Determination of temporary shelters garbage (TPS) and the final disposal site (TPA) is a very important, that pile of garbage does not interfere the daily activity of society, their comforts, and the beauty of the city. City government has set the TPS at all kelurahan, such as in Kota Jakarta Timur. Â There are a number of polls spread over 60 kelurahan and 10 districts. Meanwhile, the TPA is available only 3 locations spread and allocated to accommodate waste from around the TPS in Jakarta. Therefore in this study developed a model of urban waste disposal site selection based on their shortest distance using binary integer linear programa method with the help of microsoft excel solver. As for the data used in them is the location of the TPS and TPA, as well as the distance between them, which is derived from Dinas Kebersihan Jakarta Timur, Central Board of Statistics (BPS), and google maps. Optimization model is expected to help the government in determining the exact location of each TPA TPS.

Comfort and safety of public transportation, particularly APTB PPD buses, becomes high expectations for its customers. Those expectations must be supported by the application of a good engine maintenance system. By using the method of Reliability Centered Maintenance may be determined appropriate actions to mitigate damage. From the analysis known the failures of the APTB PPD bus are malfunctions of the fuel engine, power transfer systems, difficulty to move the gear lever, and lubricating system for the rough engine noise. The cause of engine malfunction is dirty diesel filter, vehicle acceleration malfunction is due to the clutch plate wear out. Difficulty to move the gear lever indicates that the clutch slips. Rough engine noise caused by the flow of oil to the engine stalled as the result of dirty oil filter. The results of the logic tree analysis show that for each failure requires scheduling of time directed task.

Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen tentunya akan bersinggungan dengan kebutuhan karyawan sebagai pelaksana kegiatan produksi. Perencanaan sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan dalam menentukan jumlah karyawan yang ideal pada suatu usaha. Ketersediaan karyawan harus sesuai dengan beban kerja dalam melakukan kegiatan proses produksi. Adapun jumlah karyawan akan mempengaruhi produktivitas usaha dalam mencapai target produksi. UKM Rissolia merupakan UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner yang menjual jajanan pasar dengan produknya risol mayo daging asap, risol rogut, pastel, arem-arem, sus, dan pie buah. Saat ini UKM Rissolia memiliki 3 karyawan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah UKM ini belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dikarenakan keterbatasan jumlah karyawan yang dimiliki dan belum dapat menentukan jumlah produk yang harus dibuat setiap bulannya. Dari hasil perhitungan peramalan dengan metode Simple Average diperoleh peramalan pemintaan untuk 6 bulan ke depan yaitu April-September 2021 sebanyak 92.742 pcs atau 15.457 pcs per bulan dengan nilai kesalahan peramalan sebesar 29%. Rata-rata geometriwaktu siklus adalah 3,104 menit per pcs dan rata-rata geometri waktu baku adalah 4,08 menit per pcs. Hasil analisis beban kerja dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan Workload Analysis dan Work Force Analysis, UKM Rissolia membutuhkan 5 orang karyawan sehingga perlu adanya penambahan 2 orang karyawan baru.

Meningkatnya urbanisasi menimbulkan biaya sosial dan lingkungan yang tinggi. Urbanisasi juga mendorong munculnya masalah limbah padat. Masalah ini muncul karena adanya kesalahan dalam manajemen dan rendahnya kesadaran akan pengelolaan limbah padat, dalam hal ini di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan, perilaku, dan praktik mahasiswa yang terkait dengan pengelolaan limbah padat di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Pancasila. Sebanyak 100 mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik dipilih secara acak dan diberikan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan software Minitab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa secara umum sangat baik, sedangkan terkait dengan perilaku menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 75% mahasiswa memiliki perilaku yang sangat baik dalam pengelolaan limbah. Selain itu, praktek pengelolaan limbah padat oleh mahasiswa menunjukkan tingkat yang masih rendah yaitu 28% mahasiswa masih belum memisahkan jenis limbah yang dibuang. Meskipun setengah dari responden sadar akan pentingnya mengelola limbah padat, kebanyakan dari mereka gagal mempraktekan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mereka. Oleh karena itu, upaya yang luas dan berkelanjutan oleh berbagai pemangku kepentingan sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa tentang pengelolaan limbah padat yang berkelanjutan, khususnya di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Pancasila.

The purpose of this study is to find the most sustainable solid waste management scenario for universities. It is based on the Green Campus concept which aims to eliminate waste inefficiencies and use energy sources for ordinary electricity needs, as well as proper disposal management and efficient recycling programs. The Analytic Hierarchy Process approach is used in this study to produce strategic decisions in solid waste management. A pairwise comparison questionnaire was distributed to four experts from universities to give an assessment of the questionnaire. The results show that the alternative of recycling technology innovation is the choice of experts with a weight of 0.429 which is based on technology criteria with a weight of 0.477 and the sub-criteria of Perception and participation of campus residents with a weight of 0.509. Furthermore, the overall assessment of the experts has a consistency value below 0.1. This research could be a starting point in developing a Green Campus sustainability strategy through solid waste management.

Pandemi Corona membuat hampir semua masyarakat melakukan kegiatan dari rumah, baik itu urusan sekolah maupun pekerjaan. Tidak sedikit pula perusahaan yang melakukan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) maupun merumahkan para pekerjanya. Hal ini pula yang menyebabkan sistem keuangan Indonesia menjadi tidak stabil dan roda perekonomian Indonesia mengalami penurunan. Untuk menstabilkan sistem keuangan ini, maka langkah yang bisa dilakukan adalah membuat sebuah peluang usaha baru sebagai alternatif pendapatan. Peluang usaha baru yang diusulkan ini juga sejalan dengan karakteristik Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), dimana UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan internal maupun eksternal yang harus dihadapi pelaku UMKM. Salah satu hambatan internal yang menjadi fokus utama yang akan diangkat adalah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) meliputi kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi produksi terbaru dan cara menjalankan quality control terhadap produk, kurangnya kemampuan membaca kebutuhan pasar masih belum tajam, sehingga belum mampu menangkap dengan cermat kebutuhan yang diinginkan pasar, dan pemasaran produk masih mengandalkan cara sederhana mouth to mouth marketing (pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut). Untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan di atas maka dilakukanlah kegiatan penyuluhan dan workshop tentang pelatihan akuntansi biaya dan teknik pemasaran digital, dimana topik ini diambil agar pelaku UMKM maupun masyarakat yang baru memulai usaha karena terdampak COVID-19 mendapatkan wawasan tentang cara mengendalikan dan mencatat biaya produksi, serta dapat menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dengan desain promosi yang lebih menarik dan teknologi digital marketingnya
