Abstract

The interest of scientists studying Islamic economic methodology lately is due to several factors, including some who think that the economy is not running well, still exists unemployment is growing along with high inflation rates, and there is almost no reliable solution to fix the local economic depression problems, regional financial crises, even global. This study aims to determine the basic concept of Islamic economic methodology according to several Islamic economists. The research method uses a literary approach from various journals, especially in the field of Islamic economic methodology, to be examined more deeply to obtain information about the basic concepts of Islamic methodology and what kind of methodology in Islamic economics is used by some Islamic economists. From the research results, the methodology in Islamic economics means building a theory (knowledge) and scientifically evaluating the theory (knowledge) by investigating the criteria, rationalizations, arguments, and justifications used. Meanwhile, Islamic economists' methodological approaches differ, but they have similarities in terms of the internalization of Islamic law in economic theory and practice. And in general, have an agreement to reject the conventional economic system that is contrary to Islam.

Abstract

Abu Yusuf was a Fuqaha (Fiqih Expert) during the Abbasid Daula. Abu Yusuf served as chairman of the supreme court. Abu Yusuf has a famous work on taxation, namely the book Al-Kharaj. This book was written at the request of Caliph Harun Ar Rashid. This paper aims to find out Abu Yusuf's thoughts on economics in the book of al-Kharaj. The method used in this writing is the method of library research or literature study. As well as the data sources used are secondary data in the form of journals, theses, and articles related to the theme of writing. The study results found that the Al-kharaj Book not only discusses taxation but also discusses sources of state income, namely ghanima, fa'i, kharaj, 'ushr, jizya and zakat. In the book of al-Kharaj, Abu Yusuf recommends the use of the Muqasama system (proportional tax) rather than the Misahah system (fixed tax), which was in effect from the time of Caliph Umar to the early period of the Abbasid dynasty with a value that did not burden farmers. In addition, Abu Yusuf was also the first to formulate that price is not only determined by the power of supply but also by the power of demand. Several other factors are also thought to influence prices, such as the money supply in the country, hoarding, and monopoly.

Abstract

This article's purpose is to further review Ibn Taimiyah's Islamic economic thought. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a library research approach that describes primary and secondary references. The primary data source in this study is taken from the views of Muslim scholars, especially Ibn Taimiyah in his work on Islamic economics. The analytical method commonly used by other qualitative research adopts the Milles and Hubberman model which consists of grouping data, compiling, and drawing conclusions. In general, Ibn Taimiyah's Islamic economic thinking appreciates the importance of prices that occur because of the free market mechanism. He rejects any interference to suppress or fix prices thereby disrupting the free mechanism, except under certain conditions, such as monopoly, collusion, and rebellion which causes the distribution of goods to be not smooth, he allows the government to intervene in prices so that price stability is re-established.

Abstract

Pengelolaan peminjaman buku di perpustakaan sekolah masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan kendala dalam pencatatan, kecepatan layanan, dan akurasi data. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan layanan peminjaman melalui penerapan sistem perpustakaan berbasis Microsoft Access dengan dukungan Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Fitur yang dikembangkan meliputi form transaksi peminjaman yang terintegrasi dengan database koleksi dan anggota, otomatisasi nomor transaksi, validasi ketersediaan buku, serta perhitungan tanggal jatuh tempo. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan database, pembuatan form dan kode VBA, serta pelatihan bagi pustakawan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, di mana waktu pencatatan peminjaman berkurang signifikan dibanding metode manual, dan risiko kesalahan administrasi dapat ditekan. Petugas perpustakaan juga merasa terbantu karena sistem mampu menghasilkan laporan peminjaman secara cepat dan terstruktur. Dengan demikian, penerapan Microsoft Access berbasis VBA terbukti mendukung pengelolaan perpustakaan yang lebih efektif di sekolah mitra.

Abstract

The existence of school's website is a necessity that can not be avoided anymore. School's website is very useful as one of online learning and information presenting medium and also as a prerequisite for some inter-schools competition. Without the school's website, a school can not be a winner in a particular competition, like "Fund Management of School Operation Assistance". This situation has been experienced by the State Elementary School 103 Sinjai which failed to get the championdue to unavailability of the school website. This research aims to design a school website for the State Elementary School 103 Sinjai. The website that will be created uses PHP and MySQL-based CMS. Content and features of the website is created as the result of interviews with school's parties. The collecting of data was done by observation, documentation, and literature study. The softwares that used were Xampp, Dreamweaver Macromedia, one of isntallation package of PHP, Apache web server, and MySQL, as well as Research and Development's CMS. After installation of the softwares and Research and Development's CMs was completed, it was followed by adjustment of website content by logging in to the admin page. The created website has domain link as follows : http://sdn103sinjai.sch.id which has been published since the beginning of May 2016 and has been used by school parties in providing information about the various (all sort of) school activities.

Abstract

School is one of the formal education facilities that must be able to provide the best services or facilities for students and also for parents. One of the right ways is to use information technology, namely accessing academic values through websites. The specific objective of this research is to produce an academic information system based on Wordpress Content Management System (CMS) that can be used by SMPN 17 Marusu in Maros Regency. The current website-based academic information system is made using a complex programming language and requires special skills to create the website. Wordpress is a platform for creating websites instantly. In this study, the information system was built using the prototype method so that it can be adapted to user needs. The resulting software is presented to the user, starting from the requirements analysis, design to implementation stage, and users are given the opportunity to provide input so that the resulting software really fits the user's needs. The prototype method consists of several stages, namely, requirements analysis, system analysis, system design, system testing, and system implementation. The design stage includes interface design, front end and back end using WordPress CMS. With this school website, it is hoped that it can help government programs in improving school performance and productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan media pembelajaran audio-visual kreatif yang ditujukan untuk materi musik ansambel bagi siswa kelas VII. Proses pengembangan mengadopsi model Borg & Gall, mencakup identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, perancangan produk, validasi oleh ahli, revisi, serta uji coba. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa dan dua validator ahli di bidang materi dan media. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media tersebut sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 91%. Lebih lanjut, uji coba lapangan mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan capaian belajar siswa. Media yang dihasilkan dilengkapi dengan video pembelajaran, panduan instrumen, dan ilustrasi musikal yang memfasilitasi pemahaman siswa terhadap ritme, melodi, dan harmoni dalam ansambel. Oleh karena itu, media audio-visual kreatif ini terbukti efektif dalam mentransformasi pembelajaran ansambel agar lebih interaktif, bermakna, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan era digital.

Abstract

Sirkulasi Perpustakaan Jurusan Administrasi Niaga Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, staff pelayanan perpustakaan sering mengalami masalah dan kendala seperti semakin kompleksnya koleksi perpustakaan, data peminjaman, transaksi dan sirkulasi koleksi perpustakaan yang mengakibatkan seringnya terjadi keterlambatan dalam pelayanan pada anggota perpustakaan dan pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah program aplikasi pengolahan database perpustakaan yang dapat memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan seperti, kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi mengenai riwayat sebuah buku atau laporan, kemudahan mengakses data-data peminjam atau pengembalian sebuah buku, jumlah buku dan laporan yang tersedia ataupun yang sedang dipinjam, jumlah tambahan buku setiap tahun, dan lain-lain. Kemudahan-kemudahan tersebut terjadi jika menggunakan software/program aplikasi pengolah database yang sesuai, misalnya dengan memanfaatkan MS Access.Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian terapan yaitu salah satu jenis penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan tertentu secara praktis. Desain penelitian terdiri atas 3 tahapan. Tahapan 1 meliputi ketersediaan data dan informasi, penggunaan perangkat lunak dan keras, serta manajemen yang digunakan. Tahapan kedua adalah penentuan perancangan sistem. Di sini perancangan sistem menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) sebagai gambaran sistemnya dan ERD sebagai rancangan relasi tabelnya. Perancangan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dimulai dari pemetaan sistem yang berupa diagram konteks, kemudian membuat DFD level 0, dan dari DVD level 0 dapat dibuat DFD level 1 yang menunjukkan gambaran sistem secara rinci. Sedangkan ERD menjelaskan bagaimana relasi antar tabel dalam suatu database. Tahap ketiga adalah tahap pengujian hasil rancangan sistem.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Wirausaha khususnya untuk Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW)Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang (PNUP) merupakan model pelaporan terkomputerisasi mengenai kegiatan PMW-PNUP.Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model basis data untuk pembuatan aplikasi. Aktivitas penelitian menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pemrograman dengan pemanfaatan Microsoft Office Access (MS.Access), pengujian program, pengujian sistem, perbaikan dan pemeliharaan. Pada perancangan sistem yang dilakukan berupa perancangan basis data dengan konsep diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Aplikasi yang dihasilkan berupa prototyping program berbasis MS.Access, dengan berbagai informasi seperti informasi mengenai daftar hadir peserta PMW dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, informasi mengenai pembimbing dan jenis usaha, modal usaha, alamat usaha, dan proses usaha. Selain itu dapat pula diperoleh Informasi peserta dari berbagai jurusan, tahun, sumber dana, waktu pelaksanaan, dan laporan perkembangan usaha. Informasi-informasi tersebut dapat terfilter berdasarkan tahun yang dikehendaki.
