Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah turut serta memublikasikan keragaman budaya nusantara, sebagai model penyelenggaraan pendidikan karakter bagi anak dan remaja berbasis budaya kearifan lokal. Kajian ini menunjukkan melalui pesan moral seni tari perlu ditranformasikan dan diimplementasikan baik pada substansi maupun model pembelajaran yang mengakui dan menghormati keanekaragaman dan karakter budaya di masyarakat. Rumah Puspo Budaya Nusantara telah memiliki andil dalam mencerdasakan kehidupan bangsa melalui model pendidikan karakter anak dan remaja khususnya melalui ketrampilan seni tari nusantara. Hal ini terbukti melalui fasilitas yang dimiliki Rumah Puspo Budaya Nusantara senantiasa terbuka untuk umum bagi pegiat seni budaya. Eksistensi Rumah Puspo Budaya Nusantara melalui pendidikan informal maupun formal yang diselenggarakan dapat dikatakan mampu membentuk karakter anak dan remaja. Secara sadar maupun tidak sadar, pendidikan karakter mengacu pada; etika, moral, nilai, religius, budi pekerti, dan pendidikan karakter itu sendiri. Untuk itu, pendidikan baik formal, informal, dan non-formal pada hakekatnya memiliki dua tujuan, yaitu membantu manusia untuk menjadi cerdas dan pintar (smart), dan membantu menjadi manusia yang baik (good).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to deepen social phenomena related to issues of religious tolerance, culture and the role of the media. Nowadays, the existence of printed, electronic, or social media is regarded as a consideration of a study. The fundamental reason is that media is currently the most important part in publishing the handling of religion, ideology, and social religious move cases within society. Generally, media is capable of stirring the order of society life. Therefore, this study has fairly important scope, specifically, in the role of publishing the moral principle of Divinity and Humanity and the practice of religion and culture tolerance. In this case media is assumed as a part of agents and social controllers, particularly in informing the value of religious freedom and protection in the community. Abstract

Abstract Communication is very important for human life, especially in the modern era, when all activities are expressed in various communication channels. When Indonesia is being affected by the covid19 pandemic case or corona virus which forces all people to do activities at home online. Social media is one of the communication tools that is often used during the pandemic to prevent boredom while doing activities at home. One of the social media that is often used during the pandemic is TikTok application, one of which is used for educational content needs. This study uses a qualitative approach to determine adolescents' receptions of mathematics learning content on social media TikTok account @Claristacahyani by using Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding reception theory. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of interviews conducted by researchers to seven informants showed that 21 dominant meanings, 10 negotiated meanings, and 4 oppositional meanings of learning content on the TikTok account @Claristacahyani which can be a reference for further research, especially in relation to educational communication content. Abstrak Komunikasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia terlebih di era modern, saat dimana semua aktivitas kegiatan diekspresikan di ragam kanal komunikasi. Saat Indonesia sedang terdampak kasus pandemi covid19 atau virus corona yang memaksa untuk seluruh masyrakat melakukan aktifitas di rumah secara online. Media sosial adalah salah satu alat komunikasi yang sering digunakan selama masa pandemi berjalan untuk mencegah kebosanan saat melakukan aktifitas dirumah. Salah satu media sosial yang sering digunakan selama pandemi adalah aplikasi TikTok, yang salah satunya digunakan untuk keperlukan konten Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjelaskan Bagaimana resepsi remaja SMA Keluarga Widuri Kelas XII terhadap konten pembelajaran matematika pada akun Tiktok @Claristacahyani?Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui resepsi remaja terhadap konten pembelajaran matematika pada media sosial TikTok akun @Claristacahyani dengan menggunakan teori resepsi Stuart Hall encoding- decoding. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari wawancara yang peneliti lakukan kepada tujuh informan menunjukan bahwa 21 pemaknaan dominan, 10 pemaknaan negosiasi, dan 4 pemaknaan oposisi terhadap isi konten pembelajaran pada akun TikTok @Claristacahyani yang dapat menjadi referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya terutama kaitannya dengan konten komunikasi pendidikan. Abstract

The aim of this article was developing learning material for Civic Engagement Education based on ecological and cultural wisdom. The object of the study was the Central Sangga Buana Karang farmer community. The theoretical approaches that are considered relevant are those that are anthropological, ecological, and biological in nature. The results of the study show that Jakarta, apart from being the center of the economy, politics-bureaucracy, education and culture, as well as the center for the development of science and technology, is generally also the center of urbanization from various motives and backgrounds (migration). As a result of migration and population development that is not in line with geographical conditions, environmental and demographic management are to be separate problems that cannot be resolved by DKI Jakarta Government. For instance, the rampant illegal settlements have caused damage and pollution to the environment. However, in the South Jakarta area, especially in the Pesanggrahan Karang Tengah River watershed, there was a protected urban forest area that has been successfully managed by Sangga Buana volunteers using an ecological and cultural wisdom approach. Abstract

As an interactive media, a radio has social responsibility to the community on the understanding the policy of multicultural education from language diversity point of view. This study was to analyze the existence of radio as a type of electronic media that has a role and function as a medium of information, education, and entertainment for the community. We approached the study focus by using theory of multicultural education value, and supported by the theory of social media responsibility. The results of the study showed that Elsinta as one of the private radio stations in Indonesia through the broadcast content of RBI which had become a radio characteristic in presenting broadcast material that need to be used as a capital and model to develop multicultural communication education innovations. Therefore, to build a community perspective, it was necessary to be based on the value of the wisdom of the diversity of languages in Indonesia, packaged into learning materials for the community. This study contributes academically to the community as an effort to strengthen the value of the wisdom of language diversity.

Abstract

Government policy granting mining management permits to religious mass organizations (ormas) has sparked a range of public responses and has become a sensitive issue that is widely covered by the media. This study aimed to analyze how online media framing shapes public discourse regarding policy, particularly through coverage by Detik.com and Kompas.com. The research employs a qualitative approach using Entman’s framing analysis model, which includes four elements: defining problems, diagnosing causes, making moral judgments, and suggesting remedies. Data were collected from 58 news articles published between May and July of 2024 (26 from Detik.com and 32 from Kompas.com). The analysis technique involved content categorization and narrative interpretation of each framing element. The results show that Detik.com tends to frame the issue in a neutral and procedural manner, predominantly featuring elite quotations, without exploring conflicts or making moral judgments. By contrast, Kompas.com presents a more reflective and deliberative framing, highlighting internal disagreements within the ormas and drawing attention to the moral, environmental, and social aspects of mining policy. This difference in framing reflects each media outlet’s editorial orientation and position within the media power structure. These findings underscore that online media is not homogeneous and that news framing can shape diverse public perceptions and discourses about state policies. This study contributes to the scholarly examination of digital media framing in Indonesia, in the context of differing perspectives and societal narratives regarding state policies and natural resources. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana framing media online membentuk wacana publik atas kebijakan tersebut, khususnya melalui pemberitaan Detik.com dan Kompas.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis framing model Entman yang mencakup empat elemen: define problems, diagnose causes, make moral judgment, dan suggest remedies. Data diambil dari 58 berita yang terbit pada Mei–Juli 2024 (26 dari Detik.com dan 32 dari Kompas.com). Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan kategorisasi isi dan interpretasi naratif per elemen framing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Detik.com cenderung membingkai isu secara netral dan prosedural, dengan dominasi kutipan elite tanpa eksplorasi konflik atau penilaian moral. Sebaliknya, Kompas.com menunjukkan framing yang lebih reflektif dan deliberatif, dengan mengangkat perbedaan pendapat internal ormas, serta menyoroti aspek moral, lingkungan, dan sosial dari kebijakan tambang. Perbedaan framing ini mencerminkan orientasi redaksional masing-masing media serta posisi mereka dalam struktur kekuasaan media. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa media online tidak bersifat homogen, dan framing berita dapat membentuk persepsi serta wacana publik yang beragam atas kebijakan negara. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada kajian framing media digital di Indonesia dalam konteks perbedaan pandangan dalam narasi dan perspektif masyarakat tentang Kebijakan Negara dan sumber daya ala.Kata Kunci: Entman, framing, tambang, Muhammadiyah
