Abstract

Determination of temporary shelters garbage (TPS) and the final disposal site (TPA) is a very important, that pile of garbage does not interfere the daily activity of society, their comforts, and the beauty of the city. City government has set the TPS at all kelurahan, such as in Kota Jakarta Timur.  There are a number of polls spread over 60 kelurahan and 10 districts. Meanwhile, the TPA is available only 3 locations spread and allocated to accommodate waste from around the TPS in Jakarta. Therefore in this study developed a model of urban waste disposal site selection based on their shortest distance using binary integer linear programa method with the help of microsoft excel solver. As for the data used in them is the location of the TPS and TPA, as well as the distance between them, which is derived from Dinas Kebersihan Jakarta Timur, Central Board of Statistics (BPS), and google maps. Optimization model is expected to help the government in determining the exact location of each TPA TPS.

Abstract

Comfort and safety of public transportation, particularly APTB PPD buses, becomes high expectations for its customers. Those expectations must be supported by the application of a good engine maintenance system. By using the method of Reliability Centered Maintenance may be determined appropriate actions to mitigate damage. From the analysis known the failures of the APTB PPD bus are malfunctions of the fuel engine, power transfer systems, difficulty to move the gear lever, and lubricating system for the rough engine noise. The cause of engine malfunction is dirty diesel filter, vehicle acceleration malfunction is due to the clutch plate wear out. Difficulty to move the gear lever indicates that the clutch slips. Rough engine noise caused by the flow of oil to the engine stalled as the result of dirty oil filter. The results of the logic tree analysis show that for each failure requires scheduling of time directed task.

Abstract

PT. XX. is a company engaged in the automotive sector, precisely in the production of metal components, always prioritizing and trying to create products with high quality, but in the process until now, reject products are still found both during the production process and after passing inspection, while zero defects become standard in the production process. Based on data obtained from August to November 2021, part number 57835-0K020 is the product with the highest rejects. In this study, quality improvement efforts were carried out using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. Several methods used in this research include normality test of data with Kolmogorov Smirnov, Pareto diagram, np control chart and process capability. The results of this study are the observation data is normally distributed, the weld porous is the dominant type of defect, the control chart is statistically controlled, and the Cp index is around 0.83 and the Cpk is around 0.77 so it can be concluded that the process does not have a good capability. Abstract

Setiap perusahaan bersaing satu sama lain untuk memenangkan persaingan pangsa pasar, salah satunya dalam meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Kualitas merupakan salah satu kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam memilih suatu produk. PT. SEI merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang minuman kemasan, yang memproduksi minuman kemasan chingku yang dikemas dalam kemasan kaleng. Menurut data di PT.SEI pada bulan Januari 2021 – Juni 2021 Jumlah cacat produk chingku mencapai 4,5 % dari produk yang diproduksi sehingga melebihi ambang batas yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan analisis untuk mengidentifikasi proses bisnis yang terjadi di PT.SEI menggunakan Analisis Value Shop , mengevaluasi kualitas produk dengan Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) dan mengusulkan perbaikan kualitas serta tindakan pencegahan pada proses produksi produk Chingku menggunakan analisis 5W1H. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan untuk cacat produk yang terjadi pada produk chingku terdapat empat faktor yang dapat menyebabkan cacat pada produk yaitu faktor Reliableness, Time to Failure, Time to recover, dan Time to access yang dari masing masing faktor tersebut memiliki permasalahannya masing masing dimana faktor Reliableness memiliki dua permasalahan yaitu kemampuan mesin yang terkadanag downtime dan kecepatan proses pengemasaan yang lambat, lalu untuk faktor Time to failure memiliki dua permasalahan yaitu kerusakan pada mesin dan kegagalan aktivitas yang terjadi saat proses berjalan, selanjutnya untuk faktor Time to recover memiliki satu permasalahan yaitu keterlambatan pada saat perbaikan mesin dan untuk faktor Time to Access memiliki satu permasalahan yaitu ketepatan waktu untuk melakukan setting pada mesin. Usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan untuk akar penyebab permasalahan adalah menganalisis Sparepart yang digunakan, memberikan form pergantian Sparepart kepada tim Maintenance lalu meng evaluasi sistim kerja yang sudah dibuat, dan memberikan pelatihan terhadap operator lalu memberikan pengarahan mengenai proses produksi serta melakukan, Training, membuat SOP sebagai acuan bekerja operator.

Abstract

Desa Sukagalih yang terletak di Kecamatan Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat, memiliki sekkitar 25,4% KK yang masuk ke dalam kategori keluarga miskin. Perlu adanya upaya penggalian potensi dari Masyarakat Desa Sukagalih untuk meningkatkan perekonomiannya. Adanya pereubahan kehidupan yang serba cepat cepat sekarang ini, memasak dalam waktu singkat menjadi jalan keluar yang praktis dan efektif. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan adanya produksi bumbu siap pakai sehingga dapat mempersingkat waktu memasak. Kondisi ini menciptakan peluang besar untuk memproduksi bumbu siap pakai. Jenis bumbu yang akan diproduksi terdiri dari bumbu dasar putih, bumbu dasar merah dan bumbu dasar kuning. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga Desa Sukagalih dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan produk bumbu siap pakai. Pelatihan yang dilakukan kepada Ibu PKK Desa Sukagalih antara lain pelatihan proses pembuatan bumbu dan pemasaran produk yang akan dijual. Hasil dari kegiatan ini didapatkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu PKK terkait proses pembuatan bumbu dan pemasaran produk, dapat terlihat dari hasil pre-test 80,5% peserta dapat menjawab benar seluruh soal dan untuk post-test sebanyak 88,7%.

Abstract

Pendidikan kejuruan memiliki peranan penting dalam upaya mencetak tenaga kerja yang memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik kebutuhan dunia industri. Proses pembelajaran yang menekankan pada penguasaan kompetensi spesifik membutuhkan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan sesuai. Teaching factory merupakan salah satu solusi untuk menyiapkan peserta didik agar memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kompetensi dunia industri. Pembelajaran teaching factory yang dikembangkan dapat di integrasikan pada unit produksi yang diselenggarakan oleh sekolah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan pengembangan teaching factory di sekolah kejuruan. Hasil diskusi menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen teaching factory meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Teaching factory yang dikembangkan terintegrasi dengan unit produksi untuk penyelenggaraan praktik peserta didik. Komite Sekolah dapat membantu dalam memperluas jaringan kemitraan dengan berbagai perusahaan sehingga siswa dapat memperoleh kesempatan magang di tempat yang berkualitas. Pengalaman ini akan memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya dan membangun kepercayaan diri siswa dan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan kerja yang lebih kompleks. Komite Sekolah dapat memperluas jaringan kemitraan dengan perusahaan asing dan memperkenalkan program-program seperti pertukaran pelajar atau magang internasional. Dukungan ini akan memberikan siswa wawasan dan pengalaman yang lebih luas, serta membangun rasa percaya diri mereka untuk bersaing di tingkat global.
