienes, aneka rasa dan warna dengan pewarna dan perasa yang alami, c) membuat kemasan label makanan ringan yang menarik yang dilengakapi petunjuk penyimpanan, cara memasak, kandungan gizi, khasiat, ijin perdagangan dan kehalalan, serta d) pemasaran yang dikembang dengan cara online. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the involvement of supporting staffs at the Universitas Islam Malang about the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Supporting staff is an essential factor in improving the implementation of the MBKM program. Their involvement is beneficial for lecturers and students participating in this program. The supporting staff realized that this program impacted the development of their institution. There were 328 who participated in filling in the questionnaire, and 37 staffs were voluntary to be interviewed. The data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and supported by structured interviews to explore their answers in the questionnaire. From the data collection results, the supporting staff wanted to be more involved in the MBKM program. Moreover, through this program, they believed that the performance indicators of the Universitas Islam Malang can be increased and will improve their welfare if this program is successful. Also, they hope that this program can be developed well if they are involved in a sustainable workshop or seminar related to the MBKM program).Keywords: involvement, supporting staff, MBKM
